Very refined dishes with fresh, quality products, prepared and assembled with particularity but without distorting the raw material too much. The owners are very kind and friendly with friendly service. Good value for money. I recommend this place.

29/05/2025: What an incredible restaurant. I brought 66 cyclists here on their way to Milan and we had a huge amount of food that was all delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming and they even had a superb candle and cake for a riders birthday (something I had not planned but they sorted instantly). I will certainly be bringing people back her, they were superb and faultless. Thank you for all your hard work!

18/05/2025: Abbiamo aspettato 1h e 30 per mangiare 5 pizze di qui 4 uguali. Locale trascurato, prodotti per la pulizia lasciati lì in bella vista insieme a olio e aceto, poca pulizia in generale. Pizza insipida, dura, quasi bruciata. Esperienza pessimo posto sconsigliato

05/05/2025: It's rare that I have the opportunity to eat such good food at such a high standard. The risotto with porcini mushrooms from South Africa was heavenly and the vitello tonato was the best I've ever eaten in my life, and I've had the opportunity to eat it in a dozen or so places. The atmosphere, food and view of the panorama are great, I recommend it 100%

31/05/2025: Wow what a restaurant. We went for 2 nights . We would have gone the 3rd night but it was closed. All dishes we had both nights were absolutely fabulous. The staff were all very friendly despite the place being so busy. It was not expensive for the standard of food served. It is advisable to book though as it is very busy . Even tough it is busy you are not rushed. Absolutely fabulous place.

30/05/2025: The best dinner experience on our visit in Sirmione. Food was excellent and the service was just top-notch. Food came to the table just on the right time. Not too long wait times but not too fast either. Our waiter Mimmo was really good and really pleasent. I would recommend this place for anyone who enjoys excellent food, service and value.

30/04/2025: Excellent local trattoria, well structured and organised, welcoming and comfortable. Adjacent to the Elefant hotel, a few steps from the historic center of Montichiari. Large public car park a few meters away. Friendly and helpful staff, good table service, there are chairs and tables at the external entrance. Average menu and costs. Recommended for everyone 👍👍👍

20/05/2025: What a gorgeous little gem of a place, lovely ambiance, lovely people and more importantly lovely food. My friend and I, two widows, happened upon this restaurant tonight and I have to share what a wonderful experience it was from start to finish. I know we will be returning because it would be silly not too, we’ve just had such a lovely evening.. so thank you, La Taverna, you gave us the perfect end, to a lovely day. 😊

20/05/2025: Lovely. Best meal of the holiday and we ate in a few places! I had steak and my wife had the sea bass. Both very good. Desserts were gorgeous. Staff lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend

31/03/2025: Extremely well-kept elegant environment, imaginative and very friendly kitchen team, I attended the inauguration after a restyling of the Araba Fenice hotel, the same property and therefore the same staff. The event consisted of a served buffet dinner, we were placed in the private room. The attentive and courteous welcome was already noticeable upon our arrival at the car park, we had a parking space in front of the restaurant, not far away there was a large parking area with a dedicated shuttle service, welcomed at the entrance with extreme courtesy, welcomed with a smile by one of the resident chefs who explained the evening to us, the place is wonderful, the hotel consists of over 40 rooms and several suites with hydromassage, bar area, external veranda for a good aperitif or a dinner/lunch along the water of Lake Iseo. Private dock for landing directly from the lake. Excellent raw materials, succulent dishes, excellent choice of wines and spirits. Highly recommended and I also recommend booking, given the high quality of the structure, location, food & beverage.

The service was impeccable: attentive, discreet and very professional. The refined and welcoming environment made the evening even more pleasant. A restaurant that does not just serve food, but offers a unique sensorial experience. Absolutely must try!
