09/04/2026: Spent two weeks on Sicily and enjoyed our best meal here. We dined with our two kids and the whole experience was incredible. The waiting team are total pros, relaxed but accommodating and attentive. The food was on another level. We loved the carbonara and the desserts.

The filled pasta was out of this damn world, carbonara was rich and the cannoli: Creamy ricotta, crunchy shell, silky ganache. To top it off, there is a cute little meow you can snuggle 😍. Go support this place. It's totally worth it!

14/03/2026: ⚠️A bit of a rip-off⚠️ There's no sign outside, and once you're seated, you discover there's only one set menu, and it costs €25. It's a small, family-run restaurant owned by a friendly couple. The cuisine is very local, using good ingredients. The welcome is friendly, and the portions are generous. The only downside is that they force you to order a €25 set menu per person and don't accept à la carte options. It's not good value for money. Expensive for a set menu served with plastic cups and paper towels instead of napkins. For the same price, you can eat much better in Palermo.

Small dishes prepared on the spot, carefully prepared, and of high quality—a rare thing in a city where too many places thrive on location and tourism (see certain bars in Piazza Duomo: beautiful on the outside, terrible on the menu).
Here, however, the food is truly good, without fuss: few dishes, but done properly.
It's a shame about the location, which deserves much more visibility. That said, perhaps that's also why it remains a place for those seeking quality and not just an Instagram photo.
Recommended for those with even a modicum of critical taste, even for a quick aperitivo.
