15/12/2025: Assuming it all happened on a Monday evening, at 7:00 PM: we entered an empty restaurant, said hello, and politely asked if we could sit down (for two people) without a reservation. This was followed by a pissed-off look from the (I assume) owner, followed by a further 5 minutes of her staring at her phone book as if she were booked in 5 minutes. After much deliberation, she agreed to let us sit at the table near the bathroom (again, with the restaurant completely empty), and after 6 minutes, the sick waitress showed up and asked, "What can I get you?" We were there for a good hour, and the restaurant never filled up. The only thing that stood out was the young waiter, who showed a modicum of hospitality knowledge with a "good evening" and a "can I get you something else? Would you like a dessert?" The evening was enlivened by endless personal conversations between the owners and waiters in the center of the room. Fair prices for the basic pizzas we ate. I would add that the subsequent customers were also seated outside even though there was room, with the exception of a group of four who, even without a reservation (perhaps due to the greater number of seats, I imagine), were kindly escorted into the dining room in no time.

23/11/2025: Very kind and welcoming staff! The pizza was good, but the eggplant meatballs deserve special mention!

16/09/2025: We had a great lunch, the cod was cooked in a super way from the appetizers to the first and second courses, the owner and also the chef was very good and very kind, we also drank good excellent wine, if we return to Abruzzo we will definitely stop by again, super quality price

29/07/2025: Pleasant surprise... attentive service and very kind welcome. Superlative cod menu. Fantastic cod salad with nectarines. The menu is a crescendo of tastes and flavors. Well done everyone.

13/12/2025: I stopped for dinner... due to an accident on the highway. The restaurant was well-decorated, though not to my taste... the waiter, dressed to the nines, who tries to be friendly but fails, offers advice with his humor... I can't say I had a bad meal... but I definitely won't be stopping again.

28/09/2025: We visited this cozy restaurant this evening and, despite not having a reservation, received a very friendly and warm welcome. The food was excellent, the wine superb, and the service equally so. We were delighted and would definitely return. I'd also like to mention that our large dog was also warmly welcomed and was thoughtfully provided with a bowl of fresh water. We thank you very much and look forward to our next visit.

09/11/2025: Thanks to a gathering, I discovered this wonderful place. On Saturday evening, I and friends enjoyed a dinner with pizza samples and platters of cured meats and cheeses, which we thoroughly enjoyed. On Sunday, with a large group of well over 50 people, we sampled the courtesy, patience of the staff, and the deliciousness of the food! Definitely worth repeating!

29/08/2025: Had a bad experience here 2 years ago. Maybe it was the yeast, but I had a bad night visiting the bathroom a few times. To give it credit, I had a takeout recently which was fine after. Maybe it was just that one bad pizza. But I guess we all have to take our chances!

09/08/2025: Everything is always good, the pizza is really delicious, you absolutely have to try it, you can never go wrong with them

22/11/2025: I've been going to this restaurant since I was little and the food is always very good. I recommend trying their Sancho Pancho macaroni, it's delicious!!

15/11/2025: The food was very good, but the service was a disgrace, and I'm in the restaurant business! The waiters had zero smiles; they practically pounced on the plates as soon as we finished eating. They didn't even offer us water or wine, even though we ordered bottles. Only one waitress smiled and showed respect for her work and her customers. For a restaurant of this caliber, with its supposedly luxurious outfits, etc., well, the service is seriously lacking. My partner is a regular, and even he says the service is dreadful. It's a real shame, considering the setting, the food, and the restaurant's supposed luxury. I don't think we'll be back on our next trips to Milan. If you want service that matches the quality you pay, don't come here.

13/10/2025: We went for a confirmation yesterday and we had a really good time. Excellent food, excellent service. The only flaw was the cake which wasn't very popular but that's my personal opinion.

09/11/2025: La Floridiana was truly a pleasure to visit. The dashing direttore di sala, Antonio , was charming, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. He took amazing care of us during our stay, making perfect wine pairing suggestions and ensuring that we had all the information we needed to fully enjoy Capri. Food in the hotel was amazing, and the included breakfast was spectator, as well as the atmosphere. We planned to stay only one night, that turned into two in large part due to Antonio and company. The location is amazing. A short walk through a pedestrian only area where you walk by villas and gardens. The view from the restaurant and our room was unrivaled. Quiet, clean, and private, we always felt like we had the place to ourselves. November is a fantastic time of year to visit, worth every penny. Thank you La Floridiana!!!

