11/03/2025: Social restaurant: helps boys and girls with problems to enter the world of work. For lunch, a complete business menu, very abundant. When they make it (Tuesday and/or Thursday) a deep, well-leavened and easily digestible pizza: 3 or 4 flavors available, so you have to be satisfied and not have too many demands. Familiar and pleasant environment. They are attentive to lactose-free intolerances. They also organize special events on some evenings. Ate on Saturday for lunch with the family: the menu was based on a cold cuts platter: excellent!!!! They had also prepared lactose-free doves in the evening.

17/03/2025: Poor kitchen, pizza tasted like from freezer and warmed up, aperol doesn’t taste like aperol - a lot of water inside instead of alcohol itself. Price is not relevant to the food. Definitely not to visit again.

27/02/2025: We were in the Italian winter with my partner, end of February, few places open for lunch. We arrived after 2:00 p.m. and they welcomed us luxuriously in the place with the ideal temperature to counteract the cold outside. We ate 10 and they served us better. The girl and the person in charge of the place were a sweetheart. I highly suggest the vegetable soup, if I remember correctly Tuscany soup or something like that, and the cannoli they make there. For the first time I had the pleasure of trying that typical Italian dessert that is not always offered in places to eat.

27/03/2025: We were tired traveling by motorcycle and this place was perfect for a restful rest. The town is beautiful and this hotel even more so. It's like staying in your own family's home. Run by its owners, its elite gastronomy and careful service in all aspects. Highly recommended to stay for several days. The quality and very varied buffet breakfast with a view of Tuscany, a dream! 01/02/2025: Personale gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo chiediamo una tagliata ma non è disponibile quindi ci adattiamo e scegliamo altro. Riescono a recuperare solo 1 filetto per me (nulla di che ma ho apprezzato). Concordo come contorno dei cavoletti ma accanto alla carne arrivano patate, 1 tortino di verdure, 1 tornino di patate, 2 carotine baby, 1 cipolla e 2 (2 di numero) cavoletti … Ho chiesto un secondo ed un semplice contorno di cavoletti ma perché - mi chiedo - mi portate solo 2 cavoletti e cose che non ho chiesto e che non potevo mangiare (le ha mangiate mio marito). Ascoltate il cliente … non pensate ai piatti decorativi. Se il cliente vuole una cosa e l’avete, portate quella.

14/07/2024: Bellissima esperienza! Avevamo prenotato la fiorentina il giorno prima e ci ha portato la meraviglia in foto. Subito per metterci a nostro agio ci Leo ci ha portato taglieri e prosecchino di benvenuto. Servizio eccellente, il proprietario un tipico toscano spettacolare. A fine pasto ci ha deliziati con il favo a centro tavola da cui abbiamo attinto più che volentieri. CONTO IRRISORIO per il trattamento ricevuto e per tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Torneremo sicuramente!!

10/01/2025: My husband and I had dinner in this restaurant last January 5th and we were lucky enough to have the place just for us. It was a magical evening to say the least, because the waiter Riccardo, of a more unique than rare kindness, had prepared a table for us right in front of the lit fireplace and guided us with preparation and skill to taste the delicious dishes. In fact, the menu follows Lorenza De' Medici's original recipes, based on Tuscan tradition and local food but with combinations of particular and precious flavours. Praise here goes to chef Gianluca Di Virgilio, who made us savor beetroot ravioli stuffed with goat cheese, cappellacci made with fresh truffle pasta and pecorino fondue, braised beef cheek with cocoa sauce and spring onions and other exquisite delicacies we have never tried Before. Thank you so much for everything, despite the distance we will try to return as soon as possible!

03/04/2025: Incredible food! We came 3 times during our stay in Tuscany and everything on the menu was exceptional. Couple who run the place bought it last year, and they are on to a winner. Nice patio, nice indoors, nice bathrooms, friendly service (English/spanish/italian). Menu in English and Italian. Free parking right in front or down a nearby side street. I loved the ambience sitting on the balcony. We were getting tired of the exact same food on every menu in the region, and this offered authentic Tuscan food at a higher quality and a little different to everything else we ate here. Great value for money, too! Seriously the best steak, best antipasti, best pasta, best fries we ate all vacation. Can’t say enough good things. Try the Ribollita - unbelievable Tuscan veg stew/soup. This place is a must!!! We need to get Guy Fieri out here!
