Najlepsza restauracja Passo del Tonale/Ponte di Legno. The best restaurant in the ski area. Very good food, excellent Service, very kind staff, very clean, nice atmosphere

What a nice cozy place on the slope. Food was fine - you can mix pasta, that is a nice idea, soup was ok as well. But only 4 of 5* because of Aperol. Draught Aperol (from tap) was one of the worst Aperols I have ever had :( I would expect Aperol prepared and mixed fresh, that's why I go to the Italy.

A lovely mountain hut, right on the slopes above Temu. I really enjoyed the self-service: goulash with polenta was truly excellent! Spetzle were good, though not exceptional. The Weiss beer on tap was very good. Very efficient and friendly staff, and the prices were reasonable, especially considering it's a mountain hut.

13/07/2026: We had lunch today at the Malga Valbiolo restaurant on the way back from the Contrabbandieri pass. The polenta and cheese gnocchi with chopped walnuts were delicious, not to mention the venison polenta and mushroom dish, which was equally fantastic. The portions were generous and the service was very friendly. We'll be back.
26/06/2026: The place is gorgeous. We ordered a large platter of cold cuts and cheeses (enough for three people), drank two excellent beers, and then set off back. The sad fact is that the chairlift that runs from the Tonale Pass to Lake Valbiole and then to the Malga is out of service and will remain so for the entire 2026 summer season.

23/06/2026: We ordered Piatto Salumi & Formaggi was super! Having blueberry with cheese was so delicious. Grigliata mista di Carne,The portions were much larger than they looked in the pictures, making it excellent value for money. I could barely finish it, but it was incredibly delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the pork ribs were flavorful and tender also all the staff were very welcoming.I highly recommend this restaurant.
20/06/2026: Great place with good atmosphere. The people working there are really nice. They have delicious grilled meat and the portions are very generous.
