A restaurant with a spacious indoor dining area and an outdoor gazebo. We chose this restaurant because the online menu featured the "assaina" (a type of beef stew), and it's a tradition in Bari. The "assaina" (a type of beef stew) was available in three variations: classic, with pork chop, or burrata. I ordered the one with pork chop, and believe me, it was already a one-course meal. My husband ordered a first course of tagliolini with sea urchins, clams, and scampi. The price was really reasonable for the size of the dish, but the flavor and the color combination made us want to order another dish to take home. The service was prompt, professional, yet friendly. I was amazed at how fast service throughout the restaurant was, despite the peak time, and how helpful the staff was in explaining the menu and options. We'll definitely be back.

Yesterday we had lunch there to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff made us feel right at home, and the food was truly delicious. Last but not least, the quality/price ratio was excellent! I highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back!

What can I say, spectacular food (I had already started eating the shrimp 🤣), wonderful place but the best part is the service, everyone was excellent, Antonio and Claudia were very friendly, very down to earth and attentive to the customer's needs.

The food was also excellent: well-prepared, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. A special thank you goes to all the staff for their professionalism and attentiveness to their customers. This morning, they contacted me to let me know that I had forgotten my glasses on the table. A gesture that demonstrates great professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. We discovered Soal's workshop with The Fork, and I have to say, 5 stars aren't enough. Amazing food, generous portions, amazing quality. The guys are all super kind and polite. Truly a great discovery.
