"Molto" Restaurant – Rome: Elegance, Tradition, and Quality in Parioli In the heart of Parioli, Molto Restaurant is an elegant and well-organized establishment, combining comfort, quality, and well-executed cuisine. The space is spacious, very clean, and tastefully furnished, with the added bonus of a beautiful outdoor terrace that makes the place even more pleasant, especially on Roman evenings. Service is provided by professional and discreet staff. A special mention goes to Fabrizio, a dedicated, knowledgeable, and efficient waiter, capable of attending to guests with restraint and attention, while maintaining a simple style and avoiding unnecessary words. The menu is quite extensive and also offers several traditional Roman dishes, prepared with balance and respect for the recipes. We started with: * Raw meagre with extra virgin olive oil, lime, and chili pepper, fresh and delicate * Chianina tartare with mustard and hazelnuts, well-crafted and pleasing in its contrasts For the first course, we chose two great Roman classics: * Rigatoni "Cocco" all'amatriciana with Cinta Senese bacon and pecorino di fossa * Gragnano mezze maniche carbonara with crispy Cinta Senese bacon and organic egg Both dishes were well-executed, flavorful yet balanced, with evidently high-quality ingredients. To finish, a slightly warm zabaglione, recommended by the staff and particularly appreciated for its delicacy and flavor. The portions are adequate and consistent with the quality of the offerings, while the quality of the ingredients is clearly evident in every course. An excellent restaurant in Rome's elegant Parioli neighborhood. As soon as you arrive, you realize everything is right: you're greeted courteously, and the owner, Mr. Bassetti, is elegant. The restaurant is beautiful and refinedly elegant. The cuisine is excellent, a wonderful blend of Roman tradition and modern innovation. The rotisserie main courses and zabaglione for dessert are unmissable. Excellent wine list. Very professional, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff, including Tommaso. Excellent value.
