Edi House In Firenze

After a previous unpleasant experience at another restaurant, coming to EDI House was a real treat. We ate truly wonderfully. The swordfish was exceptional, incredibly tender, and literally melted in your mouth. The cod prepared EDI House-style was also a pleasant discovery: flavorful, well-balanced, and cooked with great care. The dessert ended the dinner perfectly, truly delicious. But what makes this restaurant special isn't just the quality of the dishes. The staff was impeccable: kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, making us feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish. I'd especially like to thank a young man named PAL. You can sense their passion for their work and their attention to customer service, qualities that are increasingly rare and therefore even more appreciated. Compliments to all the staff. We will definitely be back and I recommend it without hesitation.

Exquisite cuisine, excellent fish

Since my last visit, many years ago, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff have improved significantly. Interesting offerings for both the restaurant and the pizzeria, classic pizza, thin (that's fine for me, I'll write this for those who expect something different), well-leavened dough.

Edi House remains the same place it was 20 years ago, a true blast from the past! I rediscovered fried polenta with porcini mushrooms, which is hard to find in pizzerias these days! Friendly staff, prices in line with the area, decent food. Easy parking.

Excellent cuisine, very kind staff, standard prices

Good spot for dinner, both alone or in company!

Came here for lunch after a long morning and was super pleasantly surprised. The spaghetti vongole and fried seafood was perfect. They also had fried artichokes that were amazing and a lamb ragu that was perfectly un-gamey. Highly recommend!

A pleasant discovery in Florence. A 20-minute walk from Piazza Signoria, this Italian restaurant offers tasty, authentic traditional Tuscan dishes. The staff is courteous and helpful. The value for money is excellent. We will definitely be back.

It's a good pizzeria restaurant with good products and above all excellent value for money.
