Everything was excellent: the rolls and arancini were exceptional, but the Genovese were a cut above. Definitely the best dough I've ever tasted. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommended! Friendly, extremely clean, and fully stocked. I stopped in for a handcrafted crema caffè (which tasted like nothing else) and ended up admiring everything on display. It offers every option: from almond paste to Erice Genovese, from arancini to strictly handmade calzones, as well as food souvenirs like artisanal pasta, Martorana fruit, Modica chocolate, and liqueurs. A wide variety of beverages, wines, and soft drinks are also available. For a pleasant stop near the Erice Cathedral, I highly recommend it.

I only had the pleasure of tasting their ice cream which was wonderful but I know that they have much more that I have not had the pleasure of trying but from what I saw they were out of this world excellent refreshment point with the air conditioned upper room

The gluten-free pistachio Genovese is nothing short of spectacular!!! I've never tasted such a delicious pastry. For those who aren't celiac, the mini cassatine are a must-try; they're a perfect bite.

31/05/2026: The food was okay, the waitress was very nice and friendly.
26/05/2026: The person who served us made an effort to understand and assist us. We had pasta with sardines and a very fresh and well-prepared fried fish dish, along with a salad and some delicious coffees. They offered us a Marsala white wine, which was good. One problem was the restrooms, especially the men's, and there was a smell inside (not from food) that I couldn't identify.

09/05/2026: We wholeheartedly recommend this bakery in Trapani! This place is a delight from the very first visit – everything is fresh, fragrant, and prepared with the utmost care. The bread is delicious, crispy, and full of flavor, and the arancini and lasagna are simply exquisite! Every product we tried was of high quality and tasted like true Sicilian cuisine. Their dedication and passion for food are evident. Anyone visiting Trapani should definitely visit. A true gourmet delight!
09/05/2026: Excellent bakery, with bread, focaccia, pizza, and biscuits, all excellently made and reasonably priced, despite being in a very touristy area. I personally tried the rianata (Trapani-style pizza with anchovies and pecorino) and a soft panini with melted cheese, tuna, and onion: both excellent! Total price: €3.50!
