25/03/2024: Place with an intimate atmosphere. Nice furnishings, soft lighting, pleasant music.
It is possible to choose a complete tasting from three (land, sea and mixed "as per tradition"), each including six courses, or select individual à la carte dishes from the aforementioned tastings. If you opt for one of the three complete menus, the journey must be shared by all the guests (i.e. at the same table it will not be possible to choose a tasting and at the same time á la carte courses, nor two different tastings).
This apparent rigidity is promptly overcome once the tasting is served - we selected "as a tradition", in our case.
Starting from the welcome prosecco and the amuse bouche, the gastronomic experience is special. Refined and divinely successful combinations, perfect cooking, pasta with an amazing consistency, condiments with multiple flavors and without one ingredient dominating the other, delicious presentation of the dishes.
Personally we found the first four courses excellent, while the second course and the dessert were a step below (although pleasant, but less harmonious than the previous dishes).
In general, the raw materials appear to be of a high standard, and are certainly crafted and arranged with skill.
To the admiration for the chef's skills, we must add appreciation for the entire dining room staff, polite and present, never intrusive and very competent.
It should be considered that, contemplating ordering a bottle of wine (not among the most expensive) for two, the price is around €90 each.
It has almost never happened to me to spend such sums for a single meal, but the Polveriera is a culinary experience that truly deserves such an outlay.
And I think I'll make it again in the near future, perhaps once the tasting menus have been remodeled.

he is very helpful and competent, the waiters manage to immerse the customer at 360° thanks to the accurate description of the dishes. Each dish is a unique experience, a mix of flavors and textures, you can see that there is attention and precision in everything served! Excellent value for money, I recommend the tasting menu!!

05/04/2024: I've been once and it will be the last, more than an hour waiting and the people who came after were served, and then in the end I had to leave without eating anything, what kind of people are they, they only serve who they like, total ignorance. Unfortunately it's not a defamation, I'm ready to come back so you remember me, I also paid for the drinks and the table and then I left

18/02/2024: L’antipasto è a buffet, con buona scelta. La cucina invece deludente, con servizio un po’ lento. Abbiamo ordinato una portata a testa mentre mangiavamo l’antipasto, attendendo poi circa 40 minuti per ricevere l’ordine. In particolare, nel mio caso, avevo ordinato un tagliolino al lardo e tartufo, che però è risultato affogato nel burro e totalmente sciapo. L’ho fatto cortesemente notare al cameriere, che mi ha lasciato intendere che la scelta sbagliata era la mia, non essendo il tartufo di stagione. La titolare ha poi detto che il tagliolino era offerto, ma sommando i costi delle nostre ordinazioni (e arrotondando per eccesso) il valore corrisponde a quanto pagato. Tutto considerato, personalmente non sono soddisfatto del pranzo, e ritengo 47,5 € a testa per antipasto a buffet, una portata, dolce, caffè e vino della casa un costo un po’ eccessivo.

Si inizia con antipasto a buffet molto buono e abbondante . I primi sono buoni abbiamo fatto un trittico , per secondo la tagliata molto buona
Il servizio ottimo e i proprietari sono molto accoglienti e simpatici

02/11/2023: Esperienza etremamente negativa
Per punti:
1. La pompa di calore del soggiorno con letto non si accende e una persona ha dormito al freddo
2. La pompa di calore della camera da letto è appena sufficiente a riscaldare la camera ma insufficiente a dare calore anche al soggiorno, le pareti sono molto alte e c’è tanta cubatura. All’arrivo il telecomando non c’era e ho dovuto recuperarlo in un altro appartamento.
3. Il terzo letto nella camera è composto da un bancale in legno sul quale è poggiato un materassino da brandina (alto 5 cm)
4. La password del wifi non è scritta da nessuna parte
5. C’è soltanto un rotolo di carta igienica consumato per tre quarti (abbiamo dovuto pulirci coi fazzoletti Kleenx da naso)
6. Mancano le luci nei comodini, impossibile leggere e per andare in bagno di notte bisogna brancolare nel buio
7. Il sentiero che porta alle camere è completamente buio, senza nemmeno un lampioncino di cortesia e bisogna farsi strada col led dello smartphone
8. La colazione non c’era, nostante fosse compresa all’atto della prenotazione. Come rimborso, la signora che gestisce ci ha proposto un rimborso di 3,75 euro a testa, a suo dire sufficienti per far colazione al bar
9. La ciambella del water non è fissata allo stesso e rende difficoltosa la “seduta”
10. Ragnatele che pendono dal bocchettone della pompa di calore
Ritengo che tutto questo sia frutto di una totale mancanza di rispetto verso i propri ospiti.
Non è obbligatorio gestire strutture recettizie se non se ne ha capacità, voglia o non si ha un minimo di amore per questo lavoro.
17/08/2023: Premetto che il mio soggiorno è stato nel luglio 2021 ma TripAdvisor non mi manda indietro così tanto...mi sono reso conto ora di non aver mai recensito l'unica esperienza di viaggio davvero imbarazzante che mi sia capitata...e pertanto meritate che tutti sappiano dove andare a parare...
Prenotata una notte nella yurta,arriviamo alla struttura e non c'è nessuno...poco male,chiamo la signora che mi risponde di entrare e parcheggiare la moto...fin qui tutto ok,ma poi mi dice di salire le scale e entrare nell'appartamento...a farle notare che abbiamo prenotato la yurta e non un appartamento mi dice che magicamente i signori che hanno occupato la yurta prima di noi hanno intasato il sanitrit e quindi non è utilizzabile(la yurta l'abbiamo vista e credo fosse in disuso da mesi per quanto era concia male...piscina non fruibile,colazione con 3 brioche scadute confezionate,camera piena e dico piena di zanzare perché lasciata aperta tutto il giorno....non so com'è ora ma non credo abbiano fatto passi avanti...
