29/05/2026: A truly beautiful location, nothing to complain about. Being from Como, I know Cernobbio well and appreciate the setting, but unfortunately the value for money was completely disappointing. Spending over €90 for two salads, a bottle of water, and two glasses of wine seemed decidedly excessive given the service we received. Added to this was a €10 cover charge for a table without a tablecloth, with insects in the way, and a rather dirty chair. Finally, when we asked for the bill at the table, the response we received was rather annoyed: we were told to go directly to the cashier. Personally, I have no problem spending, especially in locations of this caliber, but when the prices are this high, I expect attentive service, customer care, and an overall experience to match.

12/03/2026: I went in and ordered a cappuccino. I asked the guy serving what croissants he had, and he suggested I get up and see what was available. I got up and ordered a pistachio croissant. I waited over 20 minutes, watching other people's tables being served and cleaned, even though there weren't many people, while my table wasn't being cleaned. One of the guys looked at me and said, "I'm coming," but he never showed up. I wonder why they didn't clean my table and why they didn't serve me, given that people who arrived after me had their tables cleaned and took their orders. It makes me think a lot. I got up from my table and simply thanked them for the bad service... or for the discrimination.

26/04/2026: We went because it looked nice and had good reviews, but it was disappointing. The dishes were absurdly expensive for the level of flavor. Out of five dishes, none were anything special. We ate fabulously a couple of blocks away for half the price. Good service, but I wouldn't go back. It's not worth it.

21/10/2025: We tried some traditional dishes, which we found to be good. The atmosphere was quiet, and the prices were moderate and appropriate for the amount consumed.

17/10/2025: Very average. Empty place with too loud jazz music. Lots of plastic. It wants to give the impression of an upscale restaurant, but it's only average. Good pasta. Secondi not well prepared. Dried fish and tagliata are better in any trattoria. Zucchini burnt on the plate. Service nice, but sometimes disappeared for half an hour. Room for improvement.

16/10/2025: It's about 15 minutes from the airport. Meeting and drop-off services between the hotel and the airport are available with advance reservations. The facilities and size are worthy of a 3-star hotel. I didn't dine at the restaurant, so I'm not sure. Breakfast was included in the price, so I had a simple continental breakfast. The room was barely big enough to open two suitcases. Fortunately, the heating was on, so I slept comfortably.

16/09/2025: The best thing about the hotel was the reception staff. We were greeted several times by a pleasant woman, the likes of which I've rarely seen. The room was noisy, the bathroom clean, the mattress comfortable but the pillow very uncomfortable. The room was a sufficient size. Breakfast was sparse, although the pancakes were very good. Good service to and from the airport.

15/05/2026: The sound is truly stunning, more like disco than karaoke. Much more expensive than other venues.

08/03/2026: Quality food, we had the beef fillet which was really good. We also paid very little.

02/03/2026: We were regulars, but we'll never return! The service was already terrible in the past: they don't serve you at your table and often forget to make your coffee if you don't ask. Today we bought coffees and, unaware of the ban, ate our own snacks. We immediately apologized to the first waiter, who understood and left. Immediately afterward, the cashier and an elderly, white-haired waitress attacked us. With icy faces and ignoring our apologies, they rudely kicked us out while other employees laughed at us. An unjustifiable and cruel humiliation for an honest mistake. Being Chinese, we strongly suspect racial discrimination. Terrible and rude, avoid them!

07/05/2026: Our favourite restaurant in Milan. Despite the 'outdoor' area being constantly busy, they always find a good table for you. The staff are extremely professional but still warm and friendly. Our waiter Louis (unsure of spelling) was fantastic - warm, funny, professional, and attentive. Always looking over to his tables in case customers want his attention. Exactly what you want from a waiter. The food was absolutely phenomenal, both mains and desserts were 10/10 every time. Without much wait considering it is in the centre of the shopping district. Free bread with homemade spicy sauce. A cover charge is added and entirely justified. I just wish we found an ATM during our trip so we could tip more. We returned to this restaurant during our trip, and will continue to recommend and hopefully come back one day.

07/05/2026: I dined alone and i asked if there is decaf coffee, answer is no(actually there is decaf). I didn’t want to order bottled sparkling water because I couldn’t have full bottle by myself. However, the waiter kept asking me repeatedly if i order water, like 7times in total, and gave me really judgmental and unpleasant looks. His attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome as a solo guest. It is unacceptable for restaurant staff to pressure customers into extra orders and show obvious disapproval just because someone chooses not to buy wine or drink.

03/05/2026: Given the beautiful day, my family and I decided to have lunch by the lake. We ordered Margherita pizzas and a salad. The first was packed with mozzarella, very "touristy," the second with olives still pitted. Well, we weren't entirely satisfied... the location was a saving grace.

07/01/2026: We were in the company of relatives from Trigolo, a town in the province of Cremona, who invited us to a birthday party. We went to this excellent local inn. The menu had been pre-arranged with the owners and the birthday girl, and included a fantastic cotechino (a type of pork sausage) cooked in the local style, followed by excellent boiled meats with salsa verde and mustard. And to finish, some excellent desserts. The place was beautiful, and the owners and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

12/04/2026: We had dinner last night and had a wonderful time. Accompanied by a light breeze, we began the evening with an aperitif on the new outdoor veranda with a splendid view of the lake. Accompanied by the wine tasting room, we sensed great passion and dedication to the work. We then dined in the same room surrounded by fine bottles of wine, rare, renowned, or younger, but all carefully selected. The tagliolini of local products was a must, but the mouth-watering fresh pasta, thinly sliced ​​and accompanied by porcini mushrooms from the Valle dei Ratti, was a rare treat! The beef fillet, deliciously cooked and accompanied by a bottle of Valtellina Superiore della Val di Gella (adopt a vineyard), made all the difference. The dessert finale, paired with Braulio, was a must! The chef's passion and professionalism were evident! We will definitely be returning. ...

25/02/2026: I'm sorry I can't leave a positive review because I understand that work is hard work... and sometimes it's difficult. The fish was fresh and good, but... the service was inadequate!! We were all dissatisfied. Right from the start, we had to ask a couple of times for water and bread. Okay, that's understandable... After the appetizer, the wait for the main courses was excessive: some had ordered an appetizer and a first course, others an appetizer and a second course, and we were assured they would come out together. In reality, the first courses arrived, while the second courses—simple fried dishes and a grilled dish—were served more than 40 minutes later, despite several reminders. Unfortunately, unexpected events can happen in the kitchen, but beyond the wait, what was unpleasant was the attitude of the staff, visibly annoyed in their responses ("we also do takeout," "it's not just you guys"), when there were about twenty people in the dining room and half of them had already almost finished eating. Finally, at 2:30 PM on Saturday, there wasn't even a dessert left to conclude the meal. It's a shame, because the quality of the fish is good, which is the only reason I gave it 3 stars... but the service definitely needs updating.
