21/08/2025: It's not our first time there; we've both gotten pizza takeout and dined in. Last night, craving seafood, we took Giusy's advice. We couldn't have made a better choice: for two, we had an appetizer of chef's delights, fried calamari and shrimp, and grilled fish—everything was spectacular. The house white wine is delicious, but it's definitely worth ordering in the evening, without having to drive. I didn't take photos because the sight alone made me hungry.

03/09/2025: We tried this restaurant on the recommendation of friends who often go there in the evening for pizza. Since we went for lunch, we were able to try the traditional cuisine, which I must say is quite to my liking for the first courses. However, it must be said that they don't turn on the oven for lunch (so we were told), so everything is a bit limited... It's a shame, because the options are all there to make this restaurant competitive with other restaurants in town. The appetizers were good but also quite predictable, and the desserts were average. We tried the first courses (pictured), and I must say the gnocchi with meat sauce were very good, homemade with white Pietralunga potatoes. The ragù was excellent... As for the tagliatelle with truffle, perhaps the butter was added, which slightly altered the flavor of the truffle (perhaps summer truffle), which, being very delicate, faded slightly with the rest of the sauce. However, the tagliatelle were cooked well. We didn't order anything else, so I'll reevaluate when I go that evening, if that happens. The service was excellent, courtesy of a very kind, yet shy and reserved young woman who satisfied us in every way... The owner, perhaps a little more aloof and cold, didn't immediately inspire any fondness... but maybe that's just my impression. The prices and atmosphere are excellent, as is the case with the rest of the area... They're fortunate to be in a town surrounded by scenic views that alone bring peace and beauty to those who visit! The fact that they can offer such prices shows that it's still possible to offer high-quality dining with authentic food at a reasonable price. The fourth star is therefore justified. I hope to be able to further improve this rating soon.

25/09/2025: Raw, unleavened pizza! I understand Roman palates, but this pizza isn't even close to the worst places in Caracas. This is my third time here in three years, but this was the last. Not recommended.

17/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding in this villa and were absolutely delighted, both the newlyweds and all our guests. The dishes, from appetizers to dessert, demonstrated high quality in both preparation and flavor. The manager, Fabio, was immediately cordial and friendly, meeting all our needs and requests. The organization, from the manager to the staff, was simply perfect from the first to the last minute for the entire wedding service. The villa offers multiple spaces for photos, entertainment, and enjoying the entire day. We recommend this villa to everyone, where you can have an unforgettable experience that will leave you with only fond memories to share.

28/09/2025: We ate at the restaurant two evenings. The fish was very good, and the older waiter was very friendly and competent. The second evening was less good; we had to wait over an hour for a fish soup and a pizza. The waiter was partially apologetic. However, the behavior of this older lady – apparently the manager – who showed no sign of regret when asked was extremely unpleasant and completely unprofessional. The same was true of the behavior of the lady at the cashier, apparently the daughter of the house, who responded to my comment in an arrogant and not at all service-oriented manner. The only logical consequence: we ate at a different restaurant for the next three days. As a guest, you don't have to put up with such arrogance from the owners!!!

18/09/2025: The quality of the food is truly impressive, the fish is incredibly fresh, but what really makes the difference is the service. Mimmo is a true professional, thanks for the advice, and thanks to him, we'll be back.

13/10/2025: Truly excellent gourmet pizza; I recommend the whole-grain dough. The staff is professional and friendly. The wait time is reasonable. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a unique pizza experience.

07/10/2025: It was my first time at this place, accompanied by some friends. Perhaps we just had a less than stellar evening, which sometimes happens even at the most renowned places. There were four of us, and we didn't get our pizzas together. When the first one was finished, the last one hadn't started yet. Mine, with the vegetables, was so dark I couldn't distinguish them. Too bad! I stopped by because of the reviews and the world ranking. It can happen, maybe they were short on staff.

02/11/2025: We had lunch here, choosing the tasting menu. The food was truly good, especially the raw fish and the tagliolini with lemon, stracciatella, and shrimp tartare. As for the service, it didn't live up to the cuisine. One unpleasant incident: the waiter who served us the wine completely ignored the idea that a woman might understand anything about wine, showing the label and allowing only the man to taste the wine (a bit too sexist in 2025).

15/12/2024: Siamo andati in questo posto perché da tempo ne avevamo sentito parlare ,siamo arrivati con grande curiosità e aspettative ma ci ritroviamo a dover fare delle puntualizzazioni . Per quanto riguarda la location ambiente accogliente ,personale poco professionale,per quanto riguarda il cibo gli antipasti buoni anche se troppo moderate le quantità ,j primi il cous cous era buono , le busiate con la salsiccia scarna e i fusilli con la zucca non legavano con il condimento ,i secondi e il dolce ok . Nota dolente per quanto riguarda il vino in quanto telefonicamente mi è stato riferito che era compreso nel prezzo ,invece nel momento del conto ci rendiamo conto che era a parte circa 18 euro la bottiglia . Per quanto mi riguarda non considero professionale e seria un informazione telefonica illusoria. Quando ho riferito al proprietario l accaduto prontamente mi ha risposto che avrebbe richiamato il personale ma credo che nessun impiegato abbia voce in capitolo o prenda iniziativa di questo tipo. Qualità prezzo non proporzionato .

30/08/2025: My evening at this establishment turned into a very serious incident that will not go unpunished. A nearby table asked the waitress, Martina, for my last name. She initially said she couldn't provide it (as would have been correct), but then handed over a note with my last name written on it. This is no small detail: the last name is personal data, and its unauthorized disclosure is a direct violation of current regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR, Articles 5 and 6; Legislative Decree 196/2003). I want to be very clear: if, as a result of this carelessness, I receive even a single message, a "follow," or a contact, either my partner or I, I will take action against the establishment directly, holding them fully responsible. I will proceed without hesitation with a formal report to the Italian Data Protection Authority, filing a complaint, and requesting compensation for damages (Article 82 GDPR, with a statute of limitations of up to 5 years). I believe that waitress Martina's behavior is scandalous and unacceptable, endangering the safety of her customers. I hope she is removed from the establishment immediately. In my opinion, this restaurant has closed. I warn anyone who values ​​their privacy against visiting it, because personal information is not protected here, but handed out like a bar note.
