Perfect for visiting Venice in a couple of days, excellent service, cleanliness, and maintenance. They have water and toiletries in the room, and you can have tea or coffee. The breakfast is fantastic, and the surroundings are pleasant. Easy access to Venice by bus or train; however, it's better if you have a car to get to Spinea train station. We had a very good stay and were very satisfied.

The property appears well-kept and elegant, with a welcoming and well-maintained atmosphere. The staff was also friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place I would consider for a future stay!

I stayed at this hotel with my family. We had a great time. The rooms were close to each other. The breakfast was varied. The two ladies and the gentleman at the bar were really friendly. The staff were friendly, both in person and on the phone.

Hotel in a historic villa, just outside Mirano. I stayed one night on a business trip, but I'll definitely return next time. The rooms are new and clean, and there's convenient on-site parking. The included breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. An interesting choice in this strategic location, and a more than fair price for the service provided.

Great place with a good location, staff was friendly. Our only issue was the heating system, because it was very loud, we had to turn it off before going to sleep. All in all great experience, we would definitely recommend it to others.

Ristorante Alla Terrazza

13/07/2026: Terrazza is incredibly cozy, like a second home. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are perfect for relaxing. The service is very attentive and the food is excellent. We've been coming for so long and will definitely be back next year.
28/06/2026: Tired of Bibione's touristy cuisine, on the recommendation of friends, we went to dinner at this hotel's restaurant. Seated at a poolside table, we began by sharing the house appetizer of grilled shellfish and mollusks—a great start. This was followed by calamarata with baby octopus sauce and grilled octopus with potatoes, both very good. The cuisine deserves a special mention: the ingredients were excellent and well-cooked. The only flaw, perhaps, was the amount of garlic in the pasta (but that also depends on personal taste). The portions were generous, and the restaurant was far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, overlooking the pedestrian street of Lido dei Pini. Highly recommended, especially because they offer a different house appetizer. We'll be back!

08/06/2026: A wine shop that leaves nothing to be desired. The excellent advice also deserves mention. You can buy wine at almost winery prices. Great praise to the owners and the team on site.
07/06/2026: Ferrowine in Jesolo is definitely a stop if you are a wine lover and into local spirits. Wow what a selection and amazing layout ! The entire store feels as if you are walking into a specialties library. The staff is extremely friendly, and if you know what you are looking for, they can guide you in the right direction. It is definitely a little bit more expensive than other places I have visited around the world but the vast selection of wine and spirits is spectacular and that alone makes it a destination visit if in town . I purchased some Italian wine and unique amaros . Great store.
