We were immediately struck by the location: intimate and meticulously maintained, with trees and lights creating the perfect atmosphere.
The young staff is very friendly and, last but not least, very knowledgeable. Despite my allergies, they were immediately available to create a special platter.
P.S. The tiramisu is phenomenal!

The price was too high for the quality.
23/06/2026: The food is undoubtedly good, but it's undoubtedly expensive... To name just one: a side of tomatoes that consisted of one and a half tomatoes...€6! That is, for €6 I get a kilo and a half of tomatoes, not one and a half tomatoes!!
Anyway, I repeat, the quality is good... and we'll probably be back,
not to mention the location... with that spectacular view of the valley!

02/06/2026: You deserve 5 stars not only for the beautiful location, the friendliness, and the excellent food, but above all for the seasonality philosophy. That alone makes it absolutely worth it.
The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the ingredients are fresh and authentic. I recommend anyone passing by to stop and eat.
18/05/2026: We stopped by this amazing restaurant and reached out to see if they had a table available. From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home in their beautiful and authentic restaurant.
We enjoyed three different appetizers, a delicious main course, dessert and their wonderful local wine. Super fresh and tasty. It turned into one of the most authentic and memorable dining experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

15/06/2026: Breathtaking location, overlooking the sea from the walls of Tarquinia. Outdoor dining is also available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dishes are varied and well-presented. Service is fast. We chose several dishes, and they were all worth it. Reasonable value for money. Recommended.
07/06/2026: The food is exceptionally flavorful and made with top-quality ingredients, excellent customer service, and a very intimate outdoor setting overlooking the Tarquinia valley and the sea. I'd like to point out that this restaurant is listed as a Slow Food Presidium in the 2026 Michelin guide, so the prices are above average and the dishes are meticulously crafted.

Informal atmosphere typical of old-fashioned trattorias.
Friendly and attentive service.
Cod and chickpea ravioli followed by Etruscan-style guinea fowl accompanied by pan-fried potatoes with fennel.
Everything was delicious, but the guinea fowl was the highlight: don't miss it.

01/06/2026: We had an excellent lunch here. The place is nice and service is good. We had a cheese platter, pasta carbonara, truffle nioki, a beef fillet and a cheesecake. All dishes were excellent. Definitely recommended.
