15/12/2025: A 5-star culinary and visual experience! Ristorante Pizzeria La Bussola is the perfect location for an unforgettable lunch or dinner, especially thanks to the splendid lake view that creates a magical and relaxing atmosphere.
The food is excellent (a well-deserved five stars), with carefully prepared dishes and fresh, quality ingredients. We greatly appreciated the speed and courtesy of the service: the staff is exceptional, always attentive to our needs without being intrusive.
Special praise goes to the friendliness and hospitality of the entire management team, who make you feel at home from the first moment. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for high quality in an enchanting setting!

We were very pleasantly surprised.
The food was delicious and the view was breathtaking, but I especially loved the service. Michele, the waiter, is empathetic and charming.
I highly recommend this place.

26/09/2025: For a business dinner, I was delighted to change restaurants this evening. The dishes were sophisticated and carefully crafted. The flavors amazed me. I had a crispy egg, cacio e pepe caramels, and a sorbet with Calamansi citrus. I made a great impression! Thanks to the super professional staff who explained the dishes so well.

25/10/2025: When my friend and I were staying in Desenzano in June, Al Fattore quickly became our go-to for dinner. It stood out amoungst the other more generic and tourist-trappy restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly, efficient and flexible, which coupled with delicious and very well priced food and drinks (the €5 Aperol was the favourite) made for a great experience. They were very accomodating even when busy and never rushed us for a clear table, we stayed until closing a few times. Enjoyed ourselves very much, and we hope to be back! Thankyou!

15/02/2026: Very good food. We tried the pike with polenta, the bigoli with sardines, the casoncelli, then the beef in olive oil for the main course, and a small cheese selection. The appetizers and first courses were very good. The cheeses were also good. The fish was very good. The price was average (€95 for two).

27/10/2025: We only visited the restaurant, so we can't review the hotel. It's a beautiful place, right by the water. The prices are extremely high for Garda; a Spritz for €12... twice as much as what you'd pay for the rest. The staff tries to be friendly and accommodating. Most of the guests are wealthy people. The place is rather remote, but quiet for the center of Garda. Apart from the hotel, nothing is open in October.

25/11/2025: A really beautiful and high-quality place, the waiter who served our table named Carlo had a very high work ethic, was pleasant and smiling, his recommendations were excellent.
He closed our vacation with a smile.
I recommend it, but be aware that the place is not cheap.

A little to quick, I might have ordered an aperetif to the dessert if the waiter hadn't been so quick. :)
This is a place that rises above many of the other restaurants around there.
