17/08/2026: A fantastic and unique experience. Brought by friends, I tried "amplified" Apulian flavors. Nothing chemical or artificial...a Michelin star or the title of "Best Winery in Europe" certainly aren't enough to classify the works of art prepared by chef Leonardo Marco. P.S. ask for "il Riccio," the special dish not on the menu.

03/07/2026: My husband and I went for lunch a few days ago and had a wonderful time. The place is charming and well-kept in the old town of Taranto, and the owner and staff are kind and welcoming, especially the manager, with whom we enjoyed chatting about wine and food. You can tell they're passionate about their work, sourcing excellent ingredients and showcasing their creativity in their cooking. We hope to return soon.

28/06/2026: A truly enjoyable experience in every way. The quality of the fish is excellent, always incredibly fresh and enhanced by meticulous preparation. You're greeted with a welcome glass of wine, and throughout the dinner, the service is exceptionally professional, attentive, and helpful. The passion and commitment of the entire staff is evident, contributing to an even more pleasant atmosphere. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit and I recommend it without hesitation.

01/08/2026: Regarding the food, some pasta came cold to the table and the shrimp was almost inexistent, the 80 euro fish was good (per person)… in summary, not worthy to go there (we ate much better food at the Conad market). We were in a big family and did a reservation outside, yet we were asked to not speak loud (there were people with hearing disabilities in the table which required a loud communication and that’s why we were outside), if you have kids or are in a big family, maybe this is not the place to be welcome.

26/07/2026: A welcoming and refined restaurant, offering original and high-quality cuisine. We loved it so much that we returned a second evening in a row, choosing it as the perfect way to end our stay in Otranto. On both occasions, we ate excellently, appreciating the creativity and balance of the chef's dishes. Don't miss the mussel gratin, sea urchin carbonara, and spaghetti alla chitarra with mussels, lemon, ricotta, and bottarga. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: We chose the restaurant based on the reviews we'd read. It's a small, pleasant place, but very noisy. Between the noisy children, barking dogs, and a noisy group of about 20 people, it was hard to hear the other diners at the table (4 people). The service was impeccable, professional, and fast. The appetizers were adequate, but the three first courses we ordered unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. The troccoli with zucchini, walnuts, and pecorino cheese were a bit bland, as were the cavatelli with sausage and eggplant. In fact, in both cases, the vegetables were pureed and both were bland, again to our personal taste. The mezze maniche with ragù was adequate. The mixed grill with baked potatoes was good. The price was average.

01/08/2026: The food was excellent, both the pasta and the fish (in my case, the tuna). The seafood risotto was delicious. The service from Antonio and the rest of the staff was perfect, and the interior terrace was a real treat. It's well worth a visit.

12/07/2026: Really wonderful gastronomy. Our tasting menu (Memories; 5 servings @ €90) was all seafood (except the dessert), and there was finesse and craftsmanship over the kitchen. Menu was paired with a 4-glass €40 wine menu, all regional, that supplemented very well. Fine, value-for-money, dining and it didn’t disappoint with its Michelin recommendation.

08/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Martina Franca's historic center, an extraordinary location both inside and out, with tables set along the alleys of the historic center. Super-refined cuisine, delicious dishes, and impeccable service. The owners and staff are kind, courteous, and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

10/08/2026: We booked about a month in advance, but when we arrived, our reservation wasn't recorded. Luckily, only after showing us a screenshot of our reservation via WhatsApp did they inform us we could sit at the first available table. We sat down at 9:35 PM, and only at 10:20 PM did they bring us water and bread and take our orders. They hadn't told us in advance that there would be a set menu that evening, but we were still satisfied with the food, and there were several vegan options, allowing even the vegan member of our group to enjoy dinner. Unfortunately, the long wait meant we had to finish dinner at 1:00 AM. It was a shame that these negative aspects existed, which undermined a truly valuable and varied offering, offering excellent value. I hope this is due to the summer season and poor management of the staff that evening, and that this isn't the case every day. I'd like to return at another time to reassess the restaurant.

09/08/2026: Anyone who wants to experience the culinary traditions typical of the Brindisi province should definitely have lunch or dinner at this restaurant in the beautiful town of Ceglie Messapica. Quality food and incredibly affordable prices make Zitto e Mangia an exceptional restaurant/trattoria. It's highly sought-after, and reservations are required.

19/07/2026: What an amazing place! Great food at an extremely fair price – we couldn’t believe it. We had fried zucchini and panzerotti, along with drinks, all for just €21.50. Wow!

16/07/2026: My first visit was in January 2025, and I promised myself I'd return. Last month, I had the chance to return, and what can I say... exceptional. Beautiful, simple place, friendly staff, and excellent food. Highly recommended.

10/08/2026: The raw and cooked appetizers are delicious; there were four of us, and it was quite generous. The first course, an off-menu dish, was a delight. The service is perfect; they're very friendly and do everything they can to keep you warm outside. I'll definitely be back, since I live just steps away and had been missing this delightful little spot.

17/08/2026: Congratulations. Every detail is taken care of, from the freshness of the dishes to the kindness of the service. I've been here a few times in the winter and just returned on August 15th. I was pleased to note that even in the peak season, there were no flaws in either the food or the restaurant. Good.
