27/05/2025: A place from another time, Always impeccable cuisine, as well as courtesy, seasonal menus, quality products and very honest prices. We have been there many times, and never a disappointment.

11/05/2025: Let's say that, as far as my experience is concerned, courtesy and affability have certainly not proven to be the prerogative of the owner of the place, that is, of the person who should "welcome" the customers. The lack of internal organization, to the detriment of otherwise correct and polite people, should never be reciprocated with dark looks and hostile attitudes. The mix-up can happen, of course, but you recognize it and try to remedy it. You don't make it worse so you don't admit you were wrong.

15/03/2025: Abbiamo preso il menù del giorno, i primi che abbiamo ordinato erano davvero indimenticabili, molto buoni complimenti . Invece sui secondi ci sarebbe qualcosa di riguardare, il gusto che non era quello che ci si aspettava dopo i primi ci aspettavamo dei finocchi gratinati con gran entusiasmo ma ci siamo trovati dei finocchi che erano tutto tranne gratinati. Comunque spero che la direzione prendi dei provvedimenti perché come posto è davvero molto bello! Lo consiglio ma incrociando le dita per la cucina.

27/05/2025: Environment with various large and bright rooms ..., clean ... Given the day we opted to have lunch outside tables ..... unlike the internal rooms the tables have a paper placemat (but it does not bother) fast service with kind and helpful staff. All ok ... cover a little high.

26/05/2025: Sono tornata da Lipen a Triuggio con un gruppo di amici, fidandomi del buon ricordo che avevo di questa pizzeria, considerata una delle migliori della zona e presente sulla guida del Gambero Rosso. Purtroppo, l’esperienza si è rivelata una vera delusione, tanto da farci pensare che ci sia stato un cambio di gestione o di filosofia… sicuramente non in meglio. Avevamo chiesto il giorno prima di aggiungere un coperto alla prenotazione, ci era stato assicurato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. All’arrivo, invece, ci hanno fatto accomodare a un tavolo apparecchiato per quattro invece che per cinque. Dopo qualche minuto in cui siamo rimasti in bilico, ci hanno spostati in un’altra zona, compressi nella parte più affollata e rumorosa del locale. Atmosfera tutt’altro che piacevole. Al momento dell’ordinazione abbiamo chiesto semplicemente delle birre medie chiare — senza specificare particolari etichette — aspettandoci una classica media alla spina. Ci sono arrivati, invece, dei bicchieri da 33cl, nonostante sul menu fossero presenti birre chiare davvero medie alla spina. La sensazione è stata quella di un tentativo poco trasparente di “fregarci”. Inoltre ci è stato più volte proposto l’antipasto integrale, anche dopo aver rifiutato: un’insistenza che è risultata invadente e poco professionale. La pizza, infine, è stata una delusione: impasto gommoso e nessuna traccia della qualità e dell’eccellenza che ricordavamo. E per finire, coperto a 3,50€ a testa, davvero eccessivo considerando ambiente, servizio e livello complessivo. Un’esperienza che ci ha lasciato l’amaro in bocca. Peccato, perché Lipen era un riferimento. Non ci torneremo.

24/05/2025: Cellar that sells bulk and bottled wines sponsored by a company based in Verona. There is a good variety of wines for every day, but also has something to give as a gift for special occasions such as birthdays. The manager was very kind and helped me choose a gift. Recommended!

26/03/2025: avevo prenotato per 7 per festeggiare un master appena conseguito e, nonostante fossimo arrivati più tardi del previsto, ci hanno fatti accomodare fuori, gentili dall'inizio alla fine. Piatti abbondanti, buonissimi e tutti i miei invitati (anche chi non conosceva la cucina mediorientale e kosher) sono rimasti soddisfatti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

16/01/2025: ¡Muy grata sorpresa! Comida libanesa/Kosher deliciosa y genuina, sabrosa y con condimentos equilibrados, sugiero reservar y ser flexible debido al pequeño recinto (y con un fuerte servicio para llevar) , Vale mucho la pena una o más visitas, felicitaciones a los Cocineros! ! !

