23/06/2026: The service was great. The food was exceptional. The wine list was the best I have seen in Puglia and Sicily. The door is permanently locked so you have to ring the door bell to get into the restaurant which makes the place fairly exclusive despite being in the midst of a very busy area. Loved the experience.
04/06/2026: It was closed, but the sign said it was for sale. We called several times to make a reservation. Finally, we went there, and it was closed with a "For Sale" sign.

07/08/2026: It's a pleasant, family-friendly place, but unfortunately, the food leaves much to be desired. The bread was stale and the seafood rubbery. It's also a shame there's no non-alcoholic beer on offer.

The fish is absolutely fresh: dishes are prepared to perfection.
The service is impeccable, attentive, and very professional. The prices are medium-high, but entirely commensurate with the excellent quality of the ingredients and the attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

27/07/2026: Disappointing. There were eight of us eating here, and we chose this restaurant because it offered both pizza and meat dishes. The service was good. However, one dish arrived very late, so we had to ask twice where it was. The pizza was good, but the salami and cheese platter looked like it came from a supermarket. We also ordered several appetizers, all of which were rather mediocre. We wouldn't come back.
26/07/2026: An inviting restaurant located in an old building, away from the tourist trail. The waiters are very kind and attentive. The food is prepared quickly and is very tasty. The local tiramisu is second to none.

21/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance after a long vacation abroad and needed a proper pasta dish. We couldn't have made a better choice. We were completely satisfied with the food, the service, and the hospitality, not to mention the very refined and clean atmosphere.
If I ever return to Bari, I'd definitely know where to eat.
21/05/2026: Great for customers with lactose and glucose intolerance. The waiter and owner are very friendly. I highly recommend it. The prices are also completely reasonable.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. We were choosing dinner for ourselves and our children. Since the little ones never finish everything, I wanted to share a dish with my son. The lady approached us in an intrusive and rude manner, forbidding us from sharing because "otherwise she wouldn't earn any money." There was no specific prohibition on the menu; it was a rule made up on the spot out of greed. Mistreatment of a family with small children for fear of earning a dish less is shameful. Apulian hospitality is something else entirely.

23/12/2025: My boyfriend and I went to this little restaurant in September. Fantastic place! We spent a bit because we didn't want for anything, but the quality of the food and wine was worth every penny. The fish was incredibly fresh, and they recommended the right wine to pair with the dishes. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! High quality, definitely recommended.

06/07/2026: I had dinner at ai tre Santi on Friday evening. The food was excellent, just like two years ago! A culinary journey through Puglia with traditional products, without manipulating them with smoke or geometric shapes.
The one-star deduction is for the lack of dessert on Friday evening (with an average group of about 25 people, this is a real shame).

A small restaurant nestled in the alleys of Locorotondo.
We stumbled upon it by chance and left crying and hugging the owner over the delicious food.
The menu features traditional cuisine, with a few twists that make it unique and exciting.
I was in the area on vacation with my family, but I'd love to return specifically to eat at this magical place.

10/07/2026: The Chalet degli Ulivi is a breathtaking, romantic, and peaceful location surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The plants covered in fairy lights create a unique and romantic atmosphere. The food was impeccable, everything delicious and presented down to the smallest detail. Since I have allergies, the staff was very attentive in recommending the various dishes. You can continue the evening with their selection of drinks, accompanied by background music. Thank you for the fantastic experience, we will definitely be back ❤️
09/07/2026: A lovely location just outside Vieste, nestled in a spectacular olive grove with a truly chilled atmosphere. The appetizer platter of local cured meats and cheeses is truly delicious, along with orecchiette with turnip greens and cavatelli with chickpeas and bacon, both delicious. The burgers are unforgettable... Terramisú is a lovely idea, good but not superb! Double serving...

06/06/2026: The perfect meal! Nina & Gegè are great hosts, and cook with passion. They can great you with a simple and local meal (with a great deal!), or even put together a Michelin-star level menu if requested. Unforgotable, highly recommended.
01/06/2026: A truly worthwhile 70th birthday dinner. A short but perfectly balanced menu paired with an exceptional local rosé. The Tiramisu dessert was a highlight—delicious! Truly the work of a master chef.
