18/11/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant with an à la carte menu and were pleasantly surprised. Unusual proposals and combinations, well-presented dishes, friendly and kind staff. Also excellent entrée and small pastries offered.

The environment is quiet, well-kept and clean! The staff is kind and ready to receive you and welcome you with a smile. Excellent wine list. 18/12/2024: Superb and captivating menu but inadequate, cold and detached hospitality. We had the feeling that the waiters were in a hurry to finish the service as soon as possible. The pace of lunch was too fast, with practically no breaks and very short times between one course and another (aperitif and amouse bouche present on the table before we even closed the menu to order) The icing on the cake: the second time we were asked for coffees, we agreed to have them brought to us and the waiter, turning towards the bar, exclaimed loudly: "bro, make 2 coffees" Unfortunately we found this gesture and the service in general to be inelegant for a 2 Michelin star, a shame because the dishes served are truly excellent and of high quality.

26/11/2024: It is certainly a pleasant experience, the cuisine is interesting and very careful in its presentation, the wine list is exceptional. One point of improvement is the service as being a 2 Michelen star the customer expects fewer mistakes and more attention to detail

12/01/2025: The decoration is very pretty, in perfect harmony with the village and the cuisine served. The service is very efficient. The dishes are very diverse and delicious. Very well cooked. I highly recommend it.

07/01/2025: More than worthy restaurant. Cozy and well-kept place, impeccable and very attentive service. Warmed by the warmth of the lit fireplace we were able to taste traditional dishes cooked very well. The fassona tartare, the potato and hazelnut gnocchi stuffed with cheese and the legendary butter tagliatelle are highly recommended. We have added some excellent prized white truffles. The desserts are also of a high standard. All accompanied by an excellent Barolo. Amazing lunch. Costs in line with how much eaten. Honest

01/01/2025: Delicious food, pumpkin pie and fondue as a really delicious appetizer, menu of the day with a very high quality-price ratio, homemade pasta and gnocchi, welcoming environment and friendly staff who put you at ease, to be recommended.

23/12/2024: Lots of smoke, not much restaurant 🛑 I often visit the Langhe and am attracted by the reviews. I had dinner at the Posta in the municipality of Monforte. Good idea to choose water,💦 but then you fall into pouring it 11 times without stopping. Presentation of the dishes and good atmosphere good service even under a bit of pressure But then the quality of the raw materials and preparation lacks the substance that a Langa restaurant should have And after dinner a double chamomile is served The mix needs to be reviewed unless you focus only on passing tourists

24/12/2024: Superb house, welcome worthy of great restaurants. The staff is very competent. The cuisine is elegant, fine and carefully presented. The wine list is immense but let yourself be advised by the sommelier who is excellent.

22/12/2024: In Savigliano almost by chance, we found this place in the center and they promptly welcomed us even though they were busy with a company lunch. Excellent service, superior ravioli al plin, delicious semifreddo! Must try again!!!

20/12/2024: Very cozy restaurant, delicious food and professional, friendly service. Appetizer or first course plus second course plus wine, water, coffee, tea within EUR 40 per person, which is very reasonable prices.

26/12/2024: Excellent trattoria (but it really is a high end restaurant). The food is based on the typical Piedmontese traditional dishes, but with a zest of innovation by the owner and chef, who is a really agreeable and nice person: he comes at the table and it is really pleasant to chat a bit with him about his cuisine and the wine and any other subject you like to. The atmosphere in the room is very nice, the tables are dressed in a very elegant way, and the menu is nearly perfect with all the dishes you would expect in this area. All is prepared very well and in a tasty way, and also very nice to see. The waiters are kind and knowledgeable about wines and their associations to the foods, but everything is presented in a light way and without that somewhat snooty formality of waiters and sommeliers in top-level restaurants, but rather with a smile and even some self-irony, so making a pleasant and smiling interaction. The prices are reasonable for the level of quality you get. I will come back!
