23/12/2025: Very good food, but do NOT bring children. They are not welcome and we felt very stressed from the moment of walking in and the waiter’s disdain. I took my kids outside while we waited for the first course and he scorned me for the ‘food getting cold’ when we returned only minutes later. The waiter insisted he said it wasn’t a place for children on the phone, which was not clear for us. Great atmosphere and food for an adult only meal.
02/12/2025: We chose the regional menu and were absolutely delighted. The presentation, ambiance, value for money of our lunch, and ultimately the delicious meal were the highlight of our visit to Ostuni. Bravo!

18/12/2025: My neighborhood pizzeria, 6 people, 200 euros final bill for an appetizer for 4 and six pizzas, a bit excessive, or rather I'd say excessive, and that's it.

02/01/2026: Today I had lunch at this restaurant. The food was excellent, I'm exaggerating. In my opinion, it's among the best I've ever had in Salento. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely repeat it.

26/12/2025: A guaranteed family lunch, we had a wonderful time. The waiters were very kind and professional, and at the end of the meal, the hostess offered us coffee and liqueurs to wish us a Merry Christmas.
I'll be back for Epiphany.
25/12/2025: The food was pretty inedible: overcooked pasta with no flavor other than boiled meat. The same went for the second course, dry pandoro. They brought the full plates back to the kitchen without even apologizing or bothering to understand why, given the rather uneconomical bill. Loveless cooking, zero attention to detail.

28/12/2025: I tried this pizzeria and I have to say it was a pretty good experience. I wouldn't call it the best in the city, but the pizza is definitely quality: the dough is light and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to when you're craving a good, no-frills pizza. Fair prices and fast service. A sure thing, even if it's not a miracle.

Extensive wine list.
Appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, wine. Total for two was about €120, but it was worth it.

05/01/2026: I don't know how it gets such high reviews! Orecchiette with turnip tops floating in the water, all you could taste was the anchovy! Grilled vegetables full of garlic and terrible caciocavallo podolico cheese. Not to mention the coffee, undrinkable! I couldn't digest the orecchiette and was sick all afternoon!! Nope!

I thank Giovanni and Gianmarco who welcomed us and guided us through our selection of dishes, suggesting their specialties while respecting our tastes and needs.
I recommend it to anyone visiting Monte Sant'Angelo.
