We dined at the Consorzio last night with a group of 10 colleagues, and the experience was impeccable in every way. It's not easy to manage a large table while maintaining high attention to detail, but the staff succeeded with admirable ease.
The Gastronomic Journey
The à la carte menu offers a depth of flavor rarely found elsewhere. Personally, I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the bold pairings:
The Appetizer: A bold and successful combination of marrow and cod, where the fattiness of the former perfectly complements the savory flavor of the fish.
The Second Course: A perfectly cooked fifth quarter, capable of ennobling traditional cuts with a refined technique.
The Dessert: I finished with their famous bombette, a worthy conclusion to a high-end dinner.
Wine Cellar and Service
The evening was washed down with several bottles of Barbera d'Asti Superiore, a selection that masterfully complemented the dishes.
Special praise goes to the staff: extremely kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly willing to accommodate all of our group's needs. We felt pampered without ever feeling the pressure of being a ten-person party.
The Verdict
Value for money: Absolutely balanced. €70 per person is more than reasonable considering the excellent quality of the dishes, the wine selection, and the professional service.
Highly recommended for those seeking the true soul of Turin cuisine, revisited with intelligence and respect. We will definitely be back!

We stumbled upon this place, drawn by the lovely photos. We found ourselves sampling some fantastic Piedmontese dishes, both traditional and otherwise. The agnolotti and risotto were fantastic, and the desserts were also delicious. Although a little pricey, they make up for it with their quality.

I was alone — it was my birthday. At lunchtime I walked into the restaurant, said hello, and asked something like: “Is it possible to sit down here and have a drink?”
The young man then started explaining the obvious — that it’s a restaurant, not a cocktail bar. But in my question I was already showing that I understood where I was, just wondering if maybe they also had a bar counter where you could sit for a bit and have a good glass of wine.
Overall, the answer was polite, but there was a slight sense of snobbery. Maybe because I was a tourist and speaking English. And maybe this is what makes Turin not the most welcoming city for travelers.

Excellent food, delicious! Relaxed, friendly, welcoming and fun atmosphere. But also private and relatively quiet. The service is friendly, knowledgeable and again, welcoming. I had the tasting menu for €50 without drinks.
The food is good, but most of the dishes weren't great either. Maybe I had very high expectations and I think I was disappointed. However, the bread and focaccia were delicious.
The service was generally good but there was one waiter who was fast and not very friendly, the rest were.
The place is nice and clean.

A truly interesting dining experience, but the service wasn't up to par.
A welcoming place, soft lighting, and alternative background music.
A menu that blends traditional dishes with unusual pairings: excellent results. A very extensive wine selection.
The only flaw is the service: the young staff is overly rushed; dishes are brought to the table without any presentation; requests are unknowingly insistently repeated by multiple waiters. A little more would have been enough to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and engaged. I leave without the desire to return, and with the impression that no one in the restaurant is displeased.
The price, as a result, seems high.

The food was very good, although the vegetarian options could be a little better. The place is very pleasant with perfect acoustics. However, I wouldn't go beyond three stars because the rudeness of the gentleman at the counter ruined the experience a bit. It almost felt like the customers were being a nuisance. I paid €60 for an appetizer, first course, dessert, and a glass of wine.
