Al Vecchio Faro In Villasimius

Everything was great. Very friendly service, good ,tasty portions.

Large premises with 3 different heights and an outdoor terrace. Friendly and close treatment. For starters we tried the bruschetta (7) and a caprese (7). As dishes we decided on a carbonara di mare (7), two malloredus (7) and a risotto (6). With one water, three non-filtrated ichnusa (much richer than normal ichnusa), 2 coffees and 4 shots we paid 27.50 eur per head (normal price in Sardinia). When we left, the owner came to say goodbye (as I said, very good people). Attractive option if you are in Villasimius.

Very good, honest, Sardinian cuisine! Very tasty, that's how I imagined it! Super nice service, food is actually only prepared when you're ready. I was even able to cancel the Secundi Plati after the starter! It's a shame there was so little going on today!

What a nice experience on our last night in Villasimius... It is a very nice and cozy place and highly recommended. We ordered a seafood salad as antipasti to share for 2, it was very tasty and fresh. Additionally, salad with smoked salmon and feta cheese and vegetarian pizza with house wine. All of them are very delicious! For desert, we had a tasty Saedas with good amount of cheese inside, also one of the best ones we had during our 2-week holiday in Sardinia. Homemade panna cotta with berries was absolutely tasty! Everything was very good and made us forget some of bad experiences we had with food during vacation...(just read the comments of other places, sorry to say this....) About the service, nothing to say, many thanks to the kind lady who had a warm smile and welcomed us!

We had a delicious dinner. The service was attentive and friendly. The restaurant is on a side street and it is nice and quiet. To recommend.
