Di ritorno da un viaggio al Sud, la tappa è stata a Gallicano, un tipico paese Toscano che sempre ti stupisce per l' armonia del suo piccolo centro medievale.Per la cena abbiamo scelto Eliseo, Memori di ricordi di gioventù.Niente è cambiato,solo le pareti sono rinfrescate e luminose,la boiserie lucente ti fa sentire a casa. Dopo una bruschetta di benvenuto che chiama il primo bicchiere di Ciliegiolo, la Zuppa di Erbi e i Tortelli allo Scorzone sono una conferma.la Bistecca, le morbide Polpette di Patate e Carne e i Cannellini si fanno ricordare.un tocco di eleganza te lo da' un dolce flambè.Anche il Vino della casa è ottimo, un bicchiere in più ci sta', tanto pernottiamo a due passi .Il servizio è garbato e quasi affettuoso, il prezzo è come la qualità: di altri tempi....ci auguriamo di poterci tornare.

06/01/2025: Locale carino molto accogliente. Dal menù scopriamo che la pasta è fatta in casa quindi prendiamo tortelli classici al ragù e tortelli di castagne con ricotta e speck entrambi strepitosi! Ottime le polpette fritte e spettacolare lo sformato di spinaci. Molto buoni anche i dolci e fenomenale la crema di limoni offertaci.

07/04/2025: Ho pranzato con mia madre in questo ristorante, domenica 5 aprile. Menu con ampia selezione di scelta. Pesce freschissimo e buona carta dei vini. Locale molto pulito e confortevole. Camerieri gentili e servizio abbastanza veloce( il locale era pieno). Possibilità di mangiare tutto senza glutine per chi è celiaco. I dolci sono fantastici e tutti senza- glutine

06/04/2025: Molta varietà di piatti, tutti allettanti! Siamo stati con dei nostri amici, abbiamo preso tutti piatti diversi e tutti erano buoni Personale cordiale, parcheggio facile, ambiente pulito, ottima cucina.

Abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi e formaggi misti (20€), una fiorentina in due (65€ al kg) e un'insalata con arance e melagrana (10€). La qualità dei piatti è davvero notevole e il prezzo è in linea con essa. 08/03/2025: We have known him for a few months, on Saturdays we go for the pizza which is really good, but we are also getting to know the first courses and starters. They are all delicious, the taste of good things made ad hoc remains

04/11/2024: Mi esposa y yo estábamos en Toscana para nuestra luna de miel. Nos enteramos de este restaurante por el anfitrión de la granja en la que nos alojamos. Este restaurante se encuentra en Montebenichi, una pequeña ciudad de la Toscana. Mi esposa y yo somos pescadores y no había ninguna opción para nosotros. Este restaurante es conocido por sus platos de pasta y carne. Sin embargo, no tuvimos ningún problema con la elección de ensalada, sopa y pasta. Admitiré que la sopa toscana local, Ribollita, fue absolutamente una de las mejores sopas que he comido! ¡Todavía sueño con esta sopa! El chef fue tan amable de hacernos pasta arrabiata que no estaba en el menú pero que hizo es especial para nosotros. La pasta era perfecta. El vino local era una combinación perfecta con nuestra comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar este restaurante cuando esté en la Toscana. Estoy de acuerdo con otro crítico en preguntar "¿por qué no es este un restaurante con clasificación Michelin" - es tan bueno!

08/10/2024: To say that the food was perfect or wonderful would be an understatement. This evening offered us a complete and outstanding gastronomic experience. The food, the hospitality—without unnecessary frills but filled with substance—featured select ingredients, exceptional flavors, and above all, a genuine, homely, and incredibly polite and humble welcome. One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful host and chef. The wine list was also superb, with rare finds. This place truly deserves a Michelin star for many reasons.

11/03/2025: We returned to this pizzeria after several years. Very good pizza and well-leavened and light dough. Even though it was Saturday and the place was full, we didn't wait long. They offered us some pizza dough fritters, very tasty. Friendly staff and amazing desserts! We will definitely be back!

07/04/2025: Arrived around 6:30 for dinner with a friend and was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. The service throughout the evening was very attentive, and I appreciated the nice selection of sparkling wines. One of the highlights for me was the option to try all the appetizers—such a great idea! Out of the eight different options, the fried artichokes were my favorite. For the mains, both the lamb steak and grilled chicken were beautifully cooked and presented. A very satisfying and well-rounded dining experience.

28/02/2025: We had lunch on a Sunday with friends and family. The first thing I would like to praise is the owners' great availability: they waited for us even though we had traffic delays (each of us guests came from a different region), they accepted the change from 4 to 7 people right away and offered a small aperitif to everyone. They were very kind to everyone. The food is excellent, varied and not at all predictable: the pecorino flan with confit pears and the mushroom pici with crispy black cabbage are exceptional. The meat is excellent. The setting is a wonderful glimpse of the Tuscan hills, unmissable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

24/02/2025: Visit in July 2024. We ate on the terrace and despite the season, the chef came in person to make sure everything was good. It was! This place is worth the price. As the street is pedestrian, the terrace is quiet.

02/01/2025: The waiter was super kind and helpful, made us feel as if we were at home. The food was ok, but nothing special. We were there in winter, and is was quite cold inside. I understand sometimes you have to wait longer for the meal, but the waiting time of almost 1.5 hour was a bit too long.

11/04/2025: Nice renovated place but I have to say that I remembered this very different famous restaurant a few years ago. The cuisine has changed, the fish is fresh but no longer cooked the old way and less abundant. I had ordered an island-style monkfish and after half an hour of waiting it arrived rare! I sent it back, the waitress apologized and offered me a quick mixed fry, and I had to accept, but I didn't go to eat that! Very long waits where we filled ourselves with good bread, yes but not good... I got the ravioli filled with fish which was good but the pasta was borderline raw. A quarter of a glass of wine is 7.50 and oh well... you know, fish dinners are expensive, but what was missing was the classic simple flavor of intense fish which I didn't taste because it was mixed with too many ingredients. Too bad I had other memories but maybe they were another management....
