A true gourmet pizzeria, good local products, trained staff and a simple but well-made and tastefully furnished place. The pizza has a long leavening dough and the ingredients are of good quality which raises the prices on the menu a little, compared to the average, but if you want an excellent pizza and you are in the area this is an obligatory stop.

Good pizza overall, although it probably makes more sense to take pizzas and share them than to eat one that is very tasty on its own. Exaggerated prices.

Excellent products, expertly crafted, the pizzas with sourdough make them unique. Friendly and qualified staff. A very noisy place.

Good pizza...each pizza is paired with a different type of olive oil...it's a shame that the waiter was very insistent on recommending the gourmet pizzas! We ordered classic pizzas and when he came to take the order....with insistence...too much insistence....he wanted to convince us to change our mind...really "annoying"...." we were born as a pizzeria of sharing...we have a small oven....and generally people order gourmet pizzas so everyone can taste the pizza together...instead of waiting for a single pizza....if you want to eat all together it's better that you order the gourmet ones!"....in short, he insisted on the gourmet ones until the very end!...to the point that we asked him "but tonight..is it possible to eat the classic pizzas or not?...because we want those!! ".

I only judge the dough, which I personally consider fundamental (normal dough, no kamut or anything else). Soft and fragrant at the same time, which lasts even when cold (not easy to obtain). Doughs usually tend to become stringy as they cool. Good and "particular" taste. I will definitely try it again to appreciate it better. In any case, the opinion is excellent.

Ottime pizze con dei bei abbinamenti ma prezzi sopra la media. ambiente piccolo ma confortevole. servizio lento. Ogni pizza viene servita con un olio dedicato che la rendo molto unta, ma ovviamente anche molto buona.

O Fiore mio a Faenza è il nostro punto di riferimento per le migliori pizze d'Italia. Affezionati ai ragazzi, e al proprietario Davide, sempre gentile, e apprezziamo la musica fantastica che mette. Un ritrovo imperdibile!

La miglior pizza a Faenza dal nostro punto di vista. Servizio da migliorare. Non ho dato 4 perché la qualità sovrasta comunque il servizio non preciso.

Partiamo con il fatto che la pizza è buona, realizzata con ingredienti di qualità! Aggiungiamo un servizio puntuale, senza sbavature! Il locale piccolo, accogliente ma rumoroso e poco intimo con tavoli molto vicini! Il bagno necessita di una sistemazione... Le pizze hanno prezzi davvero importanti considerato che comunque sono sempre pizze!
