10/04/2025: Excellent service, exceptional dishes with a good and seasonal tasting menu. Even though one person was allergic to gluten, great availability and choices!!

05/04/2025: C’è tutto quello che a me piace: un bel locale, con spazio e terrazzo, uno staff simpatico e professionale, uno chef che combina perfettamente la tradizione regionale e la creatività. Il percorso è bellissimo, dall’ amuse bouche fino all’ultima cioccolatina col caffè. C’è tango, e tutto buono. Bravi!

13/05/2025: A beautiful experience that straddles taste, presentation and respect for both the raw material and the guest. Somewhat basic portions, a few extra grams wouldn't have hurt. Excellent tasting experience and excellent wine.

05/05/2025: L'offerta è ricca di piatti legati alla tradizione piemontese, esposti con chiarezza anche agli stranieri (nella loro lingua), con qualche originalità. Mia moglie ha optato per il "piatto dell'Orso" (in foto), io per tris di antipasti, uno dei secondi del giorno (coscia di anatra all'arancia) e dolce, il tutto accompagnato da un Nebbiolo robusto, suggerito dal cameriere. Tutto preparato con cura, servito con competenza, attenzione e simpatia dal personale di sala. Le porzioni generose ci hanno fatto rimandare l'assaggio di altre interessanti proposte alla prossima occasione. In conclusione: voto massimo alla prima esperienza, meritatissimo. E' preferibile prenotare in anticipo.

12/05/2025: Qué hallazgo increíble. Acabábamos de caminar 12 km y nos sentíamos un poco cansados cuando nos topamos con esta fantástica joya de un restaurante. Dos hermanos lo dirigen y eran muy acogedores a los viajeros cansados. La comida era excelente, así como el vino de rosa. También aprendimos sobre los diversos festivales gastronómicos de la zona. Recomiendo encarecidamente este gran restaurante!

01/05/2025: Discovered thanks to some Instagram advisors. I called to book and, with extreme kindness, the owner reserved a table for us for the following day. Welcomed with warmth and availability, the menu is displayed to us! We decide on 2 starters and 2 first courses. 4 exceptional dishes! All accompanied by two truly special wines recommended by Mr. Flavio. Even though I'm not from the area, I highly recommend it! In fact, I'll tell you, I think it will become a fixed stop on a constant basis. It's the classic place where you wish the dishes wouldn't end. Truly spectacular!

01/05/2025: Flavio is a gifted host. It's really fun to eat with him. The cuisine is excellent and the wine selection is exquisite. Unfortunately we don't go to Piedmont that often 😭.

30/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti da Luciano, una persona simpaticissima, il cui calore e ospitalità rendono il benvenuto davvero speciale. La cucina è tipica e familiare: qui la qualità non si misura in termini di alta cucina, ma in una semplice eccellenza, fatta di genuinità e sapori autentici. Che dire del resto? Lasciatevi consigliare da lui se volete trascorrere una serata all’insegna della convivialità, in un luogo dove l’atmosfera e la location esprimono perfettamente questo spirito. I vini sono ottimi e gli antipasti… beh, non hanno fatto altro che prolungare il piacere di un’esperienza davvero godibile. Consiglio prenotate in largo anticipo se non volete rimanere a bocca vuota.

29/05/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance. Despite our inappropriate attire (shorts), the manager escorted us to our table. The food is of a very high standard and the service was excellent. We had an excellent meal.

12/05/2025: La posizione in cima ad una collina tra i vigneti è perfetta, oltre a questo il nulla. La sala è fastidiosamente rumorosa, nessun accorgimento è stato adottato per migliorare il confort acustico della clientela, a fine pranzo ero afono per quanto ho dovuto parlare ad alta voce per farmi sentire da che era seduto a fianco, il servizio è cortese, veloce, ma per nulla professionale, la conoscenza delle regole base su come si portano i piatti, il pane, le posate in tavola non sono a conoscenza di nessun cameriere presente in sala. I piatti, nonostante seguano la tradizione Piemontese, quindi ricette ben conosciute in zona, erano tutti senz' anima, non portavano alcun piacere nel momento in cui venivano consumati, una cucina facile da dimenticare.

23/05/2025: Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Monforte, open kitchen, obsessive cleanliness that immediately makes you perceive the professionalism of the Managers. Traditional dishes presented very well. The place is perfect for dinners for couples or groups of friends, excellent choice of wines!
