I had a really positive experience at Via Vai. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, always attentive to the customer. The service was fast and organized, and the atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. I recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place where they can feel at ease.

I went to this restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner with my wife: the food was very good, albeit dominated by an umami flavor. The place is beautiful and meticulously maintained. What really amazed my wife and I, however, was the service! Lots of young, extremely polite waiters, attentive to our every need. A truly one-of-a-kind team! My compliments to them, they are the soul of the place!

The restaurant is very welcoming, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The dishes are tasty and beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The atmosphere is pleasant, although the design is slightly Chinese-inspired, which I wasn't expecting, but overall it's still well-kept and pleasant. A great experience: I'll gladly return!

A sushi restaurant in a class of its own! Delicious and sophisticated dishes, it stands out from traditional Japanese restaurants for its variety of dishes and unique offerings, with special uramaki and tataki of a different kind. The wine list is also excellent, with a wide selection.
