13/07/2025: La location ci è sembrata subito suggestiva, trovandosi all’interno di una cantina. Il cibo è stato ottimo, gli sciatt davvero deliziosi e il piatto di formaggi con prodotti di qualità. Il prezzo era corretto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Il sevizio molto curato e veloce.

09/02/2026: Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to expectations. Despite several free tables, an employee initially invited us to sit at the counter. Only later, thanks to the courtesy and helpfulness of a colleague, were we assigned a table. The same person, who had already been rather cold toward us, then brought the bill without us asking, a gesture that seemed like an implicit invitation to leave. I must admit, I was genuinely disappointed by this incident.

26/02/2026: Tombon du San Marc is a classic timeless restaurant. A place where true Milanesi enjoy dinner, as well as the youth and the international clientele. The food is carefully selected by their chef, Raffaele, choosing the best seasonal produce, the atmosphere is always warm and inviting, with great italian playlists defining the memory. You can see the team does their job with pleasure and passion for the service world. Highly recommed it!

15/12/2025: I'm reluctant to leave a negative review for a restaurant that's always been close to my heart. The Neapolitan maitre d' is truly unprofessional and tasteless. I arrived on time for a table booked at 9:30 PM. I waited 20 minutes, and while waiting, they asked me if I wanted something to drink, so I ordered a glass of wine. I thought they'd offer it, given that they were making me wait (which has happened to me often at other restaurants) and that I had to drink it standing while waiting. But I found it on the receipt anyway. It's a minor matter, I wouldn't have asked for it to be offered, but I just want to say that it's good manners to do so in these situations 😉. In reality, it's something else that was handled terribly. The menu includes tagliolini with shrimp (24, if I'm not mistaken), and I asked him if he could add truffle. He said yes without a problem, but didn't tell me the price (my negligence?). I got to the cashier at the end of the dinner and on the receipt he listed the dish at 60 euros, hahaha. I mean, I probably would have ordered it anyway if he'd told me how much it would cost, but besides the fact that 36 euros for two truffle shavings seems excessive (maybe I'm wrong), at least he told me the extra charge would be almost 40 euros. All this topped off with a phrase he said to me before leaving... "Is the receipt okay?" What do you expect me to say? 🤣 It's a shame about the place and the menu (excellent food), I didn't remember it being managed this way... really awful.

24/05/2025: A winery selling bulk and bottled wines, sponsored by a Verona-based company. They offer a good variety of everyday wines, but also have gifts for special occasions like birthdays. The manager was very kind and helped me choose a gift. Recommended!

20/01/2026: Good evening, I ordered paccheri with tomato, octopus, and tagiasce olives, recommended by the waitress, saying it was the highlight. Everything was there except one dish that tasted and smelled of fish. With this, I complained to the owner, saying that a pasta dish like this should not be presented, with few ingredients. His response was, "I'm sorry, I'll give you a discount at the checkout. I didn't get it, and he didn't even show up at the checkout." Small but important details.

11/10/2025: We had dinner with our children at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was just as good. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, even to the youngest guests. We truly enjoyed our evening and are very grateful for it!

21/09/2025: We stumbled upon Lido di Sala after wondering around Sala Comacina where we were staying. It's incredibly charming, with covered tables overlooking a scenic cove of water. Luca, our server, was wonderful and personable, and the food was delicious. Nothing fancy, just a well-prepared and very tasty meal. The ossobucco was fabulous, and the vanilla banana liqueur dessert was amazing. Thank you to Luca and staff for a wonderful Sunday dinner!
