26/01/2025: I had the privilege of having an extraordinary culinary experience at the Piazza Duomo restaurant in Alba, a true starred gem that deserves every praise. Our evening was an unforgettable sensory journey, enriched by a wine journey dedicated to Barolo, which expertly accompanied each dish with six selected glasses.
The experience began with a delicious Turin aperitif, a perfect prelude to what lay ahead. We continued with the winemaker's salad, a dish that highlighted the freshness and quality of local ingredients. Among the courses, the snails with polenta stood out, a bold and exquisite combination, and the sweetbread lasagne, a true revelation, which transported us to a world of authentic flavours.
I cannot fail to mention the Jersey mushroom dish, which added a touch of originality to our gastronomic journey. To conclude on a high note, the pumpkin seed and malghesino brittle, together with the profiteroles and the Cavour biscuit with zabaglione, represented the perfect culmination of an unforgettable dinner.
Each course was a chapter of a story that took us on a unique journey through the flavors and traditions of the area. The staff was impeccable, attentive and passionate, and the location, with its elegance and refined atmosphere, made everything even more special.
If you are looking for a culinary experience that leaves its mark, you cannot miss Piazza Duomo. It's a real journey into the heart of Italian gastronomy!

18/12/2024: Superb and captivating menu but inadequate, cold and detached hospitality.
We had the feeling that the waiters were in a hurry to finish the service as soon as possible.
The pace of lunch was too fast, with practically no breaks and very short times between one course and another (aperitif and amouse bouche present on the table before we even closed the menu to order)
The icing on the cake: the second time we were asked for coffees, we agreed to have them brought to us and the waiter, turning towards the bar, exclaimed loudly: "bro, make 2 coffees"
Unfortunately we found this gesture and the service in general to be inelegant for a 2 Michelin star, a shame because the dishes served are truly excellent and of high quality.
26/11/2024: It is certainly a pleasant experience, the cuisine is interesting and very careful in its presentation, the wine list is exceptional. One point of improvement is the service as being a 2 Michelen star the customer expects fewer mistakes and more attention to detail

22/12/2024: Deluso. Locale carino, isolato sulle colline delle Langhe e con una discreta vista. Menù tartufo prenotato per la tavolata. Tartare con tartufo discreta. Pasta fatta in casa con tartufo appiccicosa e poco saporita. Uova in tegamino al tartufo probabilmente ripassate in forno stracotte. Gelato per dessert buono ma sempre un gelato. Conto molto alto.

03/02/2025: Nos alojamos en este restaurante con habitaciones en noviembre pasado. Las habitaciones, un apartamento y una habitación doble eran excelentes. Impecablemente limpio y cálido. La comida para los 5 de nosotros fue excepcional. Todos los cursos eran generosos y totalmente deliciosos. El personal era amable y eficiente.
No tenemos ninguna duda en reservar de nuevo este mes de marzo si podemos pasar. Mi hija y nietos viven en Piamonte, este es nuestro restaurante favorito hasta ahora. Solíamos comer aquí hace muchos años cuando había un propietario anterior, la calidad de la comida y el servicio es igual de alta.

25/01/2025: Dinner with my wife on a beautiful January evening, the restaurant was recommended to us by an agency in Dogliani. Luckily we went: wonderful dinner, delicate and kind staff, always ready for every request, it's been a long time since I ate so well and I wasn't treated in the same way, top raw materials, wine cellar worth a visit, location welcoming but not heavy, refined and tasteful, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, we will return as soon as possible!!!
Overall: 10 with honors (only because it is not possible to give more)

21/01/2025: E’ sempre un piacere salire a Montelupo in questo bel ristorante panoramico. Questa volta poi la piacevolezza e la sorpresa graditissima di trovare al dolce il “Monte Bianco“ che in Piemonte quasi più nessuno lo propone e che invece Stefano, il proprietario chef, lo confezione in una delle sue versioni più gustose di sempre.
Per il resto la conferma di un servizio di altissimo livello, del famoso coniglio cotto nel forno a legna e i magnifici tajarin al ragù per una cena che lascia sempre il buon ricordo

16/02/2025: Locale intimo e tranquillo nel centro storico di Cuneo. Il menù spazia dalla tradizione piemontese al pesce. I piatti sono curati nella presentazione e nella scelta degli ingredienti.Le porzioni sono adeguate. Il servizio è attento e curato. Molto consigliato.
20/01/2025: Personale tanto professionale quanto simpatico. Location curata con buona attenzione ai dettagli. Piatti della tradizione deliziosamente rivisitati, porzioni consone alla proposta menu di più portate. Nota di gran merito al "bue grasso"fuori menu'.
