08/06/2026: An exceptional experience. The restaurant immediately immerses you in an intimate, family atmosphere where elegance and great hospitality are paramount. First, we were greeted with a welcome entrée: tomato and prawn gazpacho. Then we ordered a cold mixed antipasto, which proved to be more of a culinary journey than an appetizer: everything was exceptional, and the pepper-smoked salmon was sublime. Next, we ordered a mixed grill and mixed fried seafood... What can I say, the photos speak for themselves. Afterwards, we ordered dessert (the zabaglione gelato was excellent), and to round off the meal, we were treated to biscotti and fried eggs, a panna cotta with peach coulis. We were truly satisfied with both the food and the service. The value for money was more than excellent.

All framed by the authentic Romagna hospitality that will make your meal a pleasure. Highly recommended is the spaghetti with cacio e pepe, prawns, and lime. Its unique and fresh flavor. Recommended for a delicious seafood meal!

06/05/2026: Visited for a wedding reception. It's certainly a curious place of considerable historical interest. Home to the monks whose hydraulic works reclaimed the surrounding land and made farming possible for centuries. It's also home to the accordion museum.

05/05/2026: We ended up here by chance. We didn't expect much more from it than a place to sleep and have breakfast during our trip to Tuscany. But what a lovely place. The village is nice. The surroundings aren't particularly special, but the hotel is top-notch. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: The terrace is in a strategic position, perfect for sunsets. The presentation of the dishes is excellent, but the taste is a shame... the tuna carpaccio was awful, and there was even a bone in it. The same goes for the turbot: it was rubbery and tasteless, and unfortunately, while chewing, I also found hard parts, like bones or shell parts. I'm not sure what they were. I just know I'm going to crack a tooth. I also tried my friends' octopus, but it was also rubbery and tasteless. That said, it's a shame because it has enormous potential and the presentation of the dishes was very appealing.

30/05/2026: I booked a birthday dinner, specifying my fish allergy several times, both over the phone and via text messages. Before the dinner, we asked, both by text message and in person, if it would be possible to have a meat menu for me and a fish menu for my boyfriend. The response was categorically negative. For this reason, we expected an entirely meat-based menu and, above all, special attention to avoiding serving dishes containing fish. Unfortunately, some fish dishes were brought to the table with the appetizers without being clearly identified. Considering my allergy, this is a very serious oversight. Furthermore, the waitress was convinced that one of the appetizer items was meat, when in fact it was fish. The food overall was good and the desserts excellent, but the service and customer care left much to be desired. The staff was often rude and annoyed even when faced with simple requests, such as a birthday candle, despite having been informed in advance that it was a birthday dinner.

12/06/2026: The restaurant isn't bad, but the excessive use of frozen foods makes many dishes unpleasant. The seafood gnocchi, for example, have a sweetish, very disappointing taste. The calamari on the skewers are good, but the shrimp are frozen and lack flavor. The use of frozen foods may be mentioned, but that doesn't mean the dish has to be ruined, especially considering the rather high price.

13/06/2026: We ate outside, the food was good, the service was fast, and the price was good. After paying, they offered us a fantastic cinnamon grappa. The only thing I didn't like was the two desserts we had, both were nauseating; they were just sugar and honey. I'd go back...but no sweets.

13/06/2026: We went to Inkiostro for my birthday. It was a superb experience, with incredibly tasty dishes, a refined atmosphere, and impeccable service from start to finish.

16/05/2026: We really enjoyed our experience and the 6-course dinner at Inkiostro. The food was excellent, the staff attentive and professional. We had come without any particular expectation and found the whole experience absolutely worth the money. The surprise for desert was unexpected and very enjoyable. Absolutely recommended!

11/05/2026: I returned to this restaurant in the center of Ferrara on Friday, May 8th, and once again found quality food and impeccable service. From appetizers to dessert, everything was perfect! Congratulations!

17/05/2026: Entering this restaurant is almost like a journey through twenty thousand leagues under the sea. Expectations are high, the staff and kitchen are welcoming, and the menu piques our curiosity. The oysters and raw shrimp are excellent. The eel risotto is delicious and well-crafted. The sturgeon dish disappointed me; the brioche was soaked in butter, and the sturgeon was a bit spicy (not inedible, but enough to annoy those who don't like spicy food), which should be noted on the menu. The iconic spaghetti is a dish made with excellent ingredients, and the spaghetti is well-cooked, but the sauce was soupy and washed out. The cheesecake is good, and the bergamot sorbet is excellent. In the small pastry shop, the caramelized popcorn has unexploded kernels, making it difficult to chew. The cuisine is still maturing, and the dining room is a bit unripe. In conclusion, a bit of a disappointment.
