13/05/2025: Beautiful food. A great little place to escape Rome with spectacular views.

12/05/2025: 3 of us tasted meatballs with sauce, oxtail meatballs, coratella, pork shank, sautéed chicory (no starters or first courses). We were advised on a red wine that could accompany everything and the innkeeper was very good at serving us a juicy and drinkable Cesanese. Excellent tiramisu and lovely location. On Saturday evenings, fast service and maximum availability and courtesy of the staff.

17/05/2025: Posto consigliatissimo, Piatti di alto livello, antipasti buonissimi, primo e secondo indimenticabili. È stata una cena unica. Il locale è pulitissimo, personale preparato ed educato. il titolare è unico, simpaticissimo. Se siete a Roma anche per un giorno, vi consiglio di andare a pranzo k a cena assolutamente!

18/05/2025: Scoperto per caso cercando un ristorante vicino a Genzano...UN COLPO DI FORTUNA! davvero un ottimo ristorante in una location affascinante. 2 crudi e malerbe 10 e lode Spaghetto con le vongole e 1inguine agli scampi mitici per chiudere crema brunita alla gensiana Dimenticavo ottima carta dei vini da cui scegliamo un ottimo Alois Lageder. Torneremo presto

03/06/2025: Wow. Beautiful restaurant in a wine cellar from the 17th century. All the staff is extended family. The service is friendly and stellar. We had a sea bass dish that was out of this world. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Go! You will not be disappointed.

We dined here based on his recommendation, and it was hands-down one of the best meals we had during our trip to Rome. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel like old friends. They recommended we let the chef surprise us with their off-menu extravaganza, and we’re so glad we did! From start to finish, each course was a revelation: fresh seafood, handmade pastas, rich, flavorful sauces, and a perfectly paired selection of local wines. Every bite was a celebration of authentic Roman flavors elevated to something truly special. The attention to detail and passion for the craft are unmistakable, and you can tell this is a place where food is treated with love. 17/05/2025: We had a disappointing experience overall. The server (old man) was quite rude and displayed a poor attitude throughout our visit. Despite ordering four dishes, the food was very basic and lacked flavor. Additionally, the staff did not seem welcoming, which added to the negative impression. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this place based on our experience.

14/05/2025: Il ristorante già lo conoscevo per averci festeggiato il mio compleanno qualche anno addietro, io e la mia famiglia ci siamo ritornati bene volentieri e debbo dire che abbiamo fatto benissimo. 12/05/2025: Located in the heart of Fiumicino, L'Osteria dell'Orologio overlooks the canal where local fishing boats dock, offering a suggestive view and a welcoming atmosphere. Chef Marco Claroni, together with sommelier Gerarda Fine, expertly guides this restaurant mentioned in the MICHELIN Guide, offering creative and refined seafood cuisine. During my visit, the dining experience was impeccable. The entrée elegantly introduced the gastronomic journey, while the grilled octopus, tender and tasty, enhanced the freshness of the local catch. All this was accompanied by an excellent champagne, carefully selected from the wine list. The service was attentive and friendly, and the small pastry served with coffee concluded the dinner on a sweet and refined note. The Osteria dell'Orologio stands out for its attention to the quality of its ingredients and its ability to enhance local fish through innovative techniques, such as the artisanal production of bottarga and seafood cured meats. A gastronomic experience that deserves to be lived.

28/04/2025: On Sunday we had lunch in this splendid restaurant overlooking the lake and we can't say enough about it. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by all the staff: the waiters, always smiling and helpful, made us feel at ease straight away. Special praise goes to the owner Marco, a nice and friendly person who manages to convey all the passion for his work. The food was simply excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients and authentic flavors that made the lunch truly special. An honorable mention goes to the homemade cake: exquisite, genuine and perfect for a sweet end to the meal. After lunch we were able to take advantage of the small beach adjacent to the restaurant, a quiet and relaxing corner that made our day even more pleasant. An experience that we recommend to anyone looking for good food, impeccable service and an enchanting location. We will definitely be back!

25/04/2025: Total disappointment: experience to forget. I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. As soon as we sat down, we found ourselves faced with encrusted cutlery and dirty glasses, a detail that alone says a lot about the care and hygiene of the place. But unfortunately it was only the beginning. We ordered dishes with a decidedly high price, expecting at least adequate quality. Instead we found ourselves faced with mediocre, tasteless and poorly presented food, far from what one would expect from a restaurant that offers certain pretensions. The service was quite poor and not very attentive. It's a shame, because the location could have offered a different experience. I have never written negative reviews but this time I think it is necessary. Unfortunately, I will not return and will not recommend.

12/05/2025: Nice place, pretty, veeery busy! We were lucky to go early so we got a table right away but later on I saw queues waiting outside. The guy who served us was super nice! We ordered two mains and a salad but for some reason They brought us the salad and bread and said that they cannot bring the food together for lack of space and they will bring it in 10 mins. To be honest I think there was enough space for everything.. We ate the salad but it took ages to bring us the food and as a result we were full. I asked the girl if the food is coming cause maybe they forgot, she was a bit rude telling me that it takes time to cook it but it had been ages since we ordered it and people around us that ordered 5 mins ago got their food. Anyway finally the food arrived but as I said we were too full to eat it. Luckily when I asked for a take away box they were very cool about it but I made sure not to ask that girl from before. Sooo the food was ok, nothing too special. Salad was nice and liked the bread a lot. The men of the stuff were very nice, the girls not so much.

29/05/2025: A delightful corner hidden behind the large Piazza del Popolo, almost as if it were the backstage of a frenetic Rome. Here, to welcome us, the extraordinary “young ladies” Silvia and Flora: two souls that smell of passion, hospitality and love for quality raw materials. Every day of the week, in this place, has the flavor of a Sunday lunch, regardless of the weather. The welcome with a potato and white truffle soup was the first, tender cuddle that confirmed the feeling of being in the right place, from the first moment. And then the sea bass fillet… a triumph of simplicity executed to perfection. Dear Silvia and Flora, I can't wait to come back and visit you. Thank you so much.

03/05/2025: Frequento questo locale da anni. A mio giudizio una delle pizze gourmet migliori di Roma. Impasto impareggiabile e ingredienti ricercati e di altissima qualità. Alvaro e famiglia gestiscono con grande passione e cortesia questo locale informale da oltre 30 anni puntando tutto sulla qualità e ricercatezza dei loro piatti. In una location più centrale e alla moda sarebbe su qualsiasi guida come un must!!!

19/04/2025: Pizzeria 120 – Sperimentazione senza compromessi. Due pizze, due identità: 1. Giovanna: carciofi croccanti su un letto di impasto fragrante. 2. Fiori di zucca, alici e scorze di limone sapidità equilibrata e acidità brillante. Base comune: impasto con grani antichi monococco, segale e Senatore Cappelli– Álvaro non usa mix casuali, ma studia struttura e digeribilità. Niente fronzoli: ingredienti selezionati (carciofi croccanti al punto giusto, alici che non sovrastano, limone che non aggredisce) e una filosofia chiara: rispetto della materia prima Abbinamento top: War AmenIPA, birra italiana con corpo resinoso e note agrumate che tagliano la grassezza delle alici. Grazie ad Álvaro (non un pizzaiolo, un ricercatore) e a Monia per la scoperta.
