06/10/2025: Excellent Sardinian dinner, as every year at the Caprera restaurant, perhaps the most elegant and delicious on the entire island of La Maddalena. The staff's professionalism, courtesy, and speed were excellent. Mr. Roberto is and remains a constant source of praise for his courteous style...and he recommends excellent dishes and wines.

29/10/2025: A place we discovered by chance, off the beaten path, excellent service, great food. Excellent appetizers. I tried the lasagna and thought it was one of the best.

07/11/2025: In addition to their great friendliness and genuine customer service skills, the stockfish salad is absolutely delicious, incredibly fresh and well-seasoned with supreme-quality extra virgin olive oil. The qualified staff is ready to cater to any need. The ideal place for those who want to rediscover the ancient flavors of Sicily, combining tradition and exceptional quality. Despite this, the prices are incredibly reasonable, with no cover charge or similar gimmicks like those found in many commercial establishments these days.

09/10/2025: Wonderful location with outdoor seating in the Piazza Signori. Menu is actually a magazine with pages and pages of choices. Waiters were attentive and friendly. Service was prompt and not rushed. Delicious food. So many choices. Relax and soak in the ambience !

05/11/2025: Random aperitif in Taormina. The absolute best place. Besides being a luxury hotel, there's the opportunity to enjoy excellent drinks. Kudos to the bartender Alessandro, who promptly understood our tastes and we trusted him. The best Cosmopolitan I've ever had.

02/11/2025: Classy hotel and superb terrace bar A magnificent hotel located right in the heart of Taormina with breathtaking sea views. Their terrace bar boasts a stunning and unique view. While very popular, this establishment does set a price barrier with above-average prices. This prevents the outdoor tables from becoming overcrowded, given the number of visitors. We stopped there and enjoyed aperitifs at the table on the far left of the terrace (for me, the best vantage point for both seating and the view). The service is attentive, although, for this establishment, it could benefit from more dedicated staff to assist guests with bottles (champagne and other beverages). This avoids the need to serve oneself, but we do as we do at home. When it's time to toast, we help ourselves. We started with expertly prepared Mojitos and followed with a rosé made using the traditional method. The accompanying drinks and snacks are on par with the setting and are frequently replenished.

20/10/2025: Welcoming place, very good food, and top-notch service. We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The restaurant manager immediately made us feel at ease in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: A truly delightful experience! The discreet and attentive service and welcoming atmosphere. The egg pasta was truly delicious, and the sauces were well-made. The traditional main courses were excellent, but I have to give a special mention to the fricchiò: exquisite! And to top it all off, the local and homemade desserts were simply extraordinary. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back soon.

25/09/2025: Orietta’s new owner serves traditional Italian food. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is located on a romantic square in de middle of the village. I especially liked the pasta Norcina 😍

12/10/2025: A wonderful experience at this excellent restaurant. The Sicilian cuisine is top-quality, delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is clean and well-kept, and we had lunch in a lovely garden. We ate arancini, panelle, caponata, busiate with Trapani-style pesto, and cassata siciliana, all accompanied by excellent regional wines. And last but not least, the Zibibbo! We'll be back soon!

15/08/2025: We had a truly generous appetizer of cured meats for two, with half a portion of polenta with mushrooms, followed by an excellent veal chop and two good bottled beers. I highly recommend it.

06/10/2025: An authentic Italian restaurant, with great food and not particularly expensive, worth coming from afar. Thin crust pizzas, the one with Gorgonzola cheese was especially delicious. Great service. Lovely, smiling waitress.
