You arrive and find yourself catapulted into another era... it's like eating in a cave.
welcoming, intimate,...music in the background....a nice glass of wine.....and you feel at peace with the world.
Excellent staff, captivating and engaging....they make you feel at home....excellent food....the kebabs are super!!!!!

30/03/2024: The only good thing about the restaurant is the view. The food is terrible. They gave us two burnt entrecôte. The soft paste, with a bad oil flavour. The worst coffee I have ever drunk in Italy. If you come to eat, be aware that during the day they don't make pizza or focaccia. The menu is limited and there is no variety. In short, we don't plan on returning and we absolutely don't recommend it.

There's no point in talking too much, the positive reviews that attracted me are truly inexplicable. If you want sincere advice AVOID.
Very salty, raw and oil-soaked French fries.
Horror strips of veal. The water arrived first.
I clearly heard the waiters clarify not to bring the menu but to limit themselves to a small page with a couple of first courses, the so-called menu of the day.
As if that wasn't enough, the table next to us sent back a first course.
The worst €50 spent in my life

02/03/2024: Locale situato ai bordi del centro storico, su una via di passaggio, ottimo per chi dopo aver visitato la città necessità di un posto caratteristico, centrale ma lontano dall'affollamento.
Abbiamo mangiato esclusivamente carne. Ottimi lo stinco. Prima abbiamo preso degli antipastini misti deliziosi.
12/12/2023: Posti carino, sia fuori che dentro. Menù molto vasto, un tempo facevano il sushi di giovedì, non so se lo fanno ancora ma era veramente buono! Del resto, primi piatti e secondi, antipasti e dolci sono veramente buoni, anche i panini!

13/01/2024: L'ambiente esterno molto particolare, elegante, sotto il fresco di alberi. Spazio però sfruttato al massimo, tavoli molto vicini.
Personale presente, gentile, ma un po' in confusione (forse per la presenza dei tanti commensali all'interno, per due pranzi con grandi tavolate.
Menù non tradizionale, con buoni accoppiamenti.
Abbiamo preso due primi, buona la qualità e impiattamento.
Prezzi leggermente più alti della media.
10/10/2023: Pietanze veramente molto buone. Gli spaghetti bianco e neri sono gustosissimi, come pure il cacio e pepe al tartufo (abbondante). Antipasti sfiziosi. tutto ok. Forse i prezzi sono un pelino altini, ma d'altronde si mangia bene.

28/01/2024: A cena in due dopo una giornata relax alle terme vicino al ristorante.
Locale curato e caratteristico, Pinsa molto buona, Tonnarello cacio e pepe e Fettuccine al Ragù buone e abbondanti.
Tagliata di manzo tenera e cotta come da nostra richiesta, non avrei messo solo il letto di patate al forno che si ammorbidiscono con i succhi della carne, però ho visto che è stato servito a tutti così.
Personale attento e disponibile.
Consigliato anche per pranzi veloci o cene di lavoro.
01/10/2023: Abbiamo festeggiato i 18 anni di mia figlia. Tutto rigorosamente perfetto ed attentissimi nei dettagli. Cibo ottimo! Ci tornerei sicuramente

21/02/2024: Consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che si recano a Tivoli di fare una sosta in questo ristorante. L'accoglienza è accorta e familiare! Il cibo poi è davvero una carezza. Una sinfonia di sapori e di fragranze che lasciano un piacevole ricordo!!!