24/05/2025: Sono tornata dopo mesi per gustare la loro pizza gourmet,un must.Purtroppo non l'ho trovata all'altezza delle precedenti.Poca ricotta,meno condimento,formaggio meno saporito e soprattutto pesto in barattolo!E non mi si dica che non e' periodo di basilico....una pizza così non si puo'permettere uno scivolone del genere.Daro'un'altra possibilita'perche'il posto e la gentilezza del personale merita ma occorre che lo standard sia mantenuto.

08/06/2025: Como has endless amounts of hills/mountains, water (Lake Como is 149 sq kms and the deepest lake in Europe at 425M), and restaurants. There are restaurants on every square, every corner and every side street, all touting for your patronage. With such endless choice, how do you choose where to have your evening dinner? Well we have a suggestion for you. A restaurant with lots of nocturnal atmosphere (flaming gas light heaters), opposite the Cathedral, excellent service and gourmet cuisine (at a price), Da Pietro. The meals are a level up from the norm and the Beef Wellington is divine. Plenty of menu choice beyond the standard pasta and pizza, and a good selection of wines (it’s Italy, what else could you expect!) If you are really lucky you will get young Russian Kate (Kata) as your waitress, perpetually smiling , very efficient and attentive to your every dining need. Also as well as speaking Russian , she also speaks both fluent English and Italian very quickly, but not at the same time! An excellent dining experience, great food, efficient and friendly service via Kata. RECOMMENDED.

03/06/2025: Hotel Silvio is above all a hotel with a wonderful view and wonderful service. Mrs. Marta incredibly open and helpful in every matter. Practical advice on sightseeing in the area and not only. Clean rooms, cleaned every day. The restaurant served delicious breakfasts, the service helpful, open and unobtrusive. We will definitely come back here with the whole family.

19/04/2025: I drank the most expensive mineral water in the world for 5 euros and I have never been to a place where you can enter but cannot leave. In the sense that to go out I have to consume even if it wasn't said at the beginning and in the description of the event on the app.

26/06/2025: I was warmly welcomed and served by a lovely waitress named Rumana (I hope I got her name right!) whose kindness was truly exceptional. But it wasn’t just her — the entire staff and the atmosphere of the osteria were wonderful. The food, the service, the vibe — everything exceeded expectations. This place absolutely deserves more than 3.9 stars. This is how hospitality should be. It was a real experience — heartfelt, genuine, unforgettable. Highly recommended!

20/06/2025: Bad attitude of the owner... Strange behavior from the restaurant manager, and I consider it racist against Arabs. I do not hope to visit him again.

22/06/2025: A nice Thursday lunch at the lake returning after years, I did not remember the name of the place but the place thanks to the view of the Riva marina (a hamlet of Gargano). Three first courses with homemade pasta and sauces, excellent quality both in an apparently banal spaghetti with ragù appreciated by my daughter, and in the bigoli with lake sardines as well as in the tortelli al bagos. Excellent and delicate grilled char. Small but quality cellar, excellent Sauvignon di Aldeno. A real cover charge with a bruschetta per person as well as a good bread basket. Very kind and friendly staff. Excellent value for money: recommended!

09/06/2025: The service is the worst ever. The food is okay some dishes are good if you choose the dishes of the day. The owners are okay, and they are Italian but the two waiters (not Italian) are unfriendly. unfortunately not professional, nor polite. They’re ruining the flair, charm and the magic of this beautifully located small restaurant.

02/02/2025: Excelente restaurante en el centro de Livigno. Visitamos como un grupo de 12 , servicio excelente, menú tiene un montón de platos encantadores. Comimos una variedad de comida, llegamos con un excelente servicio y una calidad fabulosa. Volveremos.
