I just know I'm going to crack a tooth. I also tried my friends' octopus, but it was also rubbery and tasteless. That said, it's a shame because it has enormous potential and the presentation of the dishes was very appealing.

30/05/2026: I booked a birthday dinner, specifying my fish allergy several times, both over the phone and via text messages. Before the dinner, we asked, both by text message and in person, if it would be possible to have a meat menu for me and a fish menu for my boyfriend. The response was categorically negative. For this reason, we expected an entirely meat-based menu and, above all, special attention to avoiding serving dishes containing fish. Unfortunately, some fish dishes were brought to the table with the appetizers without being clearly identified. Considering my allergy, this is a very serious oversight. Furthermore, the waitress was convinced that one of the appetizer items was meat, when in fact it was fish. The food overall was good and the desserts excellent, but the service and customer care left much to be desired. The staff was often rude and annoyed even when faced with simple requests, such as a birthday candle, despite having been informed in advance that it was a birthday dinner.

28/06/2026: The dishes weighed about 20 grams each, excluding the fried food, in a place whose name alone would seem to promise to satisfy a huge hunger. Instead, the dishes were unusual, unsatisfying, and often more focused on appearance than substance. Too much emphasis on the plating and not enough on the content: mediocre dishes, certainly not trattoria-style, but not even a premium restaurant. I tried to find some positives, especially since some at the table found it passable, but personally, I found too many flaws overall. The bread was good, as was the oil. But what about the rest? The dishes were served on enormous plates à la Checco Zalone: ​​"delicious" fish that tasted like tuna in a jar, special sauces "marinated for a year" that ultimately proved nothing special, and fried food comparable to that of a festival, with the fried food completely covering the flavor of the rest. Furthermore, I found fish that was uncleaned and full of bones, which I couldn't even stomach. No one, however, was concerned that a ball of practically regurgitated food remained on my plate. Luckily, there was "wild salad" to degrease the food... Even the dessert fell short of expectations: a 10-piece plating, premium ceramics, and designer cutlery, but the flavor didn't live up to the appearance. The music was too loud: at times, I couldn't hear the waiter, and I had to raise my voice to speak to others, even though we were sitting at a far table. The waiters also didn't seem very knowledgeable about explaining the menu: they could read what was already written, without adding much else. It's certainly a matter of subjective taste, but this was my personal experience: too much form, too little substance, and disappointed expectations.

First, we were greeted with a welcome entrée: tomato and prawn gazpacho. Then we ordered a cold mixed antipasto, which proved to be more of a culinary journey than an appetizer: everything was exceptional, and the pepper-smoked salmon was sublime. Next, we ordered a mixed grill and mixed fried seafood... What can I say, the photos speak for themselves. Afterwards, we ordered dessert (the zabaglione gelato was excellent), and to round off the meal, we were treated to biscotti and fried eggs, a panna cotta with peach coulis. We were truly satisfied with both the food and the service. The value for money was more than excellent.

28/07/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There were two adults and two children in our party. This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel receptionist. To be honest, we probably never would have gone there on our own… and yet, what a wonderful surprise! The Sicilian-style octopus salad is without a doubt one of the best I've ever eaten, if not the best. Everything was impeccably fresh. Whether it was our son's lasagna, the strozzapreti, or the fish-filled ravioli, every dish was a true delight. You'll find the real flavors of Italy here, with authentic, generous, and perfectly executed cuisine. Even the espresso surprised us: rarely has a coffee impressed us so much with the richness of its aromas. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend!

There are very few restaurants with air conditioning. The first time we went there, we had fish. It was delicious, but the food came a little late. We also paid an extra €2.50 per person. When I asked why, they said it was for the table, forks, knives, and napkins. I guess this is how they call the service charge in Italy. :) Another day, we only wanted to have dessert and coffee. However, the waitress told us that it was a restaurant and that we had to order food. Then they talked to the owner and said they would make an exception this time. The desserts were delicious, but honestly, I did not like this attitude. It made us feel a little uncomfortable and took away from our enjoyment.