12/10/2025: We ordered a Burrata with local cold cuts (very good), Polpo Salento Style, and Polpo with Ratatouille. Unfortunately, both octopus dishes were quite salty — even the vegetables in the ratatouille. The staff was kind and replaced one of the dishes with pasta at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. However, when the second octopus dish also turned out too salty, we were told it couldn’t be changed because “only one dish can be replaced.” That policy felt strange and not really fair, especially since the food simply wasn’t good. The waiter explained that the octopus was fresh, not frozen, which might explain the difference in taste — but I’ve had octopus several times recently, and it was never this salty. I’m sharing this as kind feedback, because the restaurant itself is lovely, the service was polite, and the Burrata was truly delicious. With a bit more flexibility and attention in the kitchen, it could easily be an excellent experience for everyone.

09/10/2025: We have been in Puglia for 10 days now and in Lecce for 2 and our meal here last night was probably the best we have enjoyed so far. It is a little more expensive than some, but only a little and the extra is so worth it. The staff could not have been more friendly or efficient and the food was exquisite.

17/12/2025: I hadn't been there in a while, and I was surprised—€10 for a Margherita. So, it's definitely good, but not worth the price, especially since I've had better ones in the area for €2-3 less. Above all, I'm not in a place that justifies the price. The staff is also very kind and friendly. Be careful, because people these days are starting to notice these things.

06/11/2025: After 2 weeks in italy i have finally found a restaurant worth visiting. Its not anything crazy (i have actually eaten multiple times better pizza in my own country than in Italy/Sardinia, which is completely ridiculous), but given local / Sardinian standards this is first time in here where i actually... did not feel scammed or i DID NOT feel like complete waste of money for something ridiculously easy and simple to make (like ordinary 15 EUR for carbonara/pizza - seriously?). Food - decent (sorry i cant say it was great, i would rate it 7/10 but with that competition around you dont deserve to get anything below 5 stars) - hard to find something at that level in entire Sardinia. Plain, simple, decent. Nothing crazy, but good and you can enjoy it. decor - simple, but with class. i like it. view from restaurant - okay (its nice, but nothing crazy). yet, literally 10 sec of walk and you can see beach/sea. staff - first restaurant in Italy where i felt people actually care about me, do not ignore me (cause you get your coperto anyway?) and thats the reason why i actually decided to give you opinion on google. Friendly, helpful, funny folks without scamming you on the bill (1st restaurant after 2 weeks where all the bills before had multiple errors, somehow always on my disadvantage... so read your bills people...) Side note: white house wine is one of the best ones that i have ever had to go so well with sea food. Local, phenomenal gem - good choice. Well done for the team, please keep it up and hopefully I will see you again one day.

10/12/2025: Excellent quality ingredients. The menu doesn't offer a huge selection, but I find this to be a testament to the care and attention to detail in the ingredients. Impeccable, fast, and friendly service. The location is beautiful, with a direct view of the lake. Highly recommended!

20/11/2025: One of the best restaurants in the area. Authentic Italian cuisine and perfect for a lovely meal on an evening. Food came quick and service was exceptional. The flavours and taste of the dishes was incredible. Definitely will visit again.

01/12/2025: My mother paid $1200 for accommodations that were falsely represented online. Avoid this place at all costs. They are not to be trusted. Response to the owners reply: You have replied trying to spin the story in your favour, when in reality this is false. My mother, the lady you are referring too, booked a room via a third party booking site, and the pictures she saw (and showed me, not to mention you uploaded to said site) which featured two seperate rooms, but, when we arrived, the room was a single bed room with a sofa. We then proceeded to ask for the room we paid for from the images shown to us before and you denied and said that was the room... which it wasn't. This is false advertising and a scam. Buyer beware, and do not listen to this disgrace of a business owner. Shame on you for scamming an older lady out of $1200 for an accommodation she didn't even get to stay at, and for false misrepresentation of your accodomations online. Which also by the way, are not accessible for disabled people such as my mother, and also you said you'd assist her entry and then left her to her own devices, you also then charged her 30 euros for a 7 minute ride stating that she "can't use taxi's because they are all busy" and that you "know a personal driver who can take her" to then taking her yourself and charging her for that too. She told me all about this and I'm extremely infuriated about how you treated an older lady in a foreign country. Despicable. If you'd like to be a man and a real business owner and refund her, then we can speak about removing this truth from your page if you so wish to hide your wrong doings.

28/11/2025: We'd like to thank everyone at the Pesce d'Oro Bed and Breakfast for their hospitality and for doing everything they could to make us happy during our stay. The property has private parking, is just a few kilometers from Amalfi, and is conveniently located for reaching various tourist destinations or the Path of the Gods. The breakfast is delicious, especially the lemon cake. The lemon house at the back of the hotel is spectacular. We'll have to return in the warmer months to try the restaurant.
