11/11/2025: I had lunch here during a business trip. The atmosphere and food are very refined. The staff is extremely kind and professional. I mentioned my shellfish allergy, and they were very careful to offer alternatives and to ask the kitchen about any potential risks. I recommend stopping here if you're in the area. 😊

20/10/2025: An unconventional spot right in the harbor, with attentive service. Regional wines to complement the meal. The cod starter is a MUST. And the grilled sea bass special is highly recommended, if available.

10/10/2025: Fantastic Tuscan seafood restaurant outside of Pisa. The food was outstanding, so was the service and atmosphere. We had a fritto misto of calamari and shrimp, a seafood pasta, salad and roasted potatoes. Everything was perfect. Prices are reasonable, about what you would expect for the Tuscan countryside. We will be back to sample mire of the menu later!

17/12/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, both fish and meat. The pizzas are also very good. The desserts are made by the restaurant's pastry chef. Prices in line with the quality but never exorbitant.

We've been dining at Trinchetto quite frequently for several years, but the dishes have remained virtually unchanged. The restaurant is small but well-maintained.

16/11/2025: We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening, and while we enjoyed some aspects of the dinner, the overall experience was unfortunately ruined by the ending. Around 10:40 PM, as we were still wrapping up the evening, the staff began placing chairs from other tables on top of each other, a gesture that clearly gave the impression they were trying to signal that we had to leave, even though we hadn't been told anything directly. Furthermore, at the end of the evening, when they were signaling us to leave, at one point a dog was let run inside. I love dogs, but I completely understand that not everyone enjoys this. The most unpleasant moment was when, after a few minutes, as we were about to leave, we were literally escorted to the door, which was closed behind us almost immediately, leaving a feeling of intense pressure and rudeness. It's a shame because we'd had a good experience the previous times; it wouldn't take much to make the experience much more welcoming and professional. This kind of attitude has a significant impact on the perception of the service and on the idea of ​​wanting to return.

29/11/2025: Lovely restaurant in the charming town of Cabras, offering a genuine Sardinian atmosphere and great food. The turbot and octopus were especially delicious and perfectly cooked. We arrived as a large group, and the staff arranged everything quickly and were incredibly friendly throughout. A wonderful surprise: they even squeezed a fresh lemon to prepare lemonade for my son (not on the menu! - seems italians don't use the lemons for that) and prepared pasta all’arrabbiata as a special favour. Overall, fantastic service, excellent food, and a warm local vibe. Highly recommended!

25/10/2025: Highly recommended, a charming place with a panoramic dining room and views of Vesuvius from the province of Salerno. Besides the location, the food is excellent. Simple, traditional, and high-quality. Excellent selection of beers, excellent cheeses. The zeppola was perfect! 🤤 Quality staff, very friendly. The place is equipped for babies with a changing table. Really excellent!
