28/08/2025: This is a great place to try pizza with a twist. Flavours and styles to suit everyone and very good value for money. We sat outside which is great for people watching and though there were many empty tables early evening,the kitchen was very busy with take away orders. Andreas our main waiters was friendly, polite and accommodating and his female colleague made a couple of great recommendations from the menu. I would consider this place my 'go to' when ordering pizza and more whilst in Ortigia.

08/08/2025: Delicious, simple cuisine, with a fresh ricotta starter accompanied by a few olives, and a choice of two pastas: one with Sardinian sauce, perfectly balanced, and the other with melanzane, cooked like a caponata. It's perfection. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, the service is fast, the service is intimate, and it's inexpensive: all-inclusive with a drink is €15 (€25 with a larger starter and dessert). What more can I say? Go for it!

30/08/2025: If you go to Porto Empedocle I highly recommend the Lido Fico d'India... fantastic sea view and exceptional quality of food... everything fresh... fair prices but above all the kindness and politeness of the staff who are at your disposal for anything... especially special Mr. "Franco" welcoming and always smiling... congratulations.

23/08/2025: Family-run restaurant. Everything is perfectly managed. Quick service, excellent food, and a wonderful staff. Every dish is freshly prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The house white wine is also excellent. This will definitely be our go-to place in Syracuse.

22/08/2025: We discovered Fuori Ortigia thanks to the positive reviews on Google, and I can confirm that everything is true. The restaurant is easy to find and has a family-run feel that's immediately apparent: the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is incredibly kind, courteous, and attentive to every guest's needs. The food is top-quality and impeccably served. The seafood linguine was a true triumph of flavors, as was the grilled swordfish: superb dishes that alone are worth the visit. It's rare to find a place that so perfectly combines quality, authenticity, and human warmth. It's a shame our vacation is already over, otherwise we would have happily returned. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Syracuse!

22/08/2025: We had dinner here one evening in August. The mussel soup, shrimp cocktail, seafood salad, raw seafood, and a tasting menu were all excellent, accompanied by a very fresh Carricante Ciuri. The price was more than fair. The staff were very friendly and attentive, even suggesting different pairings. Highly recommended.

21/08/2025: We passed through Trapani on Tuesday evening and decided to stop at Bettolaccia to try the local dishes. The positive reviews we'd read were confirmed from the first course. The mixed fried fish was sublime, as were the busiate pasta with Trapani-style pesto, and the "CUSCUSU" with fish broth is this osteria's crown jewel. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the service excellent. The kindness of the entire staff stands out, and even though we hadn't booked and it was already almost 11 p.m., they made us feel welcome. I highly recommend it!

31/08/2025: Trattoria Sant'Anna, pleasantly located in the historic center of Gangi, is a great surprise. The menu is varied, from appetizers to main courses, all traditional dishes made with the freshest ingredients and locally sourced produce. The fresh pasta with creamed zucchini, stracciatella, crispy speck, and chopped pistachios, as well as the osso buco and shank, are all noteworthy. A good selection of desserts is also available, all homemade. The service is prompt and the staff are professional: specifically, the dynamic and professional Roberto, the friendly and helpful Giusy, and the young and very polite Samuele (known as Aldo). The privilege of eating on the restaurant's spacious terrace, with its truly magical atmosphere, is rare and appreciated. I highly recommend Trattoria Sant'Anna to anyone who wants an authentic culinary experience at a good price. Word of the tour operator.

30/07/2025: Magnificent setting Succulent meal If you want to eat typical Sicilian food, this is the ideal place. From the appetizer to the first and second courses, everything was perfect.

20/07/2025: We booked a table for 10, one of whom was celiac. The staff was notified at the time of booking and reassured us of the gluten-free options they would offer. They gave us a private room, and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable about gluten-free options. I recommend it.

18/08/2025: We went to the Noemi restaurant in Gollodoro. The €35 fixed menu included eight rich and well-prepared appetizers, two tasty first courses, a second course, dessert, and coffee. Generous portions and authentic flavors reflecting tradition. The staff was excellent, always friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this experience, especially for those who want to enjoy a complete dinner in a welcoming atmosphere.

06/09/2025: I've known this place since I was a child; it's a cornerstone of the village of Selinunte. Wonderful people, a family-friendly yet professional atmosphere... I return almost every night during the summer, and it's also a pleasure to go there in the winter. Facing the sea, aperitivo becomes a peaceful experience! The cocktails Totó masterfully prepares with constant research into ingredients are a must-try for anyone seeking quality cocktails! Wonderful!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

22/07/2025: We returned after a year for a family lunch, and it was once again the excellent restaurant we'd tried. The typical mixed appetizers and excellent seafood couscous—for me, the best in Trapani. Friendly service, clean restaurant with an open kitchen. Prices are average. Keep up the good work.
