30/12/2025: A huge round of applause to the entire staff, a rare sight in times where everything moves faster than it used to, but the ❤️ is empty. A corner of paradise where authentic flavors, all freshly cooked with excellent, home-made ingredients, are an added value that sometimes justifies the appropriate and understandable preparation times for certain dishes, in favor of an excellent result, all washed down with quality wines. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, on every occasion, even by friends who came from out of the region. Highly recommended to those who appreciate an authentic experience that marries slow food; after all, at least at the table and in company, you can find yourself carving out a couple of hours of peace. Excellent balance between quality and value. Don't hesitate to try it! I'm sure you'll be back! Thanks again to all the staff, including the owner!!! 😃

09/12/2025: What can I say? It's a place where you eat well. We opted for the tasting menu for 55 euros per person, excluding wines. I won't talk about the food because it's an innovative cuisine that you have to try.

08/12/2025: Exceptional experience. A very refined atmosphere, very attentive but not overly formal service, a very positive aspect in my opinion. Regarding the food, I can't find a better word than exceptional. The My Way menu is highly recommended: five dishes chosen by the chef that take you on a journey between Piedmont and Asia. We can't wait to return!

04/01/2026: My favorite dish is the seafood paccheri, and the desserts have never disappointed me either. The place is beautiful, but when I go, I prefer not to eat in the central area, where you can see the kitchen, because it's very busy, with the constant passing of waiters and people going to the bathroom making it a bit chaotic. The sofas on the right are much better, not to mention the rooms further back where relaxation is guaranteed. While the service has sometimes been less than impeccable, the food has never disappointed. Worth a try.

20/11/2025: Eating at this restaurant is a truly unique experience. The place itself is unusual, and the owner even more so. The concept: - No menu; the menu is presented verbally, and you choose between three primis and secondis. For the antipasti, you'll have several dishes laid out on the table in a relaxed, informal style. * A nice touch is the middle course with a spoonful of gorgonzola! - Prices range from 50 to 60 euros per person, including wine. Please note: cash only! Everything was delicious, and Luciano's wonderful atmosphere was a real highlight! A must-visit, but book well in advance.

04/01/2026: Lovely lunch with typical Piedmontese cuisine, perfectly executed with prime products. Service was friendly and efficient, the sommelier recommended an excellent yet reasonably priced bottle of Nebbiolo. We had a lovely family lunch in an authentic osteria! We did not stay there overnight, so cannot judge the rooms or accommodation service.

16/01/2026: A restaurant in the center of Cuneo with a very welcoming atmosphere, professional and courteous service, and excellent quality dishes, both in terms of the use of raw materials and the execution. We ate various cuts of hand-chopped raw meat and a bone-in fillet seasoned with a Worcestershire-style sauce that was simply fabulous. A restaurant that showcases the finest Piedmontese meat. Prices are in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended.

23/01/2026: Excellence in hospitality and authentic flavors in the heart of Alba. We dined at Il Cortiletto d’Alba restaurant, and the experience was immediately top-notch. We were greeted with impeccable grace and efficiency by a young waitress who welcomed us with great professionalism. The real added value, however, was meeting a very kind lady who explained the menu to us. More than just a reading of the dishes, it was a passionate account of the ingredients: she provided us with detailed information on the provenance of the ingredients, all of which were of the highest quality. From the famous Entracque potatoes to the delicacy of the black truffle, to the organic vegetables, every element exuded freshness and local tradition. What truly struck us—and almost embarrassed by how rare it is these days—was the lady's attention and extreme kindness; a thoughtfulness that makes the guest feel truly special. In the kitchen, the ingredients are treated with respect: the dishes are flavorful and balanced, showcasing each individual ingredient without overpowering it. A valuable tip: the restaurant is very popular, so booking in advance is highly recommended. Although we didn't, we were lucky: thanks to their exceptional helpfulness and courtesy, they managed to find us two seats despite being sold out. The price was more than fair. We'll definitely be back. A big shout out to all the staff: really well done!
