22/05/2025: Llegamos al restaurante por las buenas criticas en Tripadvisor y Google. Hay que tocar el timbre para que abran (es un matrimonio el que atiende, con gente en la cocina, el dueño nos dijo "es como abrir mi casa"). Posee una carta de vinos IMPRESIONANTE (y con vinos de todos los precios, y accesibles). La comida (gourmet) muy rica (platos no abundantes, pero muy sabrosos y diferentes). Precios no economicos pero acordes al servicios brindado. Muy recomendable.

23/05/2025: When you want to spend a nice evening with friends, whether for a pizza or to have a complete lunch or dinner and you want to avoid unpleasant surprises, just choose La Bruschetta. An absolute guarantee. Giovanni, the owner and all the staff, are very kind and welcoming, they make you feel at home. As for the dishes, they can satisfy you at all levels, from pizza to seafood and meat dishes as well as raw seafood. What can I say about the service, excellent. I often go there with friends, I recommend it to everyone. Excellent value for money. Congratulations Giovanni and all the staff.

02/07/2025: Returning from the visit to Castel del Monte, we stopped for lunch. The environment is rustic but very well-kept. The dishes are of excellent quality in terms of ingredients and workmanship. The only flaw is the access road from the provincial road.

14/06/2025: I had dinner at this beautiful restaurant in the center of Bari, we chose to taste the raw seafood, needless to say it is definitely the best in Bari and the surrounding area. Thanks selection of natural wines, young, friendly and competent staff. The owner Diego was very good at advising us and accompanying us during the tasting. I will definitely go back.

25/06/2025: I had read some negative reviews... I almost gave up... instead I had a good time, you eat outside in the historic center, the staff is kind and for what we ate everything was good. The prices are NOT exaggerated. Must try.

It starts with the receptionists and the Director Tony who welcome you like one of the family....then, as soon as you enter, this exclusive cove of fresh and crystalline sea, excellently cared for by Onofrio, appears before your eyes. And then comes the best part, namely the beach services which, without exaggeration, are 7-star luxury...never found the same level traveling around the world. The person in charge of this luxury is MAESTRO ROBERT...the man who makes your dreams come true. Every request is fulfilled...attention to the smallest details...practically zero waiting times...advice on beverages and food from STANDING OVATION...always attentive to your needs...at times disarming as it is impeccable...he reads your mind...anticipates what you are about to say (and I'm not joking!!!)...try to imagine the best...reality surpasses him!!!! How can I not mention Mimmo DI BELLO, a great professional and exceptional person, apparently “tough” but with an uncommon availability, in addition to being the beating heart of the structure I have appreciated over time his human qualities that however do not prevent me from being impartial in the superlative judgment towards him and then the SUPER Davide, Leo and Marco who delight and inebriate you with their customizable cocktails and their sympathy ... and then, again, the cuisine. Absolutely fabulous .... very fresh and excellently cooked products but also extraordinary to eat raw like the fabulous carpaccio, sushi and seafood. Special mention also for Giacinto, eccentric Director of the room and the sommelier Anna ... and all, I repeat all, the guys of the kitchen brigade led by a great Chef and the guys of the room and beach service !!!!!

05/06/2025: Always a risk, we went back to Evo for a second meal after a previous very good one. We needn't have worried. My wife and I had beefsteak/Pasta with Scampi. Delicious! Service from Carmen was great and friendly. We both had the Tiramasu for dessert - this seems to be a home made house speciality and is fantastic. It was a little quiet when we dined but we enjoyed our second meal there just as much as the first. Well done Evo!

02/06/2025: I was here with friends last Saturday. The restaurant was closed but the owners, who were extremely kind, opened for us. We had a great time: fantastic and plentiful food and impeccable service. A special mention also to Mr. Michele, the hairdresser who has a salon next to the church of San Nicola, who suggested it to us and accompanied us. Thank you!!!!
