Friendly, helpful staff, with clear menu explanations.
Excellent extra virgin olive oil served at Peranzana's table. The first courses, main courses, and desserts were delicious. We'll be back.

18/10/2025: Kind, friendly, and professional staff. I recommend the ricotta calzones, both sweet and savory, with hints of lemon. Exceptional!!! The spaghetti alla Giuann (maybe I spelled that wrong!) was very good 🤣. Excellent experience, very fair price.

16/11/2025: We had dinner at this elegant restaurant on Friday, November 14th, and had a great time. The staff was friendly and professional. We ordered a tasting of hot and cold appetizers, which were very good. For the main course, we had grilled fish and tuna with vegetables. We finished with a rocher for dessert, all accompanied by an excellent local Falanghina. Good value. Recommended.

29/11/2025: Even though it was freezing outside, the warmth inside enveloped us and warmed us.
We were warmly welcomed by two very courteous and professional young waiters, Giovanni and Gianmarco, who guided us and advised us on our culinary choices, always answering our every question with a smile. The food was excellent and authentic.
I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monte Sant'Angelo because everyone was friendly and helpful.

11/12/2025: Everything was simply delicious! From the first course to the last, Ristoro dei Templari in Lecce was a real surprise. The meatballs were flavorful and tender, the pizza was light, tasty, and made with quality ingredients, and the tiramisu was a fitting end to a perfect meal: creamy, balanced, and truly irresistible.
The service also deserves a special mention: attentive, friendly, and fast, it helped make the experience even more enjoyable.
