The dishes were excellent, from starters to desserts.
A little mouth-watering octopus ragù. The service is attentive and always discreet. Known labels in line with the quality of the dishes.
Truly a pleasant experience. Excellent value for money
07/05/2025: A riot of flavors, a place that deserves, excellent cuisine with refined raw materials. Elegant environment, courteous staff and exceptional host in narrating his menu. Dishes focused on the Maremma tradition. You can eat both meat and fish simple but perfect dishes. The desserts are difficult to choose here too. A perfect place, it will certainly remain in the memories of our holiday.

07/06/2025: We ate terribly. The portions were abundant and not of high quality. The seafood rice smelled bad and the rice was half cooked. The salmon was dry and sour, the butter was not spreadable. The price was too high for the quality offered. The table was set with 2 knives. Poor service.

22/06/2025: The service was amazing, but the food made me and my girlfriend terribly ill.
We had not seen each other for four weeks, and this was the first and only meal that we both had in common, and both of us had terrible food poison straight after the meal. This is not how you want to start off your vacation.

11/06/2025: I’ve been here for just over a month, and among all the seafood restaurants I’ve visited, this one was the best. I came here first with my colleagues and then again with my family. The second time was slightly less satisfying—maybe because I couldn’t quite remember what I had ordered the first time—but it was still a great experience.
I’ll definitely come back again if I get the chance.

18/06/2025: It was an unforgettable experience at Castello Beviracqua. The castle were maintained in good condition, clean, and staffs were very friendly and the hotel. We definitely will go back again.

The museum is a little too diverse for my taste.
There are beautiful spaces around the castle.
Our Border Collie was very well received.
In short, a memory we won't soon forget.

19/06/2025: We came here on our honeymoon for a dinner off the beaten path. My partner had the cut beef Ragu which was excellent, and I had the beef alla Veneziana. A bottle of local soave was an excellent recommendation. Probably one of the best meals we had whilst in Italy - well worth making a trip for if you are in Venice. Eating outside gives you the opportunity to look out over a peaceful small canal.

13/06/2025: We came here almost by chance, in mid-September 2024, around 2 pm, and they were still open.
Very elegant place, the welcome was wonderful from the moment we set foot inside, the managers were really kind and polite.
Truly spectacular 4 cheese pizza, both in taste and in dough, and we were also offered a dessert at the end.
We really had a great time and we recommend it, if we find ourselves in these parts again, we will definitely stop here again!

22/05/2025: Halte sympathique sur la terrasse de ce restaurant à l entrée du village "martyr" de Bussana ... bonne viande, saucisse idem.. accompagnées de grosses patates au four... desserts du jour et pichet de vin pour compléter un repas agréable en famille, malgré un vent violent sous un ciel bleu voilé...
07/05/2025: Innamorata degli arrosticini e della patata al cartoccio! Da non perdere anche la panissa e i dolci fatti in casa!
