03/05/2025: Die Osteria di Mezzo liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse im Zentrum von Salò – nicht direkt am Wasser, aber atmosphärisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Lokal wirkt persönlich und überwiegend familiengeführt, das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich, engagiert und aufmerksam. Die Küche ist qualitativ hervorragend. Alles, was wir gegessen haben, war handwerklich sehr gut gemacht und schön präsentiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgeprägte Getränkekultur: Weine werden in sorgfältig ausgewählten, jeweils passenden Gläsern serviert – auch das Bier kommt stilvoll auf den Tisch. Sehr angenehm und ungewöhnlich konsequent. Ein kleiner Punkt, der die Professionalität des Hauses eher bestätigt als schmälert: Eine Tagliata war zunächst etwas zu durch, wurde aber umgehend, freundlich und selbstverständlich ersetzt – inklusive mehrfacher Entschuldigung. So geht man vorbildlich mit Feedback um. Am Ende des Abends gab es beim Bezahlen sogar noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit: ein hübsch verpacktes Tütchen mit feinem Gebäck. Eine schöne Geste – aufmerksam, herzlich und keineswegs selbstverständlich. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen für das, was geboten wird – sowohl kulinarisch als auch im Service. Wichtig: Eine Reservierung im Voraus ist unbedingt zu empfehlen – das Lokal ist sehr gefragt. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wer Qualität, Atmosphäre und ehrliche Gastfreundschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

11/04/2025: One of the few places where quality and price are on the same level. The food and fish are super and the pizzas are really good too. Their limoncello deserves lunch!!! The only flaw, the place is really dated, with a nice refresh it would be the restaurant in the list of the best in the area!

Divinely managed by Carlo and his family, this pasta factory, in addition to being a point of reference for fresh pasta (the casoncelli alla Bresciana is unbeatable), offers splendid gastronomy and countless products of local excellence. Friendliness and kindness are the setting for a modern and at the same time traditional environment as is now increasingly rarely found in a food "business" today. Anyone passing through the center of Rezzato must make a visit to fully appreciate the taste and flavor of its products with their own palate.

18/05/2025: Il posto si presenta in ordine e ben curato, molto bella posizione. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. Le pietanze servite buone, nella norma. Il vero problema si è rivelato la gestione di sala fino a momenti del tutto surreali. Ad un certo punto gli inservienti si sono dimezzati e i tavoli rimasti - erano le 13:45 - sono stati di fatto abbandonati a loro stessi. Anche il nostro ha subito la stesso sorte. 25 minuti per rimuovere i piatti delle precedenti portate e nessuna offerta di dolci per caffè, nonostante sino alle 13:30 un cameriere regolarmente passasse con il carrello dei dolci, che, nel nostro caso, giaceva in un angolo. La sorpresa è aumentata quando abbiamo visto che una delle inservienti stava serenamente asciugando i bicchieri e, pur vedendo che ci eravamo alzati per il conto, dopo aver chiesto se dovevamo pagare, ha continuato imperterrita, fino all’arrivo di un altro inserviente. Un disservizio, rasentante la maleducazione, obiettivamente sorprendente. La qualità dei cibi è buona, anche se nella norma, i prezzi sono decisamente alti. Esperienza nel complesso non felice.

09/04/2025: As a big “Bib Goumand” fan, Ristorante Villa Aurora was one of my “food trip” destinations on Lake Garda. Judging by the prices, the food was good. Ingredients, preparation, mise en scène – it works. But for a “Bib”, I personally was missing a little more finesse and WOW.

25/05/2025: My family and I came for dinner. I have never been to a friendlier restaurant. The food is average, but the wine and desserts are excellent. The service is excellent. I would definitely recommend it if you want to be served excellently. They speak English and communicate well.

27/04/2025: Sono tornato con mia moglie dopo alcuni anni alla Locanda prenotando la junior suite 302. Camera meravigliosa che gode di una vista altrettanto meravigliosa. Ideale per un week end di relax e non solo!

26/05/2025: Locale carino con dehors vista lago, arredamento semplice ma accogliente. Le porzioni dei vari piatti sono abbondanti, buona la qualità del cibo. Professionale e molto simpatico il cameriere (napoletano) che ci ha servito. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The food was very good, worth it, the portions are generous and fish The service was fast even though there were 2 tables of 10-15 people. I spent the right amount. I will definitely go back.

04/06/2025: Da evitare !! Tempi lunghissimi per tutto ciò… per gli antipasti ( la carne salada e i cuori di carciofo) abbiamo aspettato quasi un ora , con il locale semivuoto. Per i primi ( gnocchetti di patate e i fusilli )è stata peggio ancora .. inoltre arrivati freddi . Prezzi troppi alti per la qualità … Direi anche mai più !

30/05/2025: Comimos en Osteria Gatto d’Ora anoche y fue una experiencia fantástica. Nos sentamos adentro - ya que no había espacios afuera - pero nos alegramos de ello ya que el ambiente adentro era encantador. Había un pianista que tocaba música de jazz hermosa. La comida era perfecta. Mi pareja tiene la pasta de uva y arándanos que fue uno de los mejores platos que hemos probado. Era una mezcla única, pero hermosa de textura y sabor y volveríamos solo para probarlo de nuevo! Tenía la pasta de limón y ricota que también era delicioso y fresco. Al igual que las otras críticas para este restaurante, la comida sabía como si estuviera cocinado con amor. El anfitrión era tan amable y amable, se sentía como si nos dieron la bienvenida a su casa. Recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera y a todos! No podemos esperar a volver

24/03/2025: Cibo di qualità assolutamente idonea, cortesia e buona qualità prezzo. Consiglio dimprovarlo anche se il luogo ovviamente non è fantastico. Per chi non ha pretese ma ama la semplicità va molto bene.
