06/10/2025: We were impressed by a video on YouTube...but weren't that impressed 😞 The pizza looks good, is crispy, but unfortunately, it's incredibly salty!!!!! And that wasn't because of the anchovies! Glasses are also in short supply; they only have plastic cups!

Over the years, through many sacrifices, they have built a wonderful business, the fruit of the teachings their parents were able to pass on to them. They have the ability to transform every single product into pure poetry. 06/10/2025: We were strolling through the charming streets of Taormina when we came across a lovely little spot adorned with flowers. The menu caught our eye, so we decided to step in — and luckily, a table was available right away. We ordered the tagliatelle with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, fresh chili, and pistachio, as well as the trofie pasta with pistachio, almond, and shrimp. Both dishes were delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff warm and welcoming, and to top it off, we were treated to a complimentary shot of almond wine at the end.

29/09/2025: If you like finding something off the normal tourist trail, then this is a gem. We enjoyed a great lunch in a private garden and the food was some of the best we had in Sicily. A wild boar ragu pasta and prawn and zucchini linguini were delicious. Local white wine was very enjoyable and the whole meal great value. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was informal, but made unique by the owner's passions (display of old kitchen tools, musical instruments, etc.). Good value. Recommended.

28/08/2025: After visiting the Greek temples in Agrigento, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. A truly luxurious restaurant in the middle of the countryside. It was possibly the best meal of my entire stay in Sicily. A true delight; everything we ordered was delicious. Without a doubt, I had one of the best pastas with tomato sauce I've ever eaten here—a spectacle. The waiters were professionals who treated us like royalty (shout out to my Venezuelan friend, he's outstanding). A must-see.

27/08/2025: Wow! What can I say about this magnificent place... first of all it definitely deserves the 5⭐️ We stumbled upon it by chance and what a discovery! The food pairings are perfectly chosen, the waiters are extraordinary, from the welcome to the departure. And of course the view is just magnificent. We will be back!

From the moment I called to book, I was greeted with a warm welcome, friendliness, and kindness (rare values ​​these days). We had dinner on a rainy day, and even though it was evening, everything was enchanting. 😍. Very charming, a relaxing and meditative place with good, relaxing music. But can we talk about the food? Delicious, high-quality, authentic flavors, fresh pasta, and incredibly fresh fish, they leave a unique taste in your mouth. All of this makes a place special. These days, it's extremely rare to find good staff, good food, and a beautiful place... Most places perhaps only manage one of these qualities. Here, however, everything is summed up in one word: "PROFESSIONALISM." Kudos to the owner and the staff 😃 I'm just sorry I didn't take any photos, but honestly, I enjoyed the present 😊 I have to come back for a nice lunch by the sea 😍
