13/05/2026: We had dinner at this iconic restaurant on the Castellammare port, where absolute tranquility reigns. The restaurant was meticulously maintained, and the staff welcomed us with utmost warmth. We ordered raw seafood appetizers, from tuna tartare to squid ink panelle! Exceptional. For our main course, seared tuna with citrus marmalade. Superb quality food. We'll be back soon!

13/05/2026: Superbly maintained place on the Castellammare port. Fresh fish, well-prepared dishes, and a relaxed atmosphere. We ate really well, especially the raw seafood and pasta with red shrimp. Friendly and fast service. The prices are fair for the quality and location. I would gladly return.

22/02/2026: The people, the service and atmosphere were nice. Antipasti and pasta too. However the meat was terrible and they don't seem to understand how different types of meat and cuts should be grilled/cooked. That's the capocollo I was served.

01/02/2026: Salvatore, the restaurant's owner, welcomed us warmly and with a smile. He helped us choose our dishes, offering fresh, top-quality local produce. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, and the setting is elegant and quaint, with stone interiors and a stove that warms the room (it was snowing outside that day). Every single dish reflects the passion and care the entire staff has for both the ingredients and the customers. We'll definitely be back!

24/04/2026: We were on a road trip in Sicily and had dinner here. We had the best pizza of our entire vacation! We highly recommend this restaurant, whether you're craving pizza or a classic Italian meal with pasta and meat or fish. The service was very friendly, and you can speak Italian or English. We were even treated to a complimentary limoncello at the end. The restaurant is located right on the beach. Parking is easy and plentiful, and the location is perfect for a stroll along the shore.

21/05/2026: Very good dishes, served in a charming and romantic setting in Syracuse. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The price was very fair considering the area and the freshness of the ingredients. The cannoli were excellent. We couldn't have imagined a better start to our vacation; highly recommended.

19/05/2026: The restaurant I originally planned to go to was closed, so I ended up coming here because it was the most crowded place. And to my surprise, this was the best meal I've had in my over 40-odd days of travel. The flavors came from fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the dishes were prepared with such care!! To me, this place was a Michelin-star restaurant~👍🏻👍🏻

31/05/2026: I went to this trattoria for lunch with my husband and children. I found everything delicious and authentic. Even the children's tomato pasta was delicious, which is not to be expected! We tried a seafood appetizer with a delicious octopus carpaccio and some truly delicious grouper ravioli. The staff was kind and courteous! We'll be back.

04/05/2026: I haven't had such a delicious fish meal in ages! Quite simply, if the catch is good, the meal is fit for a king! The welcome is worthy of Sicily, warm and attentive, the fish is incredibly fresh, I hope you have as pleasant a time as my family and I did at this restaurant.

08/06/2026: We are so grateful to the fabulous people at Le Serre for accommodating us for a very late dinner after a long travel day. Not only was it kind of them to stay open for us but the FOOD! It was delicious and the service was absolutely spectacular. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!

07/03/2026: Google says they're open at 12:30, but unfortunately, that's not the case :) Edit. The hours have changed on Google - just yesterday, they said you're open from 12:00 to (I think) 15:00.

02/03/2026: Great place, very clean and comfortable. The waiters were super kind and willing to accommodate my crazy diet requests. They work wonders in the kitchen! Bottom line: I couldn't stick to my diet; everything was so good. A must-try place, and I'll definitely be back.

19/05/2026: We had the most lovely meal at Il Carretto. The service was so friendly, they were helpful with the menu in explaining the dishes including the specials. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are decent. We had eggplant meatballs for starters which were so tasty. For mains I had the Spaghetti with muscles which had a great amount of muscles and a delicious flavour. We did not have room for dessert but I’d be keen to go back to see what they offer! Highly recommend this restaurant which is in a nice quiet location with beautiful views of the church tower up the alley way.

05/05/2026: We came around 11 o'clock to ask what time they open because we wanted to plan lunch there - I heard that it's not a bar and they open at 11:30. We arrived a moment after this hour, we had large backpacks with us so we took a seat at a table for 4 people (me and my fiancé) - I would like to emphasize that no one was in the restaurant. The waiter came and told us to move to a smaller table even though there were no other people. The food and drinks were very good - I don't want to miss it. Then people started to gather - each table got a welcome treat, unfortunately we didn't - maybe a moment after opening they didn't have ready yet. 2x service was added to the bill - 3 euros per person, which in my opinion should count from a larger group or one service to one bill - especially since we took 1 pizza for half
