21/08/2024: Nice place, small but characteristic; offers typical regional dishes and offered us the opportunity to get to know them and taste them cooked in a traditional way, the only note to make is that perhaps they could also combine slightly lighter versions. Clean place and fast, well-managed service; honest prices in relation to quality and quantity

01/09/2024: Ristorante nel centro di Ronciglione. Il personale è cortese e discreto, c’è anche la possibilità di richiedere un tavolo su una piccola terrazza. Un’eccellenza per quanto riguarda i piatti di pesce, nel circondario è il migliore. Lo consiglio vivamente.

01/09/2024: Ottimo, consigliato puoi scegliere anche i menù ' di pesce a 30€ con dieci antipasti tra caldi e freddi e 2 primi ,( assaggi) ma sono porzioni abbondanti frittura di gamberi e calamari insalatina ....poi a parte dolci un servizio veloce e una cucina leggera promuovono questo ristorante p.s.assaggiate anche la pizza impasto croccante e bel condita non vi risulterà ' pesante . consiglio.

17/08/2024: Casa Tuscia è sempre una conferma! Non solo ristorante ma anche un'ottima enoteca. Come antipasto abbiamo preso quello della casa (prodotti locali) e come secondo ho provato il baccalà con l'insalata di pomodoro e olive, gustoso e molto buono. Poi per concludere un rinfrescante sorbetto limone e fiori di ibisco. Emanuele è molto gentile e preparato nei vini, questo posto è sempre più che consigliato!

05/08/2024: The photo of the white plate is not an error, it is the tagliolini that I ordered as a first course! It was so good that I had to do a thorough digging. The flavors are very delicate and refined, the raw materials are of excellent quality and the price is right for each dish. We'll be back! We ordered: • Beef tartare (very delicate) • Rustic appetizer • Quail egg with purple potatoes and truffle (a surprise) • Tagliolini with courgettes, courgette flowers and truffle • Ravioli with tomato and bacon (very light and pleasant flavor despite the ingredients) • Lamb loin (best course of the meal) • eggnog and caramel semifreddo (excellent idea and taste, but too cold to be eaten with just a spoon) • puff pastry • pineapple cheesecake (appreciated) Total bill (4 people with service, water and coffee) €140. In our opinion the price is right.

30/07/2024: What a surprising town, especially the view from the park towards the basilica. Especially late afternoon, early evening The basilica is also worth a visit, it is only open to a limited extent

08/08/2024: Excellent restaurant... Quality food and excellent wine (sangiovese). And what makes the difference between a good restaurant and an excellent one is also the owner's kindness, competence and attention to the customer... Exquisite and "attentive" person... And it's not at all obvious... Indeed, quite a rarity!!! Congratulations for everything.

14/07/2024: Vado spesso. L'accoglienza la fa da padrona. Il titolare è maestro delle buone maniere. I piatti curati e sempre eccellenti. Vini di qualità. E' sempre una pausa di gusto e di relax.

22/08/2024: I'm sorry to have to write this review for 2 reasons 1) it was my partner's 40th birthday 2) because it really seemed like a place worth returning to. The location is very nice, the dishes are very well prepared but... let's give this food a flavour! I'm really sorry because things would have been good but really tasteless...probably the same dishes made at home by me would have come out better (without all the care for presentation obviously) A dinner that leaves you with nothing. I really hope they improve because it's a very nice place. Another tip is to put something more on the menu.

21/08/2024: Everything perfect. All very good. There isn't a single thing that went wrong. Very good dinner in the historic center of Sutri. We sat in the outdoor area, beautiful and very private. Music at the right volume and excellent playlist. Friendly, polite, thoughtful, hospitable staff. Excellent food and cooked in a modern way. Excellent house wine. Modest bill given the quantity and quality (I expected a few euros more). Highly recommended and we will return. I wish this place the best. Post Scriptum: the suckling pig with pears deserves a special mention... something unique... cooked very well and very tender... paired with fabulous pears. A dish to absolutely order, perhaps even to share because it is an important dish

11/08/2024: Short lake menu (but also land and sea). Homemade but quality cuisine. The "carbolago" pasta is a must try. Appropriate pieces. We had a very good time

06/08/2024: we spent a great evening at this place. i ordered the linguine pasta with scampi. both were very good. they have a beautiful little fountain that makes the atmosphere even cooler.

