Good food. Great waterfront location. Good service. Fast charging station for electric cars right outside. The location has even more potential.

The view of the lake is breathtaking. The food was good (we only ordered the frito mishto), and the waitress was friendly. I lowered the rating because the prices were still high, even though it was off-season.

We stopped for lunch. The place with a lovely view of the lake is beautiful. We ordered an appetizer, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses (so-so) and two first courses, which were excellent and plentiful.

It seems the management has changed; in the past, we didn't wait as long to be served, and the food was better. We appreciated the fact that they offered us limoncello and focaccia as an apology.

Bar Trattoria Lo Scarpone

17/05/2026: A typical trattoria serving home-cooked food at reasonable prices. You can also order a fixed-price menu on weekdays for €14. On holidays, it's €26. I highly recommend it. It also serves as a bar and tobacconist.
09/05/2026: Everything was excellent, highly recommended. The appetizers were plentiful and varied. There were several very good first courses, and my favorite was the peperone crusco ravioli. Excellent value for money. The owners were kind and courteous. I recommend making a reservation.
