Excellent pizza, both the classic Neapolitan version and the gourmet twist (the latter is ideal if you want to share several toppings with other diners). Very high-quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. Excellent service, minimal location.

A small but well-maintained restaurant, with pleasant furnishings and a modern atmosphere. However, the space is rather small, and at peak times, the atmosphere can inevitably feel noisy and a bit cramped. Finding nearby parking is also a challenge, which is especially important on weekends. The staff was friendly and helpful, with standard service times and good overall organization. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the dishes are well-crafted, but the portions aren't particularly generous. The real sticking point remains the final bill: prices are quite high compared to the overall offering. A decent experience, but the value for money could be improved.

On the recommendation of a friend, I came to try this place. We booked to be safe, and it was a good idea because it was packed. We had a capricciosa with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, champignon mushrooms, "Lenti" cooked ham, hard-boiled eggs, Gaeta olive pesto, basil pesto, and a chef's pizza with spring onion miso cream, fior di latte mozzarella, and pork belly glazed in a spicy sauce. The prices are a bit high, with one being €15 and the other €18. Of the two, I preferred the chef's pizza, although I wasn't crazy about it because the pork belly, which was delicious and tender, was too glazed, and finishing it entirely was a bit heavy. I didn't appreciate the other pizza, although my friend didn't particularly like the one with the belly. The service was fast and friendly, and the pizza dough was excellent, so for me it's a yes, and I'll be back when the menu changes.

O Fiore Mio in Faenza is a very small restaurant that, despite boasting a thoughtful and pleasant decor, presents several logistical challenges. Parking nearby is often difficult, and the small space makes the atmosphere inevitably noisy. As for service, the staff is very friendly and the speed is average, ensuring time management is effective. Regarding the food, the use of good-quality ingredients is noticeable, but they aren't served in abundant quantities. The main limitation remains the price: the final bill is decidedly too high for the overall offering, leaving the feeling that the quality-price ratio isn't quite right.

Excellent pizzas, very well decorated, simple but tasteful. Lots of choice, even for doughs. I chose a gourmet pizza, which will be served in slices. Super good.

Excellent gourmet pizzas 🍕, very unique and out of the ordinary. The tiramisu is also perfect 👍🏻 Pizza prices are above average (around €15-18) due to the very high quality of the ingredients.
