With chips 1/4 of wine water 2 coffees 60 euros on the menu 32 euros the rest water covered loose white wine👎 1/4 but also no thanks given the speed of the response, I'm sure you'll have done it, then on the menu like the frankfurters it was 8 euros with chips, receipt if I didn't ask it would go to the infantry, I confirm 16 euro tagliolini for the rest I confirm everything stated, and I also add parked in front of the bathroom which my lady used while she was disturbed by gentlemen who didn't even have the kindness to wait for the end of the use precisely from a lady, you accept recessions and look, not even as a child did I lick the dishes, given the term, perhaps you do and make sure you don't intoxicate the customers with the internal and indoor heating fungus, which I will personally report to those in charge

11/01/2025: Abbiamo preso un antipasto in due (porzioni molto abbondanti) E due fritti di calamari ( ben cotti e asciutti)….. Come al solito accolti molto bene...e come al solito ci torneremo prestissimo!!!!!

02/02/2025: Accoglienza Gentile , cibo molto buono e abbondante , prezzi più che onesti. Consigliatissimo. L’unico neo è la mancanza di parcheggio nelle vicinanze , ma c’è da considerare che ci siamo andati il sabato a pranzo , cioè il giorno di mercato a San Giovanni

21/02/2025: Qualità delle ostriche apprezzabile ma ho trovato il servizio peggiorato nel tempo. Fino a pochi anni fa (diciamo pre-covid) le ostriche da asporto venivano consegnate, chiuse o aperte rigorosamente al momento a richiesta del cliente, su vassoio con letto di ghiaccio, fette di limone e intingoli vari in accompagnamento. Ora, invece, constato che questa presentazione è mantenuta per il plateau royale (e vorrei ben vedere, con quello che costa) ma nel mio caso le ostriche ordinate mi vengono consegnate semplicemente ammassate in vaschetta di plastica trasparente chiusa con cellophane già confezionata in anticipo rispetto all'orario comunicato per il ritiro e, con mia sorpresa all'apertura della vaschetta a casa, le ostriche risultano già aperte senza che lo abbia richiesto (e quindi, per definizione, si deve intendere che il cliente le voglia chiuse, perchè magari le consumerà solo dopo qualche ora). Peccato: un'esperienza che voleva essere, come è sempre stato in passato, un momento di raffinatezza ed eleganza anche verso la propria consorte si é rivelato un acquisto dozzinale da bancarella del pesce. Credo che la prossima volta otterró lo stesso trattamento, anzi migliore con ostriche ancora chiuse, acquistandole al mercato fresco di Porta Palazzo, oltretutto a prezzo inferiore.

19/01/2025: Anyone who loves raw seafood absolutely cannot miss trying this place. Nothing to say about the freshness of the products and the variety! From prawns to sea snails, through crabs and lobsters... Not all the fish is always available because it follows seasonality and focuses above all on quality. E.g. the scampi weren't there but they would have arrived after about fifteen days. In addition to the raw food there was a choice of two first courses and a choice of 3 desserts. All very good. Obviously the place isn't cheap, but it's worth the experience at least once. Advised! If we really want to find a flaw (which it isn't), it's that the room where I had dinner is located on the floor below and that there is a spiral staircase to get down, perhaps not very comfortable for those with walking problems. But just ask to eat upstairs!! 😊

09/01/2025: In giro per Taormina ci siamo ritrovati in questo ristorante cibo buono prezzi , location da vecchia trattoria. Prezzi fuori contesto non puoi far pagare un primo 35 euro e un dolce 15 neanche nei miglio ristoranti di Milano ci sono sti prezzi. Capisco che siamo in una cittadina turistica ma non puoi approfittarne così senza dare niente di che.

04/01/2025: We had great dinner for New Years Eve in Taormina! Sicilian fish and Irish beef were amazing, the same as pasta linguine. Salvatore, the owner, tried to do his best to have a great time. The Sicilian sparkling wine was amazing. Pricy dinner, but high quality cousine.

09/12/2024: A very nice restaurant to end a day. Great service, typical and more common dishes. Perfect welcome with a dog even without reservation.

20/01/2025: Was soo good, especially their pizza, and the pasta was also pretty good. If I were to go again I would def get the pizza, it looked so good, but the pasta I got was also super good. Everyone in the family was happy. HIDDEN GEM!!

05/01/2025: Personale gentilissimo, pizza (napoletana e margherita) ben cotta e digeribile (cosa non scontata), prezzo più che corretto, tovaglie e tovaglioli in stoffa (praticamente sconosciuti oramai in questo tipo di ristorazione). Insomma tutto perfetto.

12/01/2025: The Bersagliera is safe! The best pizza in all of Argentario. In 35 years of frequenting, never a disappointment. The restaurant menu is also good, tasty, homemade! Crostini with anchovies and creme brulee the must! Luckily it's there, even if you have to book in advance!!!

09/03/2025: We had dinner at Gennaro's for a friend's birthday, there were 11 of us, nothing to say about the food, fresh fish cooked well, even the service up to a certain point was fine if it wasn't for a rude and rude waitress who as soon as we had our coffee told us that it was time to go home because it was late (11.15pm) because they were tired and practically sent us away... 17/02/2025: sono anni che frequento il rist. Da Gennaro con amici, per cene di lavoro, con la famiglia, non sono rimasto mai deluso: antipasti deliziosi, piatti semplici e gustosi così come devono essere quelli a base di pesce.

08/03/2025: Lunch with friends. Clean, tidy place with a wide view of the sea. The tasting menu is excellent. The staff is very professional, welcoming and friendly. Both Mario and Chiara have particular attention for customers. Highly recommended.

27/02/2025: Excellent in everything! Top food, top staff! We go there AT LEAST once a month (often to try the pizza of the month), every time it gets better and better. Super dough (try the charcoal one), quality ingredients and always friendly and knowledgeable staff. A guarantee!!!!

23/02/2025: It's the second time I've dined in this pizzeria because the pizza and the dishes are really excellent! The service in the room was unfortunately very poor. There are three waitresses in the room, who unfortunately are not coordinated with each other and are a bit with their heads in the clouds. The tables are very close to each other. Only one pizza arrives at my table instead of three all together and only one pizza arrives at the table next to ours (instead of two). The lady at the next table starts to cut the pizza with her cutlery (despite the fact that she had capers and the lady had asked not to put them), in the meantime, one of the three waitresses realized that this pizza was for our table and without any kind of problem she offered it to our table even though it was cut with the "used" cutlery from the next table. I couldn't believe it!!! The place uses two shifts, the pressing is quite annoying, since being late for the arrival of the pizzas was not due to the customer. They can't expect it to be eaten with a funnel. It's a shame about all this, because in terms of quality, the pizza is excellent. I would see the table service again.
