01/10/2025: Warm welcome and, although small, a lovely atmosphere. Very good pizzas with very tasty combinations. The presentation of the pizzas is superior, very meticulously crafted and delicious even just looking at them. The greeting at the end of the pizza from the owner, who wanted to reassure us that everything had gone well, was also much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

27/10/2025: This historic restaurant located in the lower part of Montefiascone is always a good choice! The handmade pasta is excellent, as are the meat and desserts! It's not a given that you'll find half bottles of white and red wine, as well as Nepi Rossa.

30/10/2025: It's raining and windy, but even though it's not yet dinner time, they invite us in, so we don't get too humid and cold. Meanwhile, we peruse the menu, which isn't very long but offers a very interesting selection. We order smoked goose breast with arugula, balsamic parmesan (€14) and Etruscan focaccia with pork carpaccio, plum sauce, and crispy parmesan (€14). To finish, we order a portion of sautéed broccoli (€5) and a purple cabbage flan with primo sale cream, which I absolutely consider a specialty (€13)! We finish with a warm apple and zabaglione tart (€8). Cover charge €2.50, a bottle of water €2.50, a glass of Sangiovese Viti Vecchie 2022 (€5), which really impressed me! Total dinner €66.50. We couldn't leave without offering our sincerest compliments to the chef, who created dishes of substance and quality using simple ingredients.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

17/10/2025: An extraordinary experience, from every perspective. "La Locanda di Saturno" is a true gem that you absolutely must visit and try!!! It offers authentic and refined Italian cuisine; each dish tells a story of passion and research, using top-quality ingredients and always perfect pairings. The service is attentive and professional, yet warm, making you feel welcomed and at home while maintaining elegance. We've been there before, we've been back, and we'll definitely be back whenever we can!

02/11/2025: A (shooting) star because it's the only thing you can give less. We had gone with great enthusiasm, hoping to enjoy local food. Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. Terrible service. The dishes we ordered arrived drowned in oil and onion. A chickpea and chestnut soup was undignified (it tasted only of oil and rosemary), served with a meager crouton. When we asked for more, we had to wait an indefinite amount of time while the soup cooled. Not recommended.

02/11/2025: We were thrilled with the friendliness, the atmosphere, and the delicious food in Pulicaro. It's also a great base for exploring the surrounding area, and the hosts are incredibly helpful. You absolutely mustn't miss the Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch. We've rarely met people who run their organic farm with such heart and soul. See you soon, we'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: A fantastic experience, you'll understand what a regenerative farm means by experiencing the underlying principles firsthand. Then, you'll enjoy a top-notch lunch featuring truly authentic products... A must-try experience for both adults and children... With Marco, the owner, as your guide, you'll spend 2-3 hours on the farm in close contact with the animals and plants that surround it. You'll surely leave feeling more aware of what it means to raise animals while respecting nature.

17/10/2025: We booked this restaurant for a weekend in May, and upon our arrival, a waiter of about fifty greeted us, immediately telling us: "Hey, it's full...you'll have to wait outside." When we complained that we had booked, the waiter reiterated: "You'll have to wait outside, there's a line." Finally, another waiter arrived and seated us. As for dinner, I can't say it was any better... I understand that everything has gone up, starting with the bread, but the price of the main courses has increased despite the reduced quantity of food, while the cover charge is €2 per person. We don't recommend it.
