03/03/2025: Looking at it from the outside it wouldn't have been my first choice but the pizza is truly exceptional, as is the focaccia and the one with the wholemeal dough is truly super. 5 stars also for the quality of the raw ham!

01/03/2025: I have gone to this restaurant several times and in the past I have always eaten well for the right amount. Last night the fish arrived lukewarm and the dish was cold, we had requested bottarga and the dish was prepared without it because it wasn't available but if they had notified us before maybe we would have chosen another dish. A half portion of mixed fried food was priced at €20 and I don't think the full portion costs €40. In the end the bill was too high for the quality of service and food.

27/02/2025: Excellent restaurant, offering tasty, elegant, perfectly executed fish dishes. Every time, you want to come back because you know that with a more than honest price for Milan you can appreciate quality raw materials prepared to perfection. Efficient, courteous service, never invasive but present in the right way. Balanced cellar. the Sardinian influences can be felt but are not overpowering. Given the well-deserved success, you need to book well in advance, but it's worth it. See you soon, it will be a pleasure to have new experiences from you.

25/02/2025: I go there when I can. It's the only place I always come back to with pleasure. Always full so many people think like me I don't reward one dish in particular so as not to detract from the others

18/01/2025: Special atmosphere, attentive service. Unfortunately the dishes did not meet expectations, in particular we chose the 4-course tasting menu. Unfortunately the lovage risotto didn't taste like lovage at all and the lemon was too persistent. It was a lemon risotto and not lovage. Portions too too small. With €170 for dinner you leave hungry. Wide choice of wines. I wouldn't go back.

23/03/2025: The first sensation you get when entering Brughiera is… familiarity. Even if it’s your first time. A renovated farmhouse that knows how to maintain comfort and elegance to spend a pleasant evening in a relaxed and extremely professional environment. The basis of the cuisine offered is the Lombard tradition, not to be confused with a banal and predictable proposal. On the contrary: the chef loves to amaze with some successful gambles. An example: risotto alla Milanese, luganega ragù and n'duja, caciocavallo Silano, smoked ricotta and bergamot. We tried the “patanegra” tasting menu. One dish better than the other. Pappa al pomodoro and patanegra, burrata, taggiasca olives and basil caviar: wow. Then chitarra cacio e pepe, patanegra bacon, artichokes, veal stock and crispy bacon: an explosion of flavors. And as a second course, in my opinion, the best: patanegra pork cheek, fried polenta, giarratana onion and black garlic ketchup. Vanilla ice cream, patanegra powder and rosemary oil to close a super promoted menu. Well done.

27/02/2025: Very friendly place and nice service, clean room and great shower pressure. The breakfast and coffee were tasty, and the owner was polite and helpful. Close to the funicular station, which unfortunately was closed during my stay, but there was replacement transport. I recommend it 💞🧚‍♀️

Very friendly people, both the owner and the staff. Very attentive, you feel well taken care of. The food was first class, from A to Z. We will definitely be back.

07/02/2025: My partner and I went for lunch yesterday and I couldn't help but give a positive review of this beautiful place. Meanwhile, it is ACCESSIBLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS but the bathroom is not!!! The room is really beautiful with a beautiful atmosphere given by background music…. I ate divine fish dishes, certainly not suitable for all budgets, but the quality was there. Very kind staff and we really had a really good time. I thank the staff and the owner for their serenity and courtesy.
