24/09/2025: A restaurant in the historic center of Bedonia, very easy to reach; a beautiful location; I went for lunch with my father, we tasted typical dishes from the Parma Apennines, delicious fried porcini mushrooms and tagliolini with truffles, as well as the desserts, a very original Marsala affogato; more than generous portions; in addition to an à la carte menu, a fixed menu for 15 euros, and a vast selection of pizzas, very kind staff; excellent cleanliness; we had a great time and hope to return to try the stone grill; the owner offered us coffee and bargnolino, a blackthorn liqueur typical of Bedonia, which was truly appreciated! The restaurant also offers rooms with private bathrooms; it has a covered internal veranda and a beautiful outdoor garden area; the open kitchen is spotless; compliments to all the staff!

11/10/2025: I went out for dinner in the evening and had the 8-course tasting menu – this review is based on a Michelin-oriented assessment, meaning it focuses on perfection in the cuisine, service, wine pairing, and overall experience. What was good: * The meal overall was very successful. Technically masterful, creative ideas, and a good selection of ingredients. * The "salute to molecular gastronomy" with the olive bursting in the mouth and releasing a very intense flavor was particularly impressive. A moment that added character to the evening. * The service was generally friendly and attentive. There were moments where details were spot on. What was less convincing: * The portions were rather small in places, even for gourmet cuisine. This meant that you didn't always have the opportunity to fully appreciate the flavor of a course in its entirety – which is a shame if you expect many small nuances. * The "hamburger" interpretation of Sicilian dishes: The idea is appealing, but the burger bun was so dominant that it overpowered the other flavors. The balance suffered as a result. Wine Pairing / Sommelier: * One of the bottles of wine in the pairing was almost empty, and only a very small amount was poured. It seemed to us that more should have been poured, but the sommelier never appeared again. Only after asking the waitress did we learn that the originally planned wine was no longer available. The restaurant manager finally intervened and had us served a very delicious replacement wine, which was a positive moment. Unfortunately, we had to explain ourselves three times, which was unnecessarily awkward for such an obvious matter. Overall, the amount of wine poured was relatively small—especially compared to the Duomo in Ragusa. The sommelier barely maintained eye contact, seemed distant, at times uninterested in her own presentation, and somewhat above the guests. Overall, rather unpleasant for a Michelin-starred restaurant—I would have preferred more passion for wine. Perhaps she was having a bad day, which I certainly grant everyone. Compared to Duomo (Ragusa-Ibla, Chef: Ciccio Sultano, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant), the service at Crossificcio falls somewhat short overall. That's not to say Crossificcio is bad—but compared to a restaurant like Duomo, there's still some room for improvement, especially in terms of service and wine pairing. Summary & Rating Crossificcio offers a good to very good tasting menu with some very strong moments, including the molecular greeting. The cuisine is creative and meticulous, but details make the difference at this level: portion size, wine service, personal attention.

03/10/2025: A charming place! We had a seafood tasting, what can I say...it was wonderful, every course was spectacular and surprising. The cod with leek foam has remained in my heart. It's truly a masterpiece of cuisine, compliments to the chef and all the staff. The wine cellar is very extensive, the service top-notch, and the ambience is meticulously designed.

26/10/2025: Great experience! I stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered a chicken salad. It was very good. The owners were very kind and quick, the place was clean, and so were the bathrooms. I highly recommend this place to others. The prices are fair, and it's excellent value.

31/08/2025: A pleasant place with a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is varied, with a wide selection of beers and cocktails. You can also watch sports events. Luca, the owner, is friendly, approachable, and always available. Highly recommended!

14/11/2025: Unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. The place was a complete failure: the food was not good, the ingredients weren't fresh, and the flavors were truly below average. Furthermore, the staff seemed a bit nervous and unprofessional, almost as if bothering customers was normal. Overall, a bad experience. Of all the good places out there, I definitely wouldn't recommend this one.

11/09/2025: A welcoming and spacious atmosphere. The outdoor area offers a pleasant view. We booked last-minute for four people, including one with celiac disease. The gluten-free pizza was excellent, and the regular and gourmet options were excellent. The price was very reasonable and the quality/price ratio was excellent. There was a wedding at the time, which at times livened up the evening—a bit too much, perhaps, but still enjoyable.

22/07/2025: The place is surrounded by nature, very quiet, very clean, and the food is fantastic! The staff is truly friendly and welcoming, in short, a rare gem. The fish dinner was fantastic with portions triple what you'd usually see. The quality of the raw materials was superb. The sweet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I'd like to point out that, although he was in no way obligated to do so, the owner, seeing me having trouble with a car problem, not only went with his vehicle to retrieve a spare part but also installed it without asking for anything in return. I will never thank him enough for this gesture, which goes far beyond hospitality and professionalism... Thank you again, Mr. Alberto!!! Prodotti di grande freschezza e qualità, naturalmente ben cucinati ci hanno fatto davvero sognare. Un ricco antipasto ben illustrato, e un buonissimo riso ai frutti di mare. Locale super consigliato

21/05/2025: Este restaurante era un gran lugar para cenar. Desde la cálida hospitalidad de Nino hasta los aperitivos más deliciosos que comerá, no puede equivocarse en Pane E Vino's. El pulpo antipasto era el mejor... no masticable y en un delicioso vinagre. Los músculos y la clase no eran masticables y con el pan mojado en el caldo, no puedes equivocarte con ninguno de los platos. La berenjena era tan buena que anhelábamos más. No había mejor brushetta ya que los tomates eran los mejores que he probado. Para colmo con Lemoncello que no era demasiado dulce y no se puede obtener una mejor manera de complacer a su paleta.

I ordered a Prosciutto di Parma pizza and I must say it was extraordinary: light, crispy, and fragrant dough, ultra-fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced flavors. Every bite is an explosion of flavor! The restaurant at Via Giuseppe Mazzini, 29, Canzo is welcoming and immediately exudes an authentic atmosphere. This isn't just any pizza, but pure art: tradition, passion, and attention to detail that few can match. If you want a pizza that will make you forget all the others, Pizzeria Alba is the number one place. A true legend in Canzo for those who love uncompromising quality and flavor.
