I had the pleasure of eating at Caprizza and I can say it was a great experience. Everything is truly delicious: from the seafood dishes to the pizzas, prepared with care and using quality ingredients. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and friendly, contributing to a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
The restaurant has two indoor dining rooms, one on the ground floor and one in the basement, both comfortable and well-organized, as well as a cozy outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying an al fresco dinner or lunch during the warmer months.
A place I recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for good food, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Second time eating at this pizzeria, nothing to complain about the quality of the food, everything excellent.
The service, however, could be improved: the wait times are too long, and the waiters aren't very attentive.

The pizza was very tasty, juicy and the dough was perfectly Italian. The service was excellent and the atmosphere on the outdoor terrace was quiet and pleasant with plenty of space. The price is perfect for today's standards, there are many pizza choices and it's worth every penny.

It's still as good as ever, but the waitresses are a pain, constantly checking for empty plates and rushing us to finish our courses and leave. Not to mention a small mistake on the bill: in her haste, the waitress forgot the coffee on the bill we'd already paid, BUT the manager asked us to pay again for two measly euros…how petty!

Excellent food, nothing to complain about. Very nice atmosphere, shame about the service.
We sat down around 9:30 pm and our orders were taken ten minutes later, quickly... too bad we then had to wait about an hour for service (the place wasn't quite full).
The staff in general was inattentive and even a bit rude, not to mention the organization. They initially asked for two bottles of water and had to ask for them after 20 minutes... we ordered the same medium beer twice, which never arrived...
I'm sorry to have to write these reviews, but I hope you find them useful in improving the service, because the pizzas and pasta were truly excellent, and it's a shame the experience turned out so poorly.

Booked with TheFork for a 20% discount. I've been using TheFork for years, but I've never had anything like this happen. When it came time to pay, the discount wasn't given, saying TheFork didn't offer a 20% discount, and the owner didn't give us a discount at all! However, when visiting TheFork's website, it says that the restaurants offer discounts. The restaurant owner told us that TheFork randomly chooses who gets the discount and who doesn't. Does that seem normal to you? Absurd.

A lovely pizzeria restaurant in Piazza Savoia, with a wide selection of pizzas. Margherita pizza, panna cotta, water, and coffee for €10. Efficient and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back.
