11/08/2024: Local with splendid location directly under the Odescalchi Castle on the square. The restaurant is welcoming and modern as is its menu. I was not satisfied with the dishes and their execution. I didn't like the octopus with ketchup at all, nor did I like the tagliolini with squid ink, little seafood flavor and too strong acidity tones. The menu is decent and the composition of the dishes is excellent but lacks substance and combination of flavors to be reviewed. 😉
30/07/2024: Typical restaurant, overlooking the Odescalchi castle. Soft and relaxing atmosphere, refined, sophisticated and tasty dishes. Traditional menu too revisited for my tastes.
Excellent price quality.

16/07/2024: Siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo mangiato molto bene in un ambiente allegro. Sembrava di stare in Sicilia, lontano dalla Sicilia, soprattutto con l'antipasto palermitano e la pasta con le sarde, il cannolo riempito sul momento e il buon vino da una carta con vini piemontesi e siciliani. Non abbiamo mangiato la pizza, ma la focaccia bianca aveva una pasta veramente squisita. Personale molto accogliente e simpatico.

Premura da parte deel responsabile nel farci accomodare la cagnolina su una sedia,cosa non sempre scontata. Ci torneremo sicuramente

17/08/2024: A fantastic welcome, and delicious food (their dish of the day, fig pasta, was to die for). We had a great time. We particularly appreciated the little touches for the children (7 & 10 years old, who were treated like little princes).

15/08/2024: Excellent trattoria in the historic center a stone's throw from the Duomo. Well-kept place with typical Piacenza dishes. Wide choice, assortment of DOP cured meats with giardiniera and fried gnocco, highly recommended is the risotto with culatello flakes, gutturnio and almonds / pear and gorgonzola ravioli with walnuts, accompanied by a good Gutturnio Luretta wine. Friendly staff, excellent service, reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

03/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, with generous portions. Friendly staff and nice place. I ate the gnocchi with ragù and Castelmagno and the tiramisu, very good, and my companions the spaghetti carbonara and those with seafood, all delicious.

22/08/2024: Scoperto per caso nel tragitto da Livorno a Bologna. Tutto ottimo: antipasto di pesce e spaghetti allo scoglio superlativi con pesce freschissimo. Per I bimbi hanno fatto un'ottima cotoletta con patate (su richiesta e anche se non era nel menù). Accoglienza e servizio calorosi. Un posto dove tornare!

07/08/2024: Nice food. For the first time in my life, there was more fruit than pasta in spaghetti with seafood. It was really tasty. Additionally, there was arugula pizza. She was OK too. Great service. It's obvious they care. I have some comments about live music, it is too loud and fake. Overall, of course, I highly recommend it
03/08/2024: They wanted our main course to come too quickly. We asked to wait. The waiter responded curtly and she gave her ugly looks. That's not a relaxing meal. My pasta was ok...no more, no less.

15/08/2024: Typical home cooking with a nice flavor... some dishes perhaps a little too much (a little less oil... personal taste).
Homemade desserts, amazing strudel.
Very affordable prices (3 waters, 1 cheese starter, 3 first courses, 3 second courses, 1 dessert, approximately €70).
Regarding the portions, I personally would have preferred a little more generous (also because everything was very good 😆).
Friendly service. Super recommended place.

15/08/2024: The owner is young but very experienced, an excellent cook and host. The food is of excellent quality and very plentiful. You will find innovative dishes but upon request he will also prepare traditional dishes. The prices are fair and adequate for the quality of the products. I recommend him and invite you to trust him because you won't regret it. I am very satisfied and will definitely return.

21/08/2024: OmG if it's yummy there!!!! In convenient car distance to several "can't miss locations" (Assisi, Citta' Della Pieve, Castiglion del Lago, Perugia, etc), rooms are honest, spacious, ACed and not that expensive!

We were passing through Dronero and by chance we stopped here, we ate LEGENDARY castelmagno gnocchi, excellent and exquisitely prepared grilled vegetables and a platter of cheeses, each better than the other. We had a great time! Their house wine is excellent, you can understand the care taken in choosing their products. Highly recommended!
