13/09/2025: I went to this Braceria last night. I admit I already knew them and appreciated the quality of their meat, but I have to admit I'm always amazed by the incredible quality of their products. A must-try place with a wide selection of meats. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back.

14/09/2025: Chic restaurant in a vaulted ceiling. Attentive service. A menu of Apulian classics. Fine cuisine and reasonable prices (not expensive!). The fritto misto is highly recommended, along with the obligatory calamari and prawns with various types of fish. Very tasty! Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The ingredients are top-quality, and you can tell the restaurant takes great care in selecting their ingredients. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood and good food!

02/10/2025: Writing this review will never be enough to do justice to the exceptional service we received from the Madonna della Stella staff. From our first meeting, we felt welcomed, listened to, and cared for with a rare dedication that accompanied every phase of our wedding planning. Nunzio was a precious and discreet presence for us, always punctual and available. He guided us with kindness and professionalism, supporting us in every decision, from the initial ideas to the big day, without ever overwhelming us. Special mention goes to the extraordinary willingness shown in adapting the menu to our needs, even the most specific ones. We wanted to offer a completely vegan option (not easy, we realize!), so almost for fun, I submitted a draft menu myself. The result? The chef was able to reproduce and perfect every dish proposed, transforming an idea into a surprising reality. Even today, we receive compliments from friends and family about the quality and originality of the dishes, both for the vegan and omnivorous menus, both impeccable. And then there's the location... it's hard to describe in words. Overlooking the Murgia ravine, it offers a natural setting of rare beauty. The various terraces offer evocative corners for every moment of the day, making the entire experience truly magical. But beyond the excellence of the cuisine and the beauty of the location, what struck us most was the genuine care with which we were treated. We never felt like mere guests, but rather like a couple welcomed and understood in every detail. Every request, every doubt, every little detail was handled with care, patience, and that human touch that, in the end, truly makes all the difference. If we look back on our wedding today with a huge smile, much of the credit goes to Nunzio and the entire staff at Madonna della Stella. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a wedding that is meticulously curated, authentic, and simply perfect.

14/10/2025: A typical local grill with a meat counter where you can choose from a wide variety of delicacies, including strips, bombette, sausages, and many other types of meat. Excellent quality. Fast service and friendly staff. No reservations required; entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. A different experience than usual. We were very satisfied, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. 🥩🥓🍖🍷

12/09/2025: After having a divine lunch at Medioevo restaurant for Christmas, we decided to return for a family lunch on our return to Monte Sant'Angelo. The daily menu offers meat, seafood, and even vegetarian options! Eggplant rolls with troccoli and tomato sauce were exquisite. Grilled cacio cheese with green cherry tomato compote was the main course, and a selection of desserts to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality, and see you next time!

22/09/2025: We were there a week ago and had a wonderful time. The terrace overlooking the sea is priceless, and we enjoyed a breathtaking sunset. The service was attentive. After a selection of appetizers (delicious stuffed mussels, marinated anchovies and mussels, and the classic Apulian bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and burrata), the truly knowledgeable waiter suggested an off-menu dish that we agreed to try: excellent orecchiette with clams, Foresta Umbra clams, and bottarga. Delicious. The price was proportionate to the ingredients, the kitchen's skill, and the location. WELL DONE. Highly recommended.

08/09/2025: A beautiful place where the dishes are tasty and have a local taste, with an authentic, beautiful terrace in a very beautiful village that is worth the detour.

31/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Specchia, with the option of outdoor dining. We ordered some traditional appetizers, which were truly excellent. The meat is highly recommended! The restaurant also serves rotisserie and butcher.

27/08/2025: Osteria di Chichibio is the best restaurant in Polignano. I went in different restaurants including Grotta Palaze who is famous in this city but I end up coming twice in this place. The food is just another level. Come to eat first and thank me later! It’s a must guys 🥂

26/08/2025: Clothes don't make the man. I've traveled half the world, I love going to restaurants, both high-end and average, and writing reviews... the important thing is to eat well, but I've never had my wife and I looked up and down by the hostess, asked if there was a table available, and received a response... "Come back in two and a half hours." I noticed many empty tables without reservations written on the table... I noticed all the diners very well dressed; we were dressed normally in jeans and T-shirts, but with full wallets... I hope I'm wrong, but the feeling was that we weren't welcome.

08/10/2025: They give you olives, bread and taralli pugliesi on the house. The taralli were of two types, very good, soft and crunchy in the same time. Pasta with burrata and tomato sauce had a fresh taste. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The terrace is heated. Reservation is recommended.
