26/08/2025: I've been away for a few years, but despite the passing of time, the certainties remain the same. Chef Barbieri remains an artist like few others, innovative but never excessive. He doesn't stop at presentation alone, but his dishes always manage to achieve an unexpected depth of flavor, with never-trivial pairings. The restaurant is very elegant and discreet, where you can fully immerse yourself in this experience. I believe this is a local heritage worth safeguarding through passion, expertise, and humility. 08/10/2025: We were there with our motorhome. The washroom is clean, and the shower is hot and there's no limit. You should know your vehicle, as the access is a bit cramped. But it wasn't a problem with our 7-meter motorhome. Everyone is very friendly, and the groundskeeper speaks good German. The food in the restaurant is good. We would come again.

13/10/2025: Excellent Sunday lunch, helped by the weather, still outdoors. The menu was excellent, making it difficult to choose. The wine cellar is varied and well-stocked. The courtesy and friendliness of the staff was an added bonus. I will definitely be back.

Dishes are meticulously prepared, with fresh ingredients and perfect pairings. A place we absolutely recommend and will gladly return to.

13/10/2025: OMG — what a find! We were exploring Piacenza and got hungry, so we stopped at another restaurant that turned us away for not having a reservation. As fate would have it, we stumbled upon Osteria Carducci — and it was heavenly! The moment we walked in, we noticed the elegant touch of linen-covered tables and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. And the food… absolutely divine! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared — truly the best meal we’ve had in Piacenza. Perfetto! We can’t wait to come back again.

15/10/2025: I went there for lunch with my friend Oscar, a great two-stroke racing engine designer. It's in the hills surrounding Longiano, with an incredible view of the sea. You can practically see the entire Romagna coast. The osteria is traditional; perhaps the decor could use a refresh, or maybe not; it's beautiful as it is because it smells of history. The menu is typical Romagna; we tried the cockerel alla diavola and the rabbit with tomato sauce, accompanied by battered fried vegetables and fresh grilled porcini mushrooms. For dessert, the mascarpone was followed by two coffees. Everything was delicious!!! The menu is full of traditional appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, and it makes you want to come back. We spent €60, and it's a place I'll definitely return to.

11/10/2025: Fantastic place. One thing is the food there which is top notch in taste and quality. Another is the atmosphere at the restaurant which is absolutely first class. The service is also top notch and you really have to make your way here if you are in those parts of Italy. But make sure to book a table well in advance, because people want to eat here, and they want to eat well. I will go here again if I come to Modena again.

05/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant many years ago and have been delighted to return. The food is very tasty, moderately spicy, and the portions are truly generous. We had meat skewers, pomegranate chicken, and an appetizer of potato and olive frittatas with pomegranate juice and walnuts. Wine is available, unlike other Middle Eastern restaurants. Everything was really good, although my dish had a sweetish aftertaste, perhaps from the pomegranate, which I didn't fully appreciate.

09/10/2025: Wandering around Ferrara's city center, we found this excellent Osteria. We chose a platter of various cured meats and a pumpkin flan, followed by bread and slices of warm piadina. Sweet and delicate pumpkin cappellacci. Attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The location is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail: well-spaced tables ensure privacy, a refined atmosphere with soft lighting and background music that accompanies without disturbing. As soon as we sat down, we felt welcomed right at home: the staff was impeccable and friendly, immediately offering us a welcome aperitif and passionately explaining both the menu and the off-the-menu options, all based on quality, local ingredients. The pumpkin meatballs with warm Gorgonzola cream were unforgettable, a true pleasure for the palate! The service was punctual and attentive, with the maître d' expertly recommending an excellent local wine, the perfect pairing for the dishes. The portions were generous, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Our only regret? Not leaving room for dessert... but that will be the perfect reason to return soon and complete the experience!
