At Brunelleschi Bistrot the food was excellent, wine and grappa also bring the Italian flavour very well together. Staff friendly and welcoming. Prices are decent and the view of Duomo make the italian atmosphere the most memorable. Highly recommend 👌

Mediocre place except for its location in the square. I stopped for a coffee and felt like I'd been ripped off. The quality was good, of course, but an espresso shouldn't cost €4.50...I preferred a cappuccino for €1 more.

You eat in front of the Baptistery, that's true, but... be more careful with your orders! Prices are high, even if they're posted, but at least they're a little more generous. Oh well, you eat there once and that's it... it's a tourist spot.

I had the pleasure of dining at Bistrot Brunelleschi, and the experience was simply fantastic. The restaurant is located right in front of the splendid Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore: dining with such a view is truly magical. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for enjoying Florence in all its beauty. The food was excellent, with attention to detail and truly delicious. Each dish was prepared with great care and quality. Another great asset is the staff: professional, efficient, and always friendly, making guests feel welcomed from start to finish. If you're in Florence and want a special experience, combining excellent cuisine and a dream location in front of the Duomo, Bistrot Brunelleschi is an absolute must-try. Highly recommended!

09/05/2026: The place is truly beautiful, overlooking the city, surrounded by nature, ideally to be enjoyed on a sunny day in April or late September. The food is very good, the portions aren't huge, and the price is a bit above average, but it's worth it. Be careful: seating is limited, so reservations are a must. What I ate: Tuscan flavored appetizer: 8, good selection of cheeses and cured meats. Squid ink agnolotti stuffed with salmon (5 pieces): 8.5, really good, I would have eaten a few more. Sicilian-style calamari: 7, good but very delicate, I love more intense flavors. Veal cheek: 9, excellent, the only flaw is that it went quickly, it deserved a second helping. In conclusion: it's worth it, but don't expect to leave packed or to go to a place that's extremely cheap, but in my opinion, it's truly excellent, and I'll be back.

The food is exceptionally good, both the cuisine and the pizza, and the value is fair. I'm holding back five stars only because of a few minor flaws in the service and attention to detail, but it's still a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a different kind of evening. A truly worthwhile experience!
