This place is definitely recommended. The sushi is top-notch, the staff is friendly and attentive to their needs, and they're always available to offer recommendations. The location is also beautiful. Compliments to the chef and the entire staff. We'll definitely be back.

I tried Via Vai and I must say it was a truly wonderful discovery! Let's start with the assumption that it's à la carte sushi, but we booked through The Fork and got a 20% discount, so the bill was absolutely fair for the quality. The restaurant is intimate, elegant, and very welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail. The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the dinner. We chose to dine at the counter, with a direct view of the chef preparing the dishes: a truly unique and interesting experience, which made everything even more engaging. We ordered: * Seafood Tacos * Tuna Tataki * Salmon Tartare * Spicy Sake Gunkan * Octopus * Scampo Roll * Spicy Drago The Tuna Tataki and Tacos were incredible: balanced flavors, super fresh fish, and beautifully presented. The portions are generally very generous, so I highly recommend splitting the dishes between two people, as one each could be too much! I highly recommend this place: elegant decor, high quality, spectacular dishes, and a different experience than traditional sushi. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent sushi, we were here on Saturday 16 May, it is not the classic all you can eat and it shows, we were looking for a different sushi and we were satisfied, the staff very kind and prepared, especially the boy who accompanied us to the table, very smart and prepared, explaining everything to us in detail, I hope to return in the future when I pass through the area

I stopped by by chance, and was recommended by Bledi, the manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The kitchen staff were excellent, and the sushi and service were truly excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I love this place in Florence! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is perfect for a night out and the service is absolutely top notch. Bleddy, the manager, is excellent. He is always ready to welcome me, whether dining alone or with friends. His energy is so magnetic that I come back for not only the fresh and creative menu, but honestly for the service he gives. His whole staff is wonderful and you can tell they care about your experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night out, whether it be alone, with friends or for a date. Try the spicy dragon roll and the seafood tacos.

I had a really positive experience at Via Vai. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, always attentive to the customer. The service was fast and organized, and the atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. I recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place where they can feel at ease.

I went to this restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner with my wife: the food was very good, albeit dominated by an umami flavor. The place is beautiful and meticulously maintained. What really amazed my wife and I, however, was the service! Lots of young, extremely polite waiters, attentive to our every need. A truly one-of-a-kind team! My compliments to them, they are the soul of the place!
