07/08/2024: An excellent dinner… This restaurant is very nice and well-kept, the staff in the dining room are always attentive, kind and never intrusive. Let's start with some truly delicious fish appetizers to end the dinner with the second courses, fried fish cooked very well, turbot with caramelized onion? winning pairing Excellent quality raw materials...!!!

01/08/2024: We went for lunch for a birthday, the place is in good condition and well-kept, with references to marine environments. We opted for a seafood menu, the starters were a seafood salad that was too crunchy and not very tender and decidedly acidic, the creamed cod and only one mussel were very good. We chose three first courses with normal lobster, the calamari and prawn risotto creamed with cream (they say it is one of their specialities), the Venere rice with seafood, the best dish of the three. The grilled seafood where the cuttlefish was quite raw, the swordfish was cheap, and the prawns grilled without shell but with the intestines, same fate for the fried prawns with the intestines, to conclude the fried cod which was decidedly not fresh and stringy. I am very disappointed by the average quality of the fish given that it presents itself as a fish specialty restaurant and also by the very limited choice of wine list. I remind you not to have coffee! Cuisine and service are sacred and therefore mastery, love, ability and common sense are needed in pursuing a restaurant business and in recognizing the quality of the raw material. This review is an incentive to improve the service and quality offered so as not to forget the objective of catering, that is, eating well and making people feel good is the art of hospitality. 10/07/2024: I stayed after a day of driving from Florence. Arriving in front of the hotel with a car can be difficult. There’s really only one way into that street. Don’t use any of the mapping systems available. They will send you down small streets that cannot be traveled in an automobile. Once arriving, the staff was fantastic. They wisked my car away to park. The rooms are quaint. My room had excellent upgrades. The views were spectacular from my room. I ended up having dinner in the restaurant downstairs excellent choice. The food was fantastic. Service was great with awesome wines and the next morning the breakfast was fantastic one of the better stays at a hotel while I was in Italy Would stay there again anytime I’m in that area.

10/03/2024: Tipica osteria senese....locale carino...pulito e staff molto disponibile...il proprietario molto socievole e simpatico Siamo stati a cena di sabato sera su prenotazione abbiamo preso un tagliere gran toscano ben assortito Mezzo litro di vino della casa Uno gnocco al ragù locale Un pici con pecorino e dragoncello Una bottiglia d acqua frizzante ed infine il dolce ( un bacio di siena ) Il titolare ci ha offerto due liquori Abbiamo pagato 55 € in due Consiglio fortemente questo locale UN BACIONE DA NAPOLI....ALLA PROSSIMA 😘

04/03/2024: Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Cibo casereccio, buono e abbondante. Prezzi ottimi! Posizione strategica per un pit stop dopo una passeggiata tra le strade di Siena. Assolutamente consigliato.

14/08/2024: Excellent trattoria where you can eat typical Tuscan dishes. The staff is very friendly. Even though the sign says pizzeria, they don't make pizza anymore.

12/08/2024: Unfortunately, we were in front of closed doors on Sunday evening…..☹️ Did not indicate a reason…., perhaps adjust opening hours on Google?

19/08/2024: 10 minute wait, Without a soul that deigned to reveal itself. Empty place, chef who pretended not to see us and the waitress who had the courage to say that they were full and we couldn't eat dinner. Terrible on all points of view including the insistence of parking

19/08/2024: Recommended by a friend, it was immediately an excellent experience, Michele and his staff proved to be friendly and helpful, finding us a free table despite the late opening hours on the day of the Palio. Very rich menu including land dishes, pizza and cuts of meat of different varieties, we started with a platter of typical products of unique goodness, first courses always very abundant in the dishes and to finish a perfectly cooked cut of beef, all accompanied by a house red wine. A round of applause to the head nurse and the staff including Michele for their availability and professionalism. Competitive prices for the quality of the food and the service, certainly not one of those restaurants "for tourists" but on the contrary a typical place where you can eat really well and receive professional service, we will certainly return.

26/07/2024: Everything truly exceptional. Location, comfort, kindness of the owners, breakfast, flexibility. I definitely also recommend purchasing the fantastic oil produced by their mill. We also had dinner with them twice, you couldn't ask for better. Thanks for the wonderful holiday! We'll see you again for sure

25/07/2024: We were there for dinner and it was fantastic. It is located in a small, narrow street with few spaces. The atmosphere was cozy and increased Italian. The girls serving were very nice. The food tasted wonderful. We ordered 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts to share. Definitely a place we will return to.

25/06/2024: Very good. They have a different menu and at a good price. Pasta, meat, fish... good quality and good service. In the center of Siena for 20-25 euros per person.
