03/03/2026: I met up with friends for an aperitif. The wine list is excellent. I've been here several times for dinner, with a meat and fish menu. The young staff is helpful. I highly recommend coming for both an aperitif and dinner.

02/03/2026: I discovered this place through a Wonderbox I was given. A very beautiful, unusual structure, considering it's an abbey. Attentive service, very kind and helpful staff. It was a wonderful discovery, we'll be happy to return. The rooms are quiet and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade tarts. Everything was wonderful... thank you 🤩🤩🤩

04/11/2025: The Manager was fantastic. Our kids are 3y and 1y old and we were there quite late at around 7pm. He was very patient.
He brought some colour pens and papers for the kids to keep them happy and made space on our table for some of our toys. We ordered our food and he said they will prepare the food for the kids first and once they are ready, they will start with ours so that we have some time to feed pur kids first. That was not only nice but also very caring.
The food quality was very good, the portions were great and filled us pretty well and also the desert was absolutely awesome. Normally people want to sell as much as possible but the manager was different. When we ordered desert, he recommended to order one first because it might be too much and once we think we can make the second it won‘t take long.
Bur also all other staff was vedy friendly and helpful. I don‘t know many places where people are so passionate in their job.
Absolutely recommendable.

09/12/2025: The food is excellent, with very high quality and a refined, carefully prepared cuisine that's not overdone. There are 12-13 seats and reservations are required. I should add that it's quite difficult to book on weekends, even months in advance. It's much easier on weekdays.

14/03/2026: Five stars because six isn't enough. One of the few restaurants in Parma where it was truly an all-round pleasure. The setting is meticulously curated, the table setting elegant but not overbearing, the wait staff very efficient, discreet yet on-point and competent! The quality of the food is top-notch, as is that of the ingredients. The cheese tasting was a mystical experience, and the boiled meats were excellent. My partner ordered spalla crudo (a pork shoulder that melted in the mouth), a risotto with a superb creaminess and perfectly cooked. The friendliness and warmth of the owner, who chatted with us during dinner, her expertise, and her evident passion for her work, further enhanced the evening. I didn't pay, but I'm certain that whatever the bill was, it was money well spent!!! I hope to return soon.

The service is provided by young but highly skilled staff.
The location is impeccably maintained. The guided tour of their cured meats curing facility is fantastic.

08/02/2026: Beautiful place, very welcoming and patient staff...sometimes it takes a lot of patience. Very good dishes and a varied and original selection. The only drawback is a bit too much eucalyptus scent (?)...but that goes away.

18/02/2026: For many years, it's been a go-to place for modern macrobiotic cuisine with a wide selection of vegan options. I've stopped here many times for lunch, preferring the one-pot meal, which is always perfectly balanced. The food is also very varied; I don't think I've ever eaten the same thing. It's a quiet place, even when busy. It's always best to book a table. Colleagues who eat omnivores have told me the tortellini are exceptional; it's worth a visit.
[Addition: I apologize for the mistake; I called their stuffed pasta "tortellini," which obviously isn't meat-based... we non-Bolognese tend to call all tortellino-shaped pasta that, but obviously they're vegetarian here!]

There were 10 of us, and we enjoyed five courses together. Italian seafood cuisine with soul, of the finest quality and with meticulous attention to detail. Thank you!!!
21/02/2026: Well, this is one of the things I love most. The things that give meaning to a 1000km day trip 😂
I leave before dawn for Ancona, where I meet Paolo for the agreed-upon meeting and (immediately) ask him for a recommendation for a place to have lunch in a couple of hours on the way home.
He suggests Rimini randomly, because wherever you fall, you fall, you land on your feet. But he suggests this place anyway.
I go, find it easily, and immediately find parking a few meters away (perhaps beginner's luck). I take the opportunity to stroll on the beach and then approach the restaurant.
Nice outdoor area with a few tables, recently renovated inside (without overdoing it - these are the places I like) with tables on two levels and very friendly staff.
But let's get to the point... honestly, it's not an easy choice, but after a moment to study the menu, I decide to stick with the classics and order a chitarra allo scoglio (a type of seafood guitar) and a mixed fried fish.
The pasta is fabulous. Cooked to perfection and seasoned even better! With the sauce alone, you could easily serve a soup. Very rich and varied. And it's been a long time since I've had sea asparagus.
In the end, I couldn't help but mop up the entire dish with that magnificent piada wedges they brought me instead of bread.
And to follow, a great mixed fried fish, and if the seafood raised my expectations, the fried fish only confirmed them.
All washed down with a glass of Rebola Bianco still grape Pignoletto, excellent as everything else.
To finish, coffee and cubes of homemade tart, kindly offered as a treat with the coffee. And guess what...? Fabulous!!! 😂😂😂
When I leave, the place is packed, so it went well for me, but next time I come I'll definitely make a reservation.
Bottom line:
Recommended for the quality, the welcome, and the quantity... But tonight, broth 😂!!

04/03/2026: Beautiful experience... Refined but not affected service, very beautiful decor for my taste and food at times touching for the goodness of the preparations and combinations.
19/02/2026: I went with my partner for my birthday dinner, and it was excellent.
The staff are young but very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease, unlike other Michelin-starred restaurants where the service has been too cold.
We chose the six-course Ikigay menu, where Salvatore and his staff took us on a journey into the metaverse.

08/02/2026: We're finally here! After four years of fantasizing about the magnificence of the place, I can confirm that the 300 km round trip from Brescia to Modena was truly worth it.
The owner was extremely kind and helpful, the atmosphere was truly pleasant, and the food was superb!
Top marks.
One small flaw, perhaps, was the speed of service, but this was justified by the fact that the place was packed and there were only two staff, excluding the kitchen staff.
The dishes were truly flavorful and delicious.
The prices reflect the quality.
