09/06/2026: A very nice culinary experience. The service was a bit slow, but the setting is lovely if you book in advance. We were there on Bastille Day, so it was very crowded and we were stuck in a passageway.
05/06/2026: Fantastic restaurant. The service was exceptional. The food so fresh and beautifully prepared. The chef prepared off menu dishes for a gluten free member of oour party. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Wonderful.

11/05/2026: The true "Agri Turismo of Puglia". We booked in the morning for lunch. The retired father kindly gave us a tour of the farm. From the barn to the table! Set menu: cured meats, cheese, meats, and wine. Just 1 km from Alberobello, a must-try!
03/05/2026: We went for lunch with the family on May 2nd. The food was excellent, really plentiful!!
The menu was truly excellent!!!

02/05/2026: I brought my group of ladies here for dinner during our tour, the service and foods were excellent! One waiter, one buser, and Chef Alfonso in the kitchen handled a full house of guests very well!!
The foods came out very quickly, we got a table on the terrace with a beautiful view!
Could not say thank you enough to everyone involved and made my group feel so welcomed!
01/05/2026: We had lunch today and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable; the waitress who served us was very kind and welcoming, both to us and our little one. The food was overall very good, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The only thing I'd improve a little? Perhaps increasing the number of appetizers on the plate, or perhaps adding a little more to the appetizer mix would be appreciated. Thank you π

30/05/2026: We booked for 9:30 PM and still had to wait to be seated. The service was very rushed and unresponsive, even though the wait for our dishes was quite long. Our two starters arrived after 11:00 PM (and at different times, too). The food was truly excellent; we would have liked to order main courses as well, but given the time and the kitchen, which seemed in a hurry to close, we decided against it. The bill was a bit high for the service we received, which definitely didn't match the quality of the food they serve.

25/05/2026: Leaving a restaurant with a satisfied smile is quite rare these days. I hadn't been back to "Da Amedeo" in a while. A quick but substantial lunch, the appetizer of eggplant rolls with cod was excellent, but chef Andrea surprised me with this excellent dish, made with few ingredients but wonderfully prepared: spaghetti with mussels, yellow cherry tomatoes, and zucchini flowers, a hint of lime for a touch of class. The icing on the cake was the mopping up of the bread with his own bread. Top πππ
15/05/2026: We had dinner here one evening in May and were very well looked after by the owners. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was tasteful and cozy!

19/10/2025: We are staying not far from Donna Maria and were looking for something nice for dinner. We found just what we were looking for.
The bread seems to be a house made loaf which is a pleasant change from some who just drop some rando bread in a basket on the table. This bread is good quality.
We began with beef carppacio which was delicious, especially the olive paste which provided a natural salty component.
My wife had gnocchi with lamb ragu and I enjoyed the mezzi ziti with a rich beef sauce. Both just wonderful dishes. Especially with Negroamaro to pair with.
We finished with a Crema di ricotta pugliese dessert that's a regional favorite.
It was a wonderful meal and the staff were professional and friendly.

20/05/2026: The road to get there is a bit complicated but the place is great, even without a reservation they let us sit, the person I was with and I had 2 types of pasta which were very generous and very good and then for dessert we were hoping for a pistachio cake but it wasn't available, we had the chocolate one which was also excellent!!!
16/04/2026: A truly fantastic restaurant. You'd never guess it was a restaurant. We ordered the set menu and it was absolutely delicious. Amazing antipasti made with local produce, followed by two different pasta dishes and a mixed grill. Everything was superb. We could barely manage dessert. Top-notch!

07/05/2026: I'll start by saying that the pizza was good, but you can't pay 6 euros for a shot of Amaro del Capo and a supplement for every single additional ingredient on a pizza that already has a base price that has risen compared to other pizzerias. Too bad.

25/04/2026: The pizza dough is delicious (with the option of a grain-based dough), the toppings are good, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is quaint (stone vaults, wooden floors, wooden tables), and overall, it's a great experience.
19/04/2026: very pleasant, almost family pizzeria. Large selection of pizzas, often with unconventional flavors or combinations. For example, walnuts and honey, I have never seen on pizza. Large selection of wines and beers. A great choice to end the day in a beautiful city

09/06/2026: Welcoming atmosphere both inside and out, competent and helpful staff. Excellent food made with quality ingredients. The raw fish dishes are top-notch, including the fried fish and roasted snapper, a nice interlude with raw vegetables. The wine list is well-stocked.
On the Via Francigena yesterday for the second time.
09/06/2026: By far the most popular of the many restaurants in the village, but not one I'd return to. The food was good but the ambience was very poor.
