04/04/2024: New and well equipped rooms. The location is a winner and perfectly in the historic center of Frascati. The owner is very kind, courteous and very helpful. The restaurant is well stocked with good quality dishes.

06/04/2024: The food was too salty, owner didn't speak any English what so ever. 😀 work on learning Italian. Table wasn't cleaned after the previous guests. He brought the glass that wasn't washed, had so many stains on ot. Price wasn't right for the quality and the size of the food either the service. My total for 1 person was 24 Euros and I didn't enjoy it 😞

21/02/2024: Full or entered, the owner with open embers is welcome immediately! Even though it was full, they made a place for us! The food is first class I think! Everything fresh, seafood and meat! The desserts were great! The wine is perfect! Recommend any one come to this wonderful place:- Il Timone!!!

16/01/2024: Excellent wines, excellent quality. I often get supplies from them. My favorites are the Bellone and the Malvasia among the whites and the Solo Shiraz and the Cesanese among the reds. The Roma Doc Rosso Riserva is also exceptional. Highly recommended both for the company and for the very kind staff. Well done. P.s. also tried the newly released rosé sparkling wine. Top

14/01/2024: Il cibo era normale nulla di eccezionale ,ma abbiamo praticamente mangiato con i cappotti per l’aria fredda che arrivava dall’entrata visto che c’era una porta sempre aperta praticamente ci scaldavamo a vicenda abbracciandoci con le persone dei tavoli vicini… il proprietario non ci ha degnato di attenzioni dopo che gli è stato detto ciò ,sapendo forse che avevamo ragione

13/01/2024: Arriviamo alle ore 21.00. il parcheggiatore ci fa segno di andare via, ma noi gli abbiamo spiegato che avevamo prenotato e dovevamo mangiare, così ci lascia parcheggiare. Entriamo, ordiniamo dopo 20 minuti e riusciamo a mangiare 2 bruschette e un supplì alle 22!!! Alle 22.45 ci siamo alzati per andarcene perche avevamo fame e le pizze ancora non arrivavano. In cassa ci hanno fatto riaccomodare dicendo che le pizze stavano arrivando e in effetti sono arrivate subito dopo, ma non si può aspettare quasi 2 ore per mettere qualcosa nello stomaco!
