15/07/2024: I came to Ischia di Castro to visit a friend and she immediately took me to lunch in the "Piazzetta del Sole". I found myself in a cozy and well-kept place, the food was excellent and the service was friendly and fast. I felt at home. I left wanting to come back. I recommend it to everybody.

02/09/2024: It is with a very guilty delay of almost 2 months that I leave an enthusiastic review for this wonderful structure set in the evocative vastness of the countryside of the Lazio Maremma... Being on a business trip to Civitavecchia and Santa Marinella I was able to enjoy this oasis of peace and of beauty, being repaid with impeccable hospitality of the highest quality, from the simple, essential, very clean two-room apartment equipped with every comfort, passing through top-notch catering in the suggestive panoramic restaurant in the shape of a yurt... All seasoned with exquisite courtesy and friendliness of Anna and all her very capable staff of collaborators... Not to mention the friendly Ettore, an imposing and sweet Saint Bernard, the beautiful and relaxing swimming pool and the extreme attention to detail that characterizes all the environments and areas on which the structure insists... As the first working holiday of my life I couldn't ask for anything better, it's just a shame that I didn't have more time available during the days... See you very soon, hopefully next year already!

20/08/2024: Stunning location on the hill overlooking the sea... with the breeze caressing your face... swimming pool... and fabulous barbecues... Highly recommended

31/08/2024: Comfortable location, with comfortable seating and a spacious, raised exterior. Service with good care towards the customer, education and relaxation also of the staff contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. Mixed menu with focus on local products, with attention from the owners to the selection of raw materials. Well-executed dishes, price within the standard of the proposed offer.

01/09/2024: August 2024. The owner cares more about taking action to delete my review than caring about the service and quality of his restaurant. I will therefore have to limit myself to rewriting 2 lines and strongly advise you against this exercise. Rating: 3 out of 10.

31/08/2024: Cute overall, but the table outside is too sloping, it feels like being on the Straits of Bonifacio during the crossing, having to hold on to the cutlery to prevent it from flying to the ground. Very kind waiters but not inclined to description, an appetizer tasting of cured meats and cheeses arrives without any description, so I don't know what I'm eating. Very abundant first courses, but really exaggeratedly large, but with too much pepper. Gaviscon will come to help tonight. I've already been years ago and that's why I went back, only to be disappointed by my expectations, I'm sorry but something has really changed. How come?

19/08/2024: It was highly recommended to to Il Monastero The Monastery pizzeria and I was not disappointed. The Pizza was simply fabulous but I had to wait 1.3 hours before the pizza arrived

17/08/2024: Siamo arrivati alle 20:30, abbiamo atteso fino alle 22:00 per sederci.. le pizze sono arrivate alle 22:50. Deludenti le pizze dove nella capricciosa non c'era l'uovo, né i carciofini e le olive erano verdi non nere.. tutta la pizza dopoa era ricoperta di prosciutto che copriva ogni magagna! Ma era una capricciosa🤔?? Anche la boscaiola con i funghi porcini era piena di prosciutto che copriva i piccolissimi pezzettini di salsiccia e di porcini. Talmente pochi che non insaporivano la pizza. La 6 formaggi una soletta. La pizza é molto grande ma sottilissima tanto che sembra un impasto normale di pizza steso fino a diventare così grande. Siamo delusi e non torneremo più. Il labirinto a due passi, la settimana scorsa ci ha fatto una pizza decisamente più ricca e buona . Qui tutto fumo e niente arrosto!!!

01/08/2024: What a nice restaurant in the center of Civita di Bagnoreggio. We were received enthusiastically and the pasta with pistacchio pesto was amazing! Highly recommended. The staff was attentive and extremely friendly.

31/07/2024: Restaurant inside Civita di Bagnoregio; the tables are located in a very welcoming outdoor space. Very good typical cuisine, good service and fairly fair prices considering that it is located in Civita di Bagnoregio.

17/08/2024: Le pietanze sono così spettacolari che si raggiunge il cielo. Il palato offre al cervello una goduria estrema che la seratonina sviluppata apre le porte del piacere fisico e intellettivo. Consigliatissimo. Provate i lombrichelli alla Viterbese magnifici, incredibile sono i pici all'aglione, mamma mia come sono bravi! Wow
