30/11/2025: A practically perfect experience. The location is truly charming (both inside and out), the decor is unique and warm, and the dishes are generous and highly refined. Prices are in line with the quality, clearly above average. Service is attentive and friendly.

All the dishes we ordered and tasted were excellent, the meat was top notch.
Not recommended.
10/11/2025: Excellent, meticulously prepared food. The outdoor terrace overlooking the Lavello Tower is lovely. Attentive and attentive service, though still a bit underwhelming. If we return to Tuscania, we'll definitely stop by.

29/01/2026: Only had some Pizza, so I do not know about the steak. But the staff was very unwelcoming, and I felt i felt like all she wanted to do was get us out. The door. Very unpleasant person. 🛑
20/01/2026: Booked directly through Google, 3 confirmation emails, we arrived and were told they didn't check those reservations and kicked us out because they didn't have a table for two available.
Truly rude and impolite!! First and last time!!
I wanted to tell the owner that Google doesn't force anyone to keep a service active and it can easily be deactivated. Don't take reservations into account, but read the reviews right away!!
Anyway, we went to the nearby Oasi pizzeria. It was fully booked, but they found us a place to stay. The staff was excellent, as were the pizzas!

12/01/2026: We had dinner yesterday for the first time. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Everything was exceptional, from the very refined and welcoming atmosphere to the friendly and professional staff to the incredibly good food! I recommend the guinea fowl. We'll be back with pleasure!
04/01/2026: A typical and authentic family-run trattoria serving traditional dishes. We chose the first courses, which were truly delicious, and the rest of the menu is equally good. The owner runs the kitchen and can be found in the dining room cleaning vegetables. The young staff are extremely kind and prompt. This place is a gem, bringing back the joy of authenticity. The prices are very fair.

11/11/2025: I visited this trattoria during the chestnut festival held in San Martino al Cimino in October. We hadn't booked, and we were lucky because, despite the restaurant being full, there were still two-person tables available. A dark-haired lady who greeted us at the entrance was very kind and helpful in seating us. The cuisine is very rustic and trattoria-style, just what we were looking for. The menu is quite comprehensive, with many dishes featuring porcini mushrooms and typical local products. We ordered the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the tagliata with potatoes and porcini mushrooms: both were very good. The restaurant is located just outside the historic walls of the town, and reservations are highly recommended.
14/10/2025: Excellent trattoria, excellent chef, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great prices. I recommend you try it. I almost forgot about the excellent and generous dishes.

01/02/2026: I booked a table for two and they put us in a tiny room where a table for more than 20 people had been set up for a party. The space was so cramped that both the waiters and the children at the party kept bumping into me while I was having lunch.
When paying, I told the guy, "I'd rather tell you what was wrong than say everything was fine and leave a bad review, explaining what went wrong." I expected a "Sorry, I'll buy you a coffee"... But instead, the response was "I can't do anything about it." So, I'm sorry, but I'm leaving the negative review.
01/02/2026: Despite having made a reservation, we were seated in a tiny room, having been given no warning that there would be a private party of 20 people, including children. We were so crowded that the waiters couldn't get between the tables, and the constant standing of people bumped into us. The confusion was so great that we couldn't exchange a single word, and the door was always open, letting in the cold. A terrible experience.

15/12/2025: A wonderful experience. With the Michelin Guide 2025 awarding the restaurant the coveted Bib Gourmand (fine dining at a reasonable price) a bit of a disappointment, we went for lunch with a friend on Sunday. Surprisingly, there were very few people, but we were very satisfied, especially with the artichoke appetizer, the dessert, and the Valpolicella Ripasso. The staff (owners?) were very friendly, with a chef who speaks French. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with a bright dining room. We will definitely be back.

01/01/2026: I showed up at the restaurant at 8:30 PM on New Year's Eve with my husband and son. I told the waiter I had a reservation, but there was nothing in my name. The owner wasn't bothered, immediately added a table, and had it set. I quickly realized WE HAD THE WRONG RESTAURANT (they were waiting for us somewhere else), but they were GREAT, making sure we weren't left stranded on New Year's Eve!!! THANK YOU!

05/01/2026: There were 4 of us, and we had spaghetti cacio e pepe, 2 mixed grills, and 1 chicken leg alla diavola: everything was delicious! The grilled dishes were superb, and the staff was friendly. What more could you ask for? Nothing! Well done, well done!
01/01/2026: The staff was unhelpful and very rude. They had 2 free tables and a table for 4 was becoming available. I asked for a table for 2 and they turned us away saying there was no availability.
