02/11/2025: Never again. We booked at 8:00 PM and had already been told they run a double shift and would have to vacate our table at 9:40 PM. Aware of this, we showed up punctually, fully respecting the work of others. After just 10 minutes of waiting, the appetizers and tapas arrived. I thought... how efficient... too bad they also brought the main courses and paella at the same time, without even letting us try the appetizers. At one point, there wasn't even room to put our glasses down, but the worst came when, just to hurry, they placed the hot paella pan on my 3-year-old daughter. They made me furious until the waiter realized they had gone much further. In the end, they didn't even clear away the appetizer plates, and we were forced to put them on the shelves in the restaurant to eat the meat, which had by then gone cold. We couldn't wait to finish and leave. By 9:00 PM, we were out of the restaurant. THANK YOU FOR RUINING OUR SATURDAY NIGHT NEVER AGAIN

09/11/2025: Let me start by saying that we are (or rather, were) regulars at this place, and we are because we had excellent pizzas at reasonable prices, but we were really disappointed by what happened on Friday (November 7, 2025) at dinner. We went in and sat down at a table, and after 10 minutes a waiter came to take our orders and said, "The pizza oven is broken and we can't make the traditional round pizza for tonight, but we can offer pizza by the slice as an alternative." A little annoyed, we accepted. Here's the first problem: if you have any oven problems, please let me know BEFORE you let me sit down; don't give me a fait accompli afterwards. They brought us pizza by the slice, a small plate, with a maximum 15 cm thick slice (Alice Pizza style, so to speak). Besides being very small, it was also extremely greasy (so worse than Alice Pizza). But the most embarrassing thing was yet to happen: when it came time to pay the bill, THEY CHARGED US FOR TWO SLICES OF PIZZA FOR THE PRICE OF A WHOLE PIZZA! Moral of the story: we went home HUNGRY and angry at having been ripped off...with a bill of 32 euros for two slices of pizza and two Cokes.

08/11/2025: There were 20 of us eating pizza, and they didn't tell us the oven was broken. The pizza was unbelievable.

20/10/2025: Good food, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly staff. We think it's a bit pricey, but the real downside is that the tablecloth is shaken and put back on the table for the next customer. The glasses, too, were checked by the staff and, since they hadn't been used, were put back on the table for the next customer.

10/10/2025: We paid a lot and didn't eat well: the fish was poor quality, the appetizers tasteless and smelly, the pasta was overcooked and the tomato sauce was raw, with a few defrosted shrimp in the middle, the steak was poor and burnt, the sea bream was decent but topped with defrosted spinach... even the breadsticks were rancid! We definitely won't be returning, but it's disappointing to see the lack of attention paid to the preparation of simple dishes that would take so little to make them enjoyable! The waiter, at least, was kind and friendly.

16/10/2025: Went there with a group. View was beautiful. Rooms were very very basic and the bathroom was wonky, but there was sufficient light (not in others) the service was great though and the food was very good.

11/10/2025: Everything was perfect! The hotel was meticulously maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was superb. I'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: We sat for a coffe and sweet desert. The view was wonderful at the afternoon. The cheesecake was horrible, stale. The spoon for the capuccino was dirty and reused. The cappuccino had something like crumbs . I woudnt recomend the place except for the view

As I looked around, something caught my attention: the plants. They looked like they were struggling a bit in the heat. I thought, "Would it be possible to get a bit of water for them?" — not to cause trouble, just trying to help keep the space looking as nice as the food. When I asked, the atmosphere shifted noticeably. It felt like my question created friction. It seems like my request was taken the wrong way. Was there something about how I said it? Is there a reason that kind of request might be sensitive here? Just across the road, there’s another restaurant. The vibe over there is immediately more relaxed and welcoming — the kind of place that makes you want to linger. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to eat there this time. Still, I left wondering: What kind of culture is the team here trying to build? Because the food shows promise — it’s just the warmth that was missing.

26/05/2025: Excellent cuisine, not an exaggerated number of dishes to choose from, but great quality and attention. They don't stress you out about clearing the table, which is extremely pleasant.

Remo, the waiter, was particularly commendable: professional yet light-hearted, he managed the table with charm and charm, without losing a moment's composure. He listened to our tastes and made timely and accurate suggestions, demonstrating a personal attention rarely found. It was that "extra something" that made the difference. The dishes live up to their promise: the ingredients are carefully selected, the fish is fresh and well-prepared, and the service is meticulously crafted. The atmosphere—tidy, well-decorated, and with a clientele that conveys a sense of "having chosen with awareness"—completes the experience. In terms of value, La Risacca 6 offers fair prices for the quality and service received: not prohibitive, although we understand that we're in a higher price range than home-style trattorias, but absolutely justified by the care with which everything is managed. 12/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for a family dinner and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Although the evening itself was beautiful, we were seated inside and the atmosphere was lacking - no music for the first hour, which made the space feel a bit flat. Our server was polite but not very attentive or helpful with our group. The food was the biggest letdown. The fish was fine but unremarkable. Several of us ordered steaks medium, but they all came out closer to rare. One was sent back, but it still returned undercooked. Some guests just ate theirs to avoid making a fuss. The side salads were simply a handful of leaves that looked straight out of a supermarket bag, with no effort in presentation or flavor. For the price and expectations, we left disappointed. Added: I’d like to add that despite the restaurant’s long public apology, there was no real interest in addressing the issue when it actually mattered - during our visit. We sent the food back, asked for our steaks to be cooked longer, and I even spoke directly to our waiter before paying. Yet nothing was done to rectify the situation at the time. So while the response here sounds apologetic, it feels more like a formality to save face rather than genuine concern. Real customer care happens in person, not after the fact online.
