06/07/2026: It was hard making a choice on where to go in this little town. In the end we went with this one. And wow were we in for a treat. We had such an amazing experience here. Really superb food and excellent service :) also the first time ever that I had a real Italian pizza without tomato base…. Really special :)

05/07/2026: I fell in love with this charming place at first sight. The tables outside in the narrow medieval street have an incredible charm. The food is homemade and delicious. The wonderful thin-crust pizza – the pizza bianca with rosemary is pure poetry. I brought it back to Poland, and my daughter was delighted with the taste. I already miss this place; I eat here every year.

24/07/2026: The atmosphere is excellent, both inside and in the large outdoor area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Unlike last time, this time we had pizza, and we were once again pleasantly surprised by the expertise of the people preparing and baking it. We knew they serve gluten-free pizza, but the bread and pizza told a different story than usual; the texture, taste, and flavors deserve more than 5 stars. Well done, you're a must-try. Highly recommended.

22/06/2026: My friends and I went to eat at La Buca di San Faustino after a motorcycle ride and we were incredibly satisfied. We spent the right amount, but we ate a truly delicious meal, and above all, everything was incredibly good. Since I'm allergic to gluten, I want to emphasize that I ate a grilled vegetable platter and a mixed grill without any problems: I'm feeling great, I'm still full, and the taste of good food is still in my mouth. Generous portions, excellent ingredients, and more than fair prices. One of those places where you leave happy and already thinking about when to return. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well, a lot, and without spending a fortune!

19/06/2026: What can I say, just one word: TOP!!!!! We were welcomed with kindness and friendliness, which is not at all expected. We had two first courses, a carbonara and the lombrichelli alla viterbese, super generous portions and truly delicious!!! Compliments to the chef!!!

18/07/2026: Yesterday we visited this restaurant for a family dinner, there were 7 of us, after asking if they had space for 7 people, the waiter gave a clear answer of “no”. When the waitress came after a while (the biggest plus of yesterday’s dinner) she immediately figured it out and seated us, unfortunately inside, where it was unbearably stuffy. After asking the waiter to turn on the air conditioning, the answer came “yes” unfortunately it just stayed that way and the gentleman didn’t turn anything on, it seemed like he didn’t even plan to solve it. We had 3x pasta carbonara for dinner, the food looked good at first glance, but after the first bite I knew it would be even more interesting, halfway through the meal I had no idea whether to continue eating because I was hungry or whether I should call the fire department because there was a high-level fire going on in my mouth from the pepper content in the pasta, which could have been overlooked, but after telling the waiter that the food was practically inedible, he gave an arrogant response saying that it was impossible. I would probably evaluate it as if when a restaurant charges 2 euros per person to sit at a table, the waiter should not be wearing sweatpants and blue sneakers and seem totally arrogant and uninterested. The biggest positive thing about this dinner was the nice waitress with a permanent smile and good pizza.

18/07/2026: Ordered two pasta dishes, large portions, but unfortunately disappointing taste and appearance. Good service and nice staff :)

11/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch with friends. Menu: sliced ​​cheesecake, capocollo, fridge-cold hard-boiled egg with two sauces, pici with herb pesto, mixed roast, citrus sorbet. Drinks and coffee not included, €39. I got all-you-can-eat cheesecake, a slice of capocollo, no egg. The pici were bland; the pesto had tons of blended parsley. The roast included chicken wings (undercooked because they arrived raw), breast, and pieces of steak. The sorbet was a safe bet, and was very good.

05/04/2026: We discovered Pulicaro on Ecobnb and decided to book an Easter stay at this agriturismo, impressed by their values ​​and philosophy. Everything lived up to our expectations! Pulicaro is a beautiful stone farmhouse managed with care and love by Chiara, Marco, and all the staff. It's an ideal place to stay, recharge, and sample traditional local cuisine, often made with products from their farm! The agriturismo's location is also on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. It's a great base for exploring Tuscia. Excellent value for money! A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

01/05/2026: We're just finishing a Margherita pizza, an Ischia calzone, and a Sorrento-style gnocco; we also had a macaroni frittata and seaweed fritters. Everything was excellent, shame about the incredibly windy weather, but the food was a real comfort to us. Compliments to the very sweet waitresses.

29/04/2026: A quick lunch stop in Tarquinia. We had two panuozzi, really good. Excellent dough, decent fillings, and good ingredients. Fast and lively service. Recommended.

14/05/2026: We went for my birthday because I wanted to dine there after having been there several times, and as always, everything was excellent, from the service to the menu and the bill! Highly recommended

25/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic. The venue has private access to a stunning park, and with the delicious food, the kindness of the owner, and his entertainment... we had a perfect day! We were even able to bring our dog. Go... we'll definitely be back... and we'll be leaving from Rome.

11/11/2025: I went for lunch a few Sundays ago. The farm is really cute, with lots of animals and a small vegetable garden. My son was very happy, especially with the playground, although, unfortunately, perhaps because it's November, I noticed a bit of general neglect. The staff was really friendly. The food needs to be revisited, as it unfortunately wasn't satisfying. We still had a lovely day, and I'll definitely give it a second chance in the spring, perhaps even staying overnight.

07/10/2025: Visited as part of an AIDA cruise with wine tasting and fresh bread, olive oil, and homemade pasta. Very idyllic and friendly hosts.
