Impeccable restaurant and service, hosted within the innovative i suite hotel. We chose the "Creative" tasting menu, full of unusual flavors and attention to detail. Unique dishes, the result of meticulous research by Chef Daniele Succi and designed to create a crescendo path that culminates with a dessert that is a 'crush' of norms and facts. The dish that won me over is the fermented amberjack: unmissable. I already knew the chef's cuisine and his delights, this was yet another confirmation of his art and experience.

Went for a show-cooking event in the garden of the I-Suite Hotel.
Entertained by live music, fire-eaters and jugglers, we had the opportunity to taste 9 different dishes cocked to order right in front of us.
The live- (or show- as we Italians like to call it) cooking was organized in four islands (starters, first, second course and sweets) were you just had to present yourself.
All recipes, a mix of fish, meat and vegetables, were perfectly prepared.
I attach a few photos.
Quality wine was served on demand (we opted for some Valdobbiadene bobbles) and the bill was an excellent 55€ all included that, for the quality of food, service, ambiance and entertainment is to be considered more that adequate.
Highly recommend, one of the few quality restaurants left in Rimini.

I started with some tortellacci with stracchino, and then continued with a veal fillet and white polenta. It's a shame that I arrived not very hungry because I would have had an encore of a second course and also dessert, but that was all there was to it. The cuisine is very refined and refined, the chef certainly knows what it means to cook at a high level. Really very good flavours, perhaps the portions are a little small but in Rimini it is very rare to find such a high quality restaurant. The location is also very nice, modern. 100% recommended 100% I will be back!

Excellent experience, particular 70s disco style venue. Creative cuisine, good combinations, attentive and professional service. The wine list is concentrated with options by the glass at honest prices. A tasting menu is recommended.

Mi hanno regalato un ingresso in spa con massaggio e cena nel ristorante. Tutto superlativo! Ambiente moderno e curato in ogni dettaglio, personale molto gentile e simpatico.
La cena è stata la ciliegina sulla torta: piatti di alto livello, materie prime eccellenti, servizio al tavolo impeccabile, sopra le aspettative. La location è vicina al mare e per la cena si ha una vista sulla piscina esterna veramente bellissima. Super!
