07/03/2025: I went there for the service of noon and night. Eat well both times with very good pizza made from the chef Giuseppe ! I recommend this place 100%. Both waiters were very kind too

13/03/2025: Sabir is a true jewel in the heart of Zafferana Etnea. The atmosphere is intimate and elegant, with furnishings taken care of down to the smallest details. The cuisine is of the highest level, with dishes that surprise both for their taste and their impeccable presentation. The service is attentive and professional, always ready to recommend the best combinations. Each course is an explosion of flavors that enhances the excellence of the territory. For the quality offered, the prices are absolutely adequate. A gastronomic experience to repeat! I will definitely go back.

10/02/2025: Restaurant with high level cuisine, impeccable service, we enjoyed a truly sublime grouper risotto, not to mention the desserts, all absolutely above average... Congratulations, we will definitely be back. Prices obviously not cheap but absolutely in line with the quality offered.

Homemade dishes but of the highest quality, Mr. Salvo, with his kindness and availability, gave us a "hug" every day, making us feel at home. An infinite thank you to all the staff and the chef who delighted our palates. I highly recommend it.

01/12/2024: Il castello san marco è quel luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato senza risentire dell’invecchiamento. Grazie alla famiglia Murabito ogni spazio è valorizzato in ogni piccolo particolare. Un luogo dove Charme e lusso si uniscono a professionalità e passione per garantire agli ospiti un’esperienza indimenticabile. I piatti dello chef Giuseppe Bonaccorso richiamano la tradizione siciliana e vengono riproposti con creatività e accostamenti di sapori capaci di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Il sommelier Mario Cutroneo sembra essere un mago degli abbinamenti con vini d’eccezione che si sposano perfettamente al gusto prelibato dei prodotti a km 0 della nostra amata Sicilia. Nulla da invidiare agli stellati! Il saluto finale include la pasticceria mignon tradizionale ed un drink davvero innovativo. “Fantastico” è l’aggettivo perfetto per descrivere un’esperienza dove tutto sembra muoversi al limite tra fantasia e realtà.

Nothing to envy of the starred ones! 03/03/2025: On Sunday, through a friend of ours, who found the place on Instagram, we chose to try it. Excellent small and welcoming location (as we like it), in room we were welcomed and pampered 😅 by a professional staff. The simple dishes with typical products and their products, applause goes to the chef. We will see each other soon

11/03/2025: Inspired by the fact that they accepted meal vouchers, we booked for Valentine's evening. Nice atmosphere, created from a previous delicatessen. The owner is a guy who clearly believes a lot in this project he is carrying out, when you ask him for some information about the dishes, his eyes light up and he explains everything to you with grace and kindness. Saying that you eat well is an understatement, because every dish gives you something. Initially we had ordered a single dish and a sandwich, convinced that we weren't very hungry, but reading the menu from top to bottom gave us an appetite and so we also ordered: panelle, roast beef and delimisù (their masterful reinterpretation of tiramisu).

30/12/2024: The prices do not correspond to the quality and portion size. Waiting time 1.5 hours, on a working day, not during rush hours. The fried seafood was very over salted, some of the shrimps were stale. The only plus was the friendly service.

27/01/2025: Food was fresh and delicious. Pasta was perfectly cooked. Great drinks list as well. Nothing exciting about dessert. Note that the outdoor area tables are really close together as they dont have much space. For me its a little uncomfortable. But overall was fine. Staff are nice enough.

09/02/2025: Located in a street in the center, this restaurant is welcoming and also has a room with a few tables. The staff is very kind and very helpful and very attentive. The food is of excellent quality and carefully prepared. We started with marinated red prawns accompanied by a particular and tasty Marsala jelly, we continued with fantastic busiate with amberjack and as a second course some very fresh fried cuttlefish. We were also tempted by dessert. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of white Malvasia. The cost was €60 per person so excellent considering the complete meal and the wine as well as two glasses at the end of the meal. Advised.

29/01/2025: Ottimo il Cous Cous di Montone, porzione abbondante, quindi, vi sconsiglio di non prendere antipasti prima, per poterlo gustare appieno. Cucina Tunisina 100% Ritorneremo!

28/12/2024: Uno de los pocos restaurantes no italianos en Trapani, estábamos emocionados de probar Cartago para el almuerzo. No decepcionó. El menú es amplio y cada plato sonaba delicioso, al menos para el ominvore. El vegetariano también tenía una plétora de opciones. No te pierdas el plato de aperitivos del chef, una comida en sí misma. La selección era maravillosa - un poco de vegetariana y algunos mariscos - y abundante.
