The prices are fair for the effort and quality of the food. Compliments for the apple dessert (one of the best I've ever had). 10/12/2025: If you haven't eaten at this restaurant yet, you're definitely missing out on the most unique and extraordinary place to eat just steps from the Vatican. The food is freshly prepared, the service is top-notch, and they always make you feel welcome. Every time we're in Rome, we make sure to stop here for a meal. A toast to our favorite waiter Diego and chef Leonardo!

08/02/2026: This was really a hidden gem. The staff consists of young people. Maybe what they lack in experience, they overcome with the attitude and nice smile. The food is exactly what you expect from italian restaurant (although this is not the ristorante). Definitelly coming back next time I am in Rome :)

13/03/2026: Cantina Simonetti is a great place in Frascati for those seeking traditional local cuisine, with a few subtle twists that make the dishes interesting without distorting their identity. The atmosphere is informal and pleasant, and the service was courteous and helpful, which always contributes to a more relaxed dinner. Among the dishes I tried, I really enjoyed the coratella, well-prepared and flavorful, a dish that perfectly captures the local tradition. The Ascoli olives stuffed with porchetta were also excellent, a tasty twist on the classic version and decidedly successful. Overall, the food is good, with the cuisine remaining faithful to tradition but with a few original ideas here and there. The only small complaint concerns the cream served at the end of the meal, which was quite alcoholic. Nothing dramatic, but perhaps it would have been helpful to point this out before bringing it to the table so everyone knew what to expect. That said, the experience was still positive: the food is good, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere remains that of a trattoria that showcases local flavors. Passed. A great place for those who want to try traditional Frascati dishes with some interesting twists.

08/03/2026: An excellent experience at this Frascati restaurant, a gem in the historic center. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, attentive, and service was prompt. The food, I'd say, was excellent quality and well-cooked. The Schiaffoni alla Frascatana served in a pot were superb. The price was right.

11/04/2026: 404 Name Not Found is a cool bar in Trastevere, with a pleasant atmosphere and good vibes for an afternoon. We discovered it while walking through the neighborhood's little streets, had a drink and ate some focaccias. The Hugo spritz was wonderful, very refreshing and balanced. The focaccia also surprised us, light, tasty and very well made. A quick stop, but well worth it.

09/04/2026: Great little neighborhood spot with classic Roman trattoria fare. Very friendly staff. Stayed nearby so ate there 3 times over the course of a week's holiday. Kids (and I) loved their pizza but the standouts were the pasta and vegetable dishes.

08/12/2025: The atmosphere was super pleasant and the food was very good. The lasagna I ordered was excellent; they brought bread, and the rosé wine we ordered was very tasty. The limoncello wasn't too sweet and was very good, but the surprising one was the melon limoncello, which was like a meloncello, very delicious. It tasted like a drink we consume in Brazil, but tastier. I highly recommend it for couples, or even for someone alone; the food was great.

08/12/2025: We expected better after reading the reviews. The tomato and mozzarella salad was bland, with cardboard-like lettuce, and the €12 starter was completely overpriced. The main courses were okay, but nothing special; not really the Italian vibe we were looking for. One positive point was the complimentary limoncello at the end.

08/11/2025: If you're a Korean passing by, I highly recommend this place!! I ordered with gestures, and it was delicious, and the price was reasonable. The owner is so kind and cool! And you absolutely have to try the tiramisu. It's much more delicious than it's famous among tourists.
