Il tour della porduzione bellissimo, ci ha accompagnato il sig.re Lorenzo, bravissima guida, simpatico e ci ha trasmetto tutta la passione e l amore nei confronti del loro lavoro! Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. Il pranzo eccezzionale, cibo ottimo. Super consigliato!

05/02/2025: We visited Hosteria Bertinelli for a guided tour of the dairy and a tasting. Very interesting experience...our guide Lorenzo was thorough and helpful. Excellent tasting.

06/04/2025: Excellent family run restaurant. Intimate atmosphere and trattoria-style furnishings, with small wooden tables. Dishes with generous portions and of excellent quality (really good homemade pasta tagliatelle with venison sauce, which my wife and I shared). Then we had a grilled steak (tender and tasty, with wasabi mayonnaise) and a vegetarian dish, with vegetables, melted cheese and polenta. Everything excellent. Coffee, water and 1/2 red wine. Very reasonable price, given the quality and quantity of the portions. Too bad it's closed on Sundays (even the best rest every now and then), otherwise we would have returned today too. Highly recommended. Another piece of advice: make a reservation, because it would be sad to miss a dinner here.

Exceptional food, spectacular cappellacci and pumpkin flan and the coffee, very good, which is also accompanied by a biscuit, very welcome

17/03/2025: First time at Selmi 22 everything perfect. Small place, cared for in its simplicity. Young staff, highly appreciated, divine raw fish.

16/03/2025: First time in Modena and due to a rainy evening had to pick a near-by restaurant to walk to. We were really lucky as the food was amazing as well as the service with a quirky surprise at the end of the meal. Really made our day!

20/03/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant with a group of friends. Very very good cuisine. We ate gnocco and tigelle as a starter. As first courses, gramigna and tortellini with balsamic vinegar and tagliatelle with meat sauce. as second courses, pork, cutlet and another and baked potatoes., and drank an excellent Lambrusco Charli and another bottle of grape. Prices are more than fair for quantity and quality and where the restaurant is located, i.e. in the center of Modena. Precise and informal but professional service. I recommend it if you love traditional cuisine

26/03/2025: What to say. We spend over 200Euro for 3 nights there. It was just near our hotel. We did not wanted to travel to have a dinner. Pizza was ok... but NOT WOW". Just regular pizza you can eat. Thin but not crispy. Staff was kind first 3 days while we eated and payed the bills. Last knight we ordered one "tagliata di manzo" and one "Entracote grilled". And the drama started... Tagliata was OK, but the Entracote... the meat was terrible. Taste nad smell was not OK. The staff was kind and take it back. But returned the same meat more grilled and over kooked. At the mean time, second dish - tagliata get cold. We returned again as the overkooking do not change the bad taste of the meat. They took it again and after another several minutes of waiting we received another Entracoke, but with different thickness of the meat and this time heavy overcooked. Only a very small part of the meat were it was thicker was medium to welldone, all the rest was heavy welldone. When we told them that we ordered the steak "meduim", they started to ensure us that we have received it like this. It was not unfortunately. So we did not eated this one as it was not good cooked. We even did not taste the meat, it was brown inside. We requested to change the meal, as obvuously the steak was not possible to eat. ANd as the first Tagliata was OK, we just asked the same dish one more time. Another minutes of wating. Finaly second tagliata come. Well coocked, but obviously made from the same piece of meat which they made the first entracote. The meat was with the same bad taste as the first entracote. So we did not eat this either. We shared and eated only the first Tagliata and stay a bit hungry. At the end we received a bill with two tagliatas, italian cuperto included and 8 euro overcharge. "When we asked what is this?" was explained that the steacks were perfect but we returned them :) Anyway, we are disapointed from this place, but wish them success and to check they meet before serve it to the clients. Good luck! P.S. We were disapointed, but not frustrated. Actually we have no plans to post a bad review, and that's why we did not took a pictures, but the lady owner at the cashier, changed my mind, when charge us over the bill because of their mistakes.

23/03/2025: Found by chance during a business trip with my son. Interesting location in Riccione a few steps from the sea. The fish is fresh and well prepared. The flavors alternate in the various dishes we consumed, making us satisfied and full of a product that we would like to be able to taste more often. A mixed appetizer, the Mezzemaniche all'Astice and a plate of Tagliatelle allo scoglio. Wonderful. A happy discovery in Riccione that I can certainly count among my favorites and recommend to all my readers. I must say that the quality-price ratio is also balanced, thus giving added value to everything. The staff at the tables is kind and fast. And so I get back on the road, always in search of the food and wine excellences of our beautiful country. See you soon.

22/03/2025: Really everything good. Excellent service: kind, professional and fast enough. But the food is the strong point. We ate some delicious golden calamari in cream of potatoes, fried leek and pecorino. Really good. Also excellent were the spaghetti turmeric garlic oil chili pepper cacio pepe with chopped shrimp. The busiata trapanese was sublime. Generous portions. Excellent price in relation to the quality of the food.

29/03/2025: The food was OK. Fish should be cleaned of scales thoroughly. Tiramisu tad too sweet. Friendly staff with v. limited English, though. Enjoyed the wine suggested by the waiter.

28/03/2025: Locale in centro a Rimini,arredamento particolare,ma carino.proprietario e personale gentilissimi.pesce super fresco cucinato in modo semplice,ma capace di esaltarne la qualità. Porzioni abbondanti.

03/03/2025: Iniziativa davvero riuscita. Siamo capitati per caso la sera e ci siamo accomodati per mangiare la pizza. Tre pizze diverse e buonissime entrambe. Buone e digeribilissime. Ingredienti davvero di ottima qualità (un plausoal crudo messo sulla pizza a fine cottura). Gentilissimi e prezzo davvero buono

25/01/2025: Training restaurants where boys and girls (often very shy) learn a job in the field, from managing the work in the kitchen to the room where excellent dishes are served, including very good pizza. Congratulations especially to the teachers who make this not easy but beautiful initiative possible.
