28/04/2026: We have been here twice. In 2015, we stayed here with 20 people to celebrate our wedding. Everything was fantastically arranged. Now my husband and I have returned to Anna and wow, it is just as special. The view is fantastic, the rooms are fine, and the peace and quiet and the view are fantastic. In addition, Anna is everything you wish to see in a hostess. The food is also fantastic. We recommend this stay. Thank you, Anna, for your excellent care.
19/03/2026: Beautiful place...an oasis of peace, simple and clean rooms, for the summer period with a swimming pool, the owner very kind and helpful, simple but careful breakfast...excellent selection of wines from their vineyards...highly recommended

11/05/2026: This place has a different management style: just a few tables and a single evening seating at 9:00 PM, a choice that creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, without crowds or tables too close together. For this very reason, it's essential to book several days in advance, as the place is always very popular.
Finally, a place that focuses on the quality of the experience, not the quantity of customers. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive.
The pizza is truly excellent, with generous portions and more than fair prices.
Congratulations on the organization and the work you do; keep up the good work!
Highly recommended.
08/05/2026: Not bad, the pizza is not one of those super Roman pan pizzas but it is edible.

03/05/2026: Trattoria Tipica has plenty of seating, and the waiter is very friendly and professional. Traditional dishes at good prices, including a top-notch grilled meat, especially the Florentine Marchigiana steak, cooked perfectly without burning; it melted in your mouth. The cacio e pepe pasta, which isn't very creamy, needs a facelift. Excellent local Syra Laziale red wine. We'll be back as soon as we're in the area.
01/05/2026: Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. Maybe it was just an unlucky day, but the pasta was raw and tasteless.

23/09/2025: The staff was terrible. I waited two hours and they only brought me two appetizers. The steak was still raw after two hours. I won't be going back.

12/04/2026: The place is always packed and heavy for dinner, there must be a reason, so we try it for dinner on Saturday night. The place is renovated because it is old-fashioned, the service is right, the waiting times are right, the price and quality are normal, a piece of advice, try it because the pizza is good, the first courses are good, perhaps a suggestion on the seafood starter which is poor, I know you pay €15 but I can improve if they want, just add a piece of bread with salmon, the rest is all ok.

11/05/2026: Great experience! Light and easy-to-digest pizza, good ingredients, and a delicious appetizer. The staff was kind and attentive.
07/05/2026: A bit pricey for what it was. The meat was rare, but tasted burnt. The pizza fritti were very good. The calzones are very large and okay.
The only downside is the extremely expensive service: three euros per person. A bit much.
The waitress was very nice.

The truffle pasta suited Taiwanese tastes.
The beef steak that was served had too much gristle and was inedible; the restaurant replaced it with a new one, and the service was excellent.
They offered their own homemade wine (low alcohol content).
05/01/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant and had a divine meal. Generous portions and quality food. We had the house wine, which was delicious! I highly recommend the truffle carbonara and the sweet and sour wild boar.

27/04/2026: We had a delicious meal at La Tavernetta Trattoria Pizzeria in Bolsena. We tried several dishes, all equally flavorful. An extra plus: the staff were very accommodating regarding our son's allergies. Great service and definitely recommended!

11/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch with friends. Menu: sliced cheesecake, capocollo, fridge-cold hard-boiled egg with two sauces, pici with herb pesto, mixed roast, citrus sorbet. Drinks and coffee not included, €39. I got all-you-can-eat cheesecake, a slice of capocollo, no egg. The pici were bland; the pesto had tons of blended parsley. The roast included chicken wings (undercooked because they arrived raw), breast, and pieces of steak. The sorbet was a safe bet, and was very good.
05/04/2026: We discovered Pulicaro on Ecobnb and decided to book an Easter stay at this agriturismo, impressed by their values and philosophy. Everything lived up to our expectations! Pulicaro is a beautiful stone farmhouse managed with care and love by Chiara, Marco, and all the staff. It's an ideal place to stay, recharge, and sample traditional local cuisine, often made with products from their farm!
The agriturismo's location is also on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. It's a great base for exploring Tuscia.
Excellent value for money!
A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

11/11/2025: I went for lunch a few Sundays ago. The farm is really cute, with lots of animals and a small vegetable garden. My son was very happy, especially with the playground, although, unfortunately, perhaps because it's November, I noticed a bit of general neglect. The staff was really friendly. The food needs to be revisited, as it unfortunately wasn't satisfying. We still had a lovely day, and I'll definitely give it a second chance in the spring, perhaps even staying overnight.
07/10/2025: Visited as part of an AIDA cruise with wine tasting and fresh bread, olive oil, and homemade pasta. Very idyllic and friendly hosts.

25/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic. The venue has private access to a stunning park, and with the delicious food, the kindness of the owner, and his entertainment... we had a perfect day! We were even able to bring our dog. Go... we'll definitely be back... and we'll be leaving from Rome.

What can I say? The lasagna with exquisite Chianina beef ragù, the exceptional lamb stew, incredibly tender. A truly wonderful experience for our palates.
