15/06/2025: Ogni qual volta vengo a Lipari per vacanze, questo ristorante è una tappa fissa. Personale gentilissimo e molto preparato, piatti della tradizione eoliana rivisitati con maestria e delicatezza. Il gelato al rosmarino ormai è un must che non puó mancare! Mangiare in questo giardino curatissimo è un momento che ormai non può mancare durante le mie vacanze a Lipari. Lo consiglio vivamente!

08/06/2025: La location di questo ristorante è unica a Lipari in affascinante giardino di piante secolari curatissimo e rigoglioso. Mise en place semplice ma spettacolare e raffinata . Il cibo, di tradizione eoliana, è rivisitato ma non stravolto ed è superlativo dal primo al dolce . Impiattamento molto bello pur mantenendo porzioni abbondanti Ci ritorno da anni e non delude mai

28/06/2025: My girlfriend and I went here for dinner for our anniversary. It's a very good seafood restaurant; it has a somewhat unusual menu formula: the menu is hand-written and changes often, based on the daily catch, the dishes are not divided into first courses, second courses, etc. but it is a single menu with seafood dishes that the consumer can decide whether to eat before or after. We had a tuna tartare, a sea bass fillet and creamed cod. To finish, a warm chocolate cake and an almond cake that were decorated with little hearts, having warned us that we were booking for an anniversary. The owner is very helpful and creates a family atmosphere. The place is small and in the summer you dine outside, with a view of the lagoon and the little bridge at the entrance to the place. The restaurant has the typical structure of a period villa rather than a restaurant, during dinner you can easily take a walk around.

13/06/2025: Unreliable opening hours. Always closed on various days of the week and at different times of day, making it impossible for cyclists to plan their breaks.

24/06/2025: Good food, in a beautiful setting, with especially friendly staff and a beautiful view. Could it be better?!

07/06/2025: Good food but a plate of fried calamari, definitely defrosted, with chips (so the calamari were half the plate) paying 20 euros I don't think is a fair price in a pizzeria. Also, offering it as off the menu without saying the cost.... Maybe it's only applied to tourists? I'm sorry but for this reason I won't be back.

09/05/2025: Ex noto ristorante della zona ristrutturato e allargato ad uso di relais. Un ambiente apparentemente semplice ma in verità molto curato anche se le volte altissime lo rendono un po’ freddo. Menù con i piatti della tradizione salentina molto ben fatti con ottima scelta delle materie prime. Servizio impeccabile forse favorito anche dalle poche presenze….ci torneremo in piena estate per verificare. Prezzo più che adeguato. Bravi!

Allí donde 5 de nosotros lo hacemos donde pudimos probar muchos de los platos de antipasto a dolce, todos los cuales eran excelentes. 19/06/2025: I was disappointed by 1) service: only one person serving the tables, also in charge of clearing, a lot of confusion and waiting. I ordered a first course called 2) the first courses: I had the impression that they had cooked the pasta separately and then poured the various sauces over it. So the pasta and the sauce were not creamy enough to taste them.

17/06/2025: I had been to this restaurant 6 years ago and I wanted to go back because I had a good memory of it: fish dishes cooked in a simple, tasty way at a reasonable price but apparently everything has changed FOR THE WORSE!!! Starting from the inattentive, confused and disorganized service as there was only one lady with a stressed look (it was probably the same owner who serves and takes orders for all the tables). The fried calamari only which was nothing more than a modest cuoppo placed on a plastic plate for the price of €15! The sore point concerns the 2 first courses... both spaghetti but with different condiments, which tasted of nothing, except spaghetti in white sauce and garlic! Basically they had cooked the spaghetti and only threw in the clams at the end, one of them, the crab, without mixing anything... there was no condiment, no sauce, they were dry... at that price? Paying €20 and €28 for spaghetti that only tastes of garlic, I'll make it myself at home... If I hadn't insisted 3 times during and at the end of the meal to have them bring me the tongs to break the crab claws, to this day, I would still be sitting there waiting to eat the crab...

30/06/2025: It's been a while since I've had authentic Italian food. For lunch, I had antipasto misto, spaghetti vongole, and white wine. It was delicious.

02/07/2025: As a restaurateur, I know what it means to manage a sudden change in a reservation: we started with a table of 10 and arrived with 22, all communicated promptly as the diners were added... and I fully understand the discomfort that a situation like this can create. Precisely to facilitate the service and allow for smooth management, we ourselves proposed a single menu for everyone. Since the diners were coming from different parts of Italy, and we spared no expense... we wanted to offer them a taste of the local cuisine, perhaps with a selection of appetizers, a couple of first courses and a typical second course. Instead, with an attitude not inclined to discussion and almost annoyed, we were forced to choose a menu consisting of an appetizer and a mixed grill. No real openness to dialogue, no alternative proposal. We let it slide - there was no point in arguing. The food? Excellent, nothing to say. The location? Simply wonderful. But let me say, with all understanding and respect between colleagues: a smile costs nothing, and it makes all the difference. Welcoming with courtesy, especially large groups, is a fundamental part of hospitality. Even the best cuisine loses part of its value if the person serving it seems almost disturbed by our presence. With a little more empathy and human warmth, the experience would have been truly perfect

25/06/2025: A pleasant surprise. The service is professional and fast, and the cuisine is simple but well-executed. My risotto allo scoglio was rich in seafood and well-seasoned. Fish isn't easy to find in Tuscany, and here you can have the first and second courses made with fish! The rum baba was very good. I'll be back!

02/07/2025: Disappointing because good food is not enough. Extremely slow service, we had dinner after an hour, instead of apologizing the owner insinuated that customers should not be in a hurry. Good fish dishes, really nothing to say (excellent fried food and fresh tuna). When it came to the bill we complimented the good food and were told that everything was perfect here but it was the customers who were not good. The owner was not at all polite, in fact he seemed annoyed by his customers, but without them a restaurant closes and when we pointed this out to him he replied that he would go and commit crimes. Either it was an irony that we did not understand or you do not know how to work with people. In any case we left with a bitter taste in our mouths for a restaurateur who treats people like this. There are plenty of restaurants so I would not recommend at all!

14/06/2025: We went to the restaurant for our anniversary. Clean tram, super friendly staff, very good food and wines. Although the experience was very nice, I recommend doing it in the not too hot months because the tram is without air conditioning.

12/06/2025: Five star experience... without any political reference. Recommended by the nearby hotel where we stayed, my wife and I were welcomed very cordially by a group of young people, very competent, prepared and smiling, which is not a given. The place is original and the menu is very rich and with various combination possibilities. A wide choice of good wines. Dear guys, we will definitely see each other again. 06/07/2025: Many interesting dishes to try here. We had a giant burrata filled with small mozarella balls, as well as the spaghetti alla Assasina. Both were really tasty and went great with the wine.
