05/07/2025: seafood restaurant with very tasty sardinian cuisine. i really enjoyed their lobster pasta and sea bass with artichokes. although the service was a bit slow and we waited for a bit longer than expected the food was all worth it. the price is not too cheap but considering the quality its not bad at all.

21/06/2025: I'll start by saying that we're not from the area, we looked for this place on the internet reading the reviews that fully reflect what they say. We were welcomed and served with extreme kindness, attention to serving gluten-free dishes and recommending the dishes. We couldn't read the menu in dialect but the owner translated and explained all the dishes to us! I recommend the courgette flowers and the very tender horse meat...not to mention the potatoes and mussels....linguine with sea urchins, a scent.... A place to return and recommend for celiacs and non-celiacs!

Siamo rimasti stupiti dall' accoglienza e dalle gentilezza di tutti, in particolare da Luca e Michele che hanno mostrato cura non solo con noi, ma anche con la nostra cagnolina. Nonostante il locale fosse al completo, servizio nei tempi giusti e piatti strepitosi, una delle paste più buone che abbia mai mangiato " Blu Sky". Consigliatissimo tutto. Tatiana

01/07/2025: Make sure you book! Especially during the weekend, booking is very useful! To get to the restaurant, just take the ferry from Stresa or Baveno and in 10 minutes you are on the upper island of the fishermen. The restaurant is very nice with a terrace on the lake. The food is good (we had both the grill and the fried lake fish) and the prices are normal (starter, 2 main courses, 1 dessert and 1/2 liter of house wine and 2 coffees are €30 per person). Don't expect the "wow" effect on the dishes though! The waiter and staff in general are very nice.

13/04/2025: La creatività dello chef Umberto De Martino unita all'esperienza, alla grande competenza nella scelta degli ingredienti e alla voglia di stupire i clienti con la raffinatezza della sua cucina continuano da anni a deliziare anche i palati più esigenti. Coadiuvato da Monia che spiega in maniera perfetta i piatti e consiglia con competenza la scelta dei vini, il ristorante dimostra da anni di non aver mai perso quella qualità che solo pochi non sanno riconoscere, non attribuendogli il giusto merito. Bloody Mare, mosaico di polpo, risone napoletano, dentice pescato all'amo, una pasticceria sopraffina per non parlare dei meravigliosi antipasti lasciano un ricordo indelebile: mangiare non è soltanto riempirsi bocca e stomaco, ma è viaggiare con la fantasia e deliziare il palato poco per volta. E in questo ristorante non si resta mai delusi.

01/07/2025: Very tasty, large portions, and at the end we were treated to wonderful lemon ice cream. The service is pleasant, fast, and very friendly.

08/07/2025: A classic Saturday night never to be repeated. We have a table booked for 4 people at 9pm, we sit down... after a while we are served the menu... we take 1 appetizer to share and it arrives quickly.... after.... we have a gap of almost 2 hours.. we receive (after our complaints about the long times) the second courses and the first requested by my pregnant friend (salty busiate and sent back). The waiters tell us that when cooking express the customer has to wait for them if he wants to eat... they tell us that these are the owner's instructions... Ok if it was indicated in advance... We would never have come... we sit down from 9pm... we get up in a hurry at 11.30pm... receipt made without specifying the meals... We probably had to wait more time for this service too...... If the waiters admit that the times are too long there is a basic problem.... Put fewer tables and make a better impression with a kitchen on the spot... (You can't tell me after 1 hour and a half that we booked the fried fish was finished) negative experience.

16/06/2025: I had written what is reported below .... but speaking with the owner of the restaurant he explained to me that it's been almost 2 years since he removed himself from thefork and they continue to advertise it and therefore it wasn't his fault ... However the food wasn't bad it's the thing that I was sorry about and that I was convinced I had booked with a 20% discount and I didn't receive it ... Do not book with thefork because they don't apply the discount and they scam by saying that they don't use thefork in the meantime they had my reservation and in addition they also made a single receipt without detailing the courses and prices so that one can see how much they paid for each course and if the prices are correct then they are scammers ...

23/05/2025: Ho trovato questo posto per mangiare da un’attenta ricerca unico neo è che google non mi ha dato indicazioni precise per l’entrata al posteggio. Ma ne vale la pena!!!! Il personale super gentile è il cibo è eccellente il prezzo nella norma è anche bello dentro rifinito e curato! Lo consiglio

25/06/2025: Today we were at this restaurant for the first time and we opted for the "Menu of the Day" formula: at a cost of €17.50 per person, the menu includes a first course, a second course with side dish, service charge, water and 1/4 of wine. I had the meat dishes: Tortiglioni Sausage and broccoli and Saltimbocca alla romana with mashed potatoes; NonZio had the fish dishes: Farfalle with seafood ragù and Roasted octopus with spinach. We were both happy with the dishes they served us: they were well cooked and tasty. The bread basket was good and also included a small olive roll and a whole wheat one with sesame seeds. The warm focaccia with oil and oregano, offered as an entrée, was very welcome. Since the Menu of the Day formula also included wine, I chose a sparkling white, which was very pleasant (NonZio instead only had water because he had to drive...). To close the lunch, an inevitable macchiato coffee for both of us, which is not included in the menu, but is charged only 1 euro (while everywhere else now it costs 1.50 if not 2 euros). The only flaw we found, the very very slow service (or perhaps disorganized): as soon as we sat down as a couple they came to ask for the order but without having brought us the menu, once we had the menu we waited more than a quarter of an hour to order. After the first course (which arrived very slowly) we waited almost half an hour before the second course arrived, so much so that we were no longer even very hungry... Fortunately we were not in a hurry, but we entered at 12.45 and left at past 2... I hope it's a coincidence, because it's a nice place and the staff is numerous, but perhaps today it was a little disorganized. We will return to try other menus and also the pizza and hope to be able to correct the evaluation of the service. A question: can anyone tell me what the mega robot outside means?

17/06/2025: I don't give it 5 stars because everything is made of plastic and the dish, compared to other restaurants in Italy, is in very small quantities, rich and tasty but in small quantities.

01/07/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the pizzas that evening; they didn't serve them. However, we did have the pesto pasta... phew! The explosion of flavors, the vibrant green color of the basil. It was delicious! We didn't order dessert, so the bill per person was €2 or €3 for the cutlery, the main course around €13, and the drink €3. A bit pricey, as is the case everywhere in Venice.

19/06/2025: The place is great! We stayed in Venice for a week and we ate there most of the days. The staff is super friendly and I am thankful for suggesting the Amareto dessert - it's amazing! All the food there holds the true italian spirit. I strongly reccomend visiting :)