13/08/2024: Pleasant restaurant with large air-conditioned spaces. The food doesn't inspire, however, dishes with a retro pot and botched house aperitif (olives, Russian salad, cabbage salad...) with products of dubious taste next to excellent cured meats that perhaps should be exalted. Tasty first courses but with excessive restaurant ambitions and perhaps not exactly successful gourmet attempts. Maybe less, but better? Average prices

10/08/2024: Ordered some bruschettine and a pizza with chicory, mozzarella and sausage... Not bad. Quality of ingredients, dough and cooking... not excellent... but well made. Normal environment. Good value for money.

23/08/2024: Very impressed, really good (local) food, staff excellent. You won't be disappointed. I'd have rated a 4.5 if that was possible. This is what eating out should be. Update 23/8/24, so back in Soriano after a couple of years and tried again. Food still fantastic, indulged in the breaded lamb cutlets again, still as good. Pizza was excellent too. Restaurant is spotlessly clean and all the staff are so nice and very attentive. Oh, and the kind of toasted flat bread that comes with the normal bread at the start is devine.

23/08/2024: We went to this trattoria/pizzeria during our stay in Soriano nel Cimino. The environment is as simple as the service. After taking a look at the menu we ordered an appetizer that they prepare for the month of August because we were intrigued by an ingredient: fig loin. We asked the girl in the dining room what it was and after seeing the photo (taken from the internet) we confirmed the order and on the advice of the girl herself, we also took a focaccia with local raw ham. When the dishes arrived, however, we realized that the fig loin was missing, we started to taste the cheeses that were supposed to accompany the loin in the hope that perhaps they would bring it shortly thereafter. Since it didn't arrive we call the girl and ask where the fig loin was... her response was but didn't you eat it? When we responded in the negative, she went to find out more and shortly after, smiling and a little mockingly, she told us that it was finished!!! If we hadn't said anything they would have given us four leaves of green grass for the loin to cover the lack. After this incorrect behavior it seems almost superfluous to say that on the bill they presented us there was no discount or rather it had been offered by the house. However, we rounded the bill up!

23/07/2024: OPINION RELATING TO THE RESTAURANT, because I didn't stay there but only ate there for lunch. ABSOLUTELY UNSUITABLE FOR VEGANS. A pasta with tomato and courgettes (€15) and 3 side dishes was the best they could offer us. Even the side dishes arrived before the pasta, because at 12.40 the kettles were full (but the room was semi-deserted) and it would have taken 20 minutes for the pasta. So 3 pasta with tomato and courgettes, 3 side dishes, 2 undrinkable coffees, €83.

24/07/2024: Tutte le volte che vado a pranzo da Simone e Chiara mi trovo bene. Questa volta Simone mi ha confermato la sua professionalità e fantasia. C’erano 40 gradi nel Borgo e venivo accaldato da Civitavecchia. Dovendo ripartire per Napoli ho chiesto un menu’ leggero per affrontare la calura del pomeriggio. Lo Chef mi ha accontentato con fantasia e capacità. Tortino di alici e tortelli con pomodorini e ricotta. Calici di bianco di Bolgheri. Tanta qualità e gentilezza. Consiglio fortemente questo ristorante nascosto e prezioso.

28/08/2024: Ottimo pranzo. Ho preso menù del giorno a 20 euro più due di coperto. Porzioni giuste, poco unte, ma condite senza eccesso. Tutto pulito e preciso. Ho mangiato veramente bene sia il primo che il secondo e il contorno. Il servizio funziona abbastanza bene.

31/07/2024: Buona trattoria, cibo nella media, il primo piatto alla viterbese ottimo, la carbonara buona, la cacioepepe scarsa. Il prezzo è buono per non dire economico, conviene prendere il menù da 20€ perché prendendo i piatti singoli ( i primi piatti più un antipasto solo) vengo la stessa cifra. I piatti sono più che abbondanti.
