It's always difficult to find a nice terrace in Milano that is not next to a noisy street. This one is truly exceptional. With the terrace next to the church of the Borromeo, it's not only a beautiful venue, good food and nice service, but also a piece of history. The atmosphere from April to October is Divine. This has been our to-go place in Milan for the last six years.

We discovered this restaurant on our first day in Milan and ate there 3 days in a row. The staff were very friendly. Each day the restaurant was packed for lunch with Italians - always a good sign. We tried the Milanese chop which was delicious but enormous so we didn't manage to eat all. The pasta with tomato sauce and burrata was delicious and more a portion we could manage as was the pasta with meat sauce, hazelnuts and goats cheese. Finally we can recommend the apple tarte tartin with vanilla ice-cream. The atmosphere at lunch was delightful with all the Italians chatting over lunch and the service was fast despite every table being taken. A taste of Italy not an unauthentic tourist restaurant.

Had dinner with friends....warm and relaxing atmosphere...excellent soundproofing... And then the spaghetti....what a delight for the palate....followed by the authentic elephant ear cutlet...exquisite...BRAVI...it's always a pleasure to dine with you.

This restaurant is a pleasant confirmation! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. For starters, my wife and I chose an artichoke salad...delicious! For our main course, a sliced ​​Fassona beef steak...truly exceptional, it melted in the mouth! All washed down with an excellent Chianti. To finish, a tiramisu and a complimentary digestif. We truly had a wonderful evening. As soon as the weather permits, we'll return with friends to the charming outdoor terrace in Piazza Borromeo (truly stunning at night with the lights) for the exclusive use of the restaurant.
