13/10/2025: I've been in Italy for over two weeks and this was by far the best food I have had. Everything was so delicious. The drinks, the aperitifs and the main meal. Even the bread with the local olive oil was delicious. The service was also great. You need to come here if you're in Viterbo. I highly recommend this place.

27/08/2025: Experience 🔝 We dined here two nights in a row. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming (there's seating both inside and outside the restaurant). The staff and the owner were extremely kind and friendly. The food was EXCELLENT, from the appetizers, the raw fish (we tried shrimp, scampi, and oysters), the fried dishes, the first courses, the second courses, and even the desserts (the brownie was amazing). Prices? Affordable and fair, especially considering the excellent quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended, we'll be back!!

16/09/2025: We booked last-minute, but the price was a bit steep for a double room at €100. The staff were very friendly, and the food was authentic farmhouse fare.

01/10/2025: Warm welcome and, although small, a lovely atmosphere. Very good pizzas with very tasty combinations. The presentation of the pizzas is superior, very meticulously crafted and delicious even just looking at them. The greeting at the end of the pizza from the owner, who wanted to reassure us that everything had gone well, was also much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

10/09/2025: Definitely a place to return to. Well-prepared food, satisfactory service. Just one piece of advice: when diners are seated, it's good manners to hand them the menus promptly. A quarter of an hour might be too long.

04/10/2025: Extremely slow and uncoordinated service, main courses arrived before main courses, side dishes arrived after the main courses were finished, etc. One thing I found truly disturbing was seeing, right in the middle of the entrance hall, an employee sawing pieces of meat off the bone, carpenter-style, with a real electric saw. Aside from not finding it 100% hygienic, it was absolutely not a pleasant sight or sound. The food was average, nothing exciting; for the price, you'd expect more. I wouldn't recommend it. P.S. We had asked for potato cake, but what arrived was a sort of polenta with a cascade of tomato sauce and pistachios on top—it was anything but a cake.

11/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant that looks like a lakeside stilt house. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. We were even offered a digestif at the end. The price was reasonable for what we ate. We'll be back next time we pass through Bolsena.

05/10/2025: Ein absolutes Highlight! Die Pizza ist unbeschreiblich gut - dünner Teig mit viel Belag und leckerer Käse. Das Tiramisu ist das beste, welches wir bisher gegessen haben.

05/10/2025: I'm a chef who has also worked in high-end restaurants. I give it 5* because: Quick and professional service. Even with the restaurant full, we didn't wait for any dish. This means the kitchen is organized. The dishes were well-cooked, with a delicate flavor. Even the lake fish was pleasantly flavorful. The tonnarelli were cooked to perfection. I noticed several timers (divided by color) near the kettle...another sign of professionalism. The bill was more than fair. It's a trattoria, so don't expect plating or various dressings. But that's the positive side.

29/09/2025: The worst restaurant of our entire three-week trip through Italy. One star for the great location and the cheap water price. The rest: outrageous! Almost an hour of waiting for an overpriced bit of nothing. €30 for a small piece of fatty and over-salted fish, with no vegetables on the side, and a small salad consisting of a few leaves of green lettuce with a few pieces of tomato. The lasagna was dry, bland, and partially burnt. The bread was dry. I had to get salt and pepper from the counter myself to season the salad. The women's restroom was dirty! Absolutely not recommended!!! If you came for the beautiful view, it's better to have a coffee a few meters away and enjoy a delicious ice cream for a fraction of the price.

22/09/2025: The place is very nice on the outside, but inside there was definitely the smoke I'd read about in some reviews. The pizza was good, Neapolitan-style. The fried foods and desserts were equally good. The service was friendly, but could be improved. What I didn't like were the placemats on the tables (which, unfortunately, are NOT disposable) because they were really dirty and sticky, and considering you use them to put your napkin and cutlery, I didn't like that at all. There's no parking; you have to look for it on the street.

19/09/2025: I never thought I'd be eating the best pizza I've ever had in Bolsena at 10:00 PM, after arriving from Emilia. The staff were very kind, even though it was late, and we were practically the only ones there. Thank you. Wonderful.

01/10/2025: We were refused to eat here when we went inside the restaurant. The lady even scolded my friend on what she was wearing (off shoulder top), very unnecessary. Very bad experience. We just went out of the restaurant, even so, she continued to tell us that it was wrong to enter the restaurant. Hays.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

23/07/2025: We had an amazing time celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary and son’s first birthday. Thank you Sabrina for the warm welcome and being so kind to our young children. They had the best time! We also truly appreciated how Sabrina made a special chocolate tart to celebrate our son’s birthday. We can’t thank you enough.

10/07/2025: Sabrina is very friendly and always gave us good tips. The children were able to help feed the animals and take a cooking class. The food Sabrina prepares freshly is delicious and inexpensive. The garden and pool are suitable for children of all ages.
