21/11/2025: We just had lunch here during a trip, and in addition to the beautiful location surrounded by greenery and the well-kept facility, the food was truly excellent. The pork fillet cooked in Sangiovese was sublime! The ravioli with fresh walnuts were excellent. The portions aren't large because this is a place where you enjoy yourself. Not suitable for those looking for a budget-friendly price and generous dishes. The large fireplace in the dining room is welcoming and inviting. Everything was truly perfect.

01/10/2025: Warm welcome and, although small, a lovely atmosphere. Very good pizzas with very tasty combinations. The presentation of the pizzas is superior, very meticulously crafted and delicious even just looking at them. The greeting at the end of the pizza from the owner, who wanted to reassure us that everything had gone well, was also much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

30/10/2025: It's raining and windy, but even though it's not yet dinner time, they invite us in, so we don't get too humid and cold. Meanwhile, we peruse the menu, which isn't very long but offers a very interesting selection. We order smoked goose breast with arugula, balsamic parmesan (€14) and Etruscan focaccia with pork carpaccio, plum sauce, and crispy parmesan (€14). To finish, we order a portion of sautéed broccoli (€5) and a purple cabbage flan with primo sale cream, which I absolutely consider a specialty (€13)! We finish with a warm apple and zabaglione tart (€8). Cover charge €2.50, a bottle of water €2.50, a glass of Sangiovese Viti Vecchie 2022 (€5), which really impressed me! Total dinner €66.50. We couldn't leave without offering our sincerest compliments to the chef, who created dishes of substance and quality using simple ingredients.

03/12/2025: Had lunch for work. This is a quiet place that's even more impressive with the quality of the food! I had a really good cacio e pepe, highly recommended. The entrecote was also very good. Reasonably priced.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

08/06/2025: June 2nd we booked at this place, because it was recommended on the museum website, for lunch. Some of the first courses indicated on the menu were not present. For the second courses of meat, limited choice We were a little disappointed.

It offers authentic and refined Italian cuisine; each dish tells a story of passion and research, using top-quality ingredients and always perfect pairings. The service is attentive and professional, yet warm, making you feel welcomed and at home while maintaining elegance. We've been there before, we've been back, and we'll definitely be back whenever we can!

It's also a great base for exploring the surrounding area, and the hosts are incredibly helpful. You absolutely mustn't miss the Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch. We've rarely met people who run their organic farm with such heart and soul. See you soon, we'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: A fantastic experience, you'll understand what a regenerative farm means by experiencing the underlying principles firsthand. Then, you'll enjoy a top-notch lunch featuring truly authentic products... A must-try experience for both adults and children... With Marco, the owner, as your guide, you'll spend 2-3 hours on the farm in close contact with the animals and plants that surround it. You'll surely leave feeling more aware of what it means to raise animals while respecting nature.

17/10/2025: We booked this restaurant for a weekend in May, and upon our arrival, a waiter of about fifty greeted us, immediately telling us: "Hey, it's full...you'll have to wait outside." When we complained that we had booked, the waiter reiterated: "You'll have to wait outside, there's a line." Finally, another waiter arrived and seated us. As for dinner, I can't say it was any better... I understand that everything has gone up, starting with the bread, but the price of the main courses has increased despite the reduced quantity of food, while the cover charge is €2 per person. We don't recommend it.

13/10/2025: Rustic and well-kept atmosphere, good service, excellent spaghetti carbonara, good and creamy lemon sorbet, shame about the veal cutlet which was a bit calloused.

02/11/2025: I went with my family, but had previously tried it with a couple of friends. I was once again pleasantly surprised. Among the best pizzas we've ever tasted, and I can assure you it's worth traveling 60 km to eat them. It was a shame about the small mix-up in the order that made us wait a few minutes for our food to arrive, but everything else was perfect. We'll definitely be back.

26/10/2025: Excellent pizza, very friendly staff. The place is very welcoming, and in the summer you can enjoy the lovely outdoor terrace.
