16/05/2026: Last night we were here in Sutri at Locanda di Saturno, a restaurant offering a delicious eight-course tasting menu (with a wide selection of wines) for €38, downloadable from their website with a coupon. The dishes were delicious, especially the pasta (TOP!). Although we initially forgot to download the coupon from the website, the owner was incredibly kind and prepared it for us in the kitchen despite our forgetfulness. Highly recommended!

09/05/2026: What a beautiful place! A few tables, not too many, occupying a small corner of the square, right at the foot of the clock tower. The owner was pleasant and polite (an attitude that is now fading). I wanted all the game dishes. My wife, on the other hand, had a homemade ragù and the Roman-style salti in bocca. My pappardelle with hare were plentiful and delicious, with a small adjustment—but that's personal—it seemed "blended," while my personal preference is to see and taste it, bold, but, I repeat, delicious. The wild boar was an A+. For dessert, a sponge cake with fruit and delicious cream and a phenomenal and generous tiramisu. Highly recommended. The total cost was also "pleasant." See you next time.

08/05/2026: We actually stopped here by chance, but we didn't regret it. The food was simply delicious. We had the braised wild boar and the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms – both were wonderful. The house wine was also very tasty. This restaurant is highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍

11/05/2026: This place has a different management style: just a few tables and a single evening seating at 9:00 PM, a choice that creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, without crowds or tables too close together. For this very reason, it's essential to book several days in advance, as the place is always very popular. Finally, a place that focuses on the quality of the experience, not the quantity of customers. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The pizza is truly excellent, with generous portions and more than fair prices. Congratulations on the organization and the work you do; keep up the good work! Highly recommended.

08/05/2026: Not bad, the pizza is not one of those super Roman pan pizzas but it is edible.
