04/11/2025: Themed menu with accompanying wines. If you don't try it, you won't believe it. Stewed baby octopus, etc. Porcini mushroom and prawn gnocchi. Sea bass fillet with potatoes and herbs. Wines...Santa Maddalena Alto Adige. A Friulian. And a Verdicchio dei Castelli. Price...if I say excellent.

20/10/2025: A nice restaurant in Atino to eat good fish, they always prepare a daily menu where you can decide what to eat or otherwise an excellent fried fish.

03/10/2025: EXCELLENT. The food at this historic restaurant in the center is spectacular. We ate wonderfully, and there was truly a lot of attention paid to the service. Everything was delicious and traditional from Macerata. Vincisgrassi, ciauscolo, and varnelli, all seasonal, like the truffles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The staff is also wonderful; Andrea, the waiter, was exceptional. P.S. The braised beef in the photo is a half portion (my boyfriend ate the other half).

03/10/2025: I went to lunch at this lovely trattoria, searching for the best vincisgrassi in the Marche region. I was right: they were excellent. The dessert also deserves a mention. I'll be back to learn more about the other dishes. Prompt service. Good ingredients. Fair prices. Recommended, we'll be back.

14/09/2025: An excellent experience. Having to arrive late at night, and even without knowing the exact time because we have a small child, we received excellent care and the utmost helpfulness. When we woke up, we enjoyed an excellent breakfast with fresh croissants, homemade jam, and freshly picked figs. We hope to have the opportunity to return.

I compliment the kitchen and the waiting staff, the lady who looked after us throughout the dinner... we had dinner in the garden, where the right mix was created between the dishes that arrived and a small breeze of wind that could be felt, I recommend it

11/11/2025: The reception staff are friendly. If you drive, valet parking costs 35 euros (for an SUV). Please keep that in mind when driving! The room condition is fine.

10/11/2025: We stayed at the NH Firenze hotel during our trip to Florence and the experience was 10/10. The service from all the staff, the rooms, the breakfast...everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Florence :)

01/11/2025: I had been there a few times for lunch and I always had a good time. This evening I had dinner and I have to say that I had a great time (exceptional tagliolini with lobster), everything was excellent, the staff were kind and professional.

19/10/2025: We would normally have given 5 stars, but this time only 3. The pools were all closed, even when it was 25°C and sunny, which can happen if the property deems it appropriate (they are normally open from May 1 to October 1). One point less for this decision, which went against what we were told when booking, and for the disappointment of the children; another for the refusal to provide a sun lounger to an 85-year-old guest. The staff remains friendly and competent, but obviously bound by management's decisions. We hope the property will invest a little more in maintenance of the property and in attention to guests next season.

19/10/2025: When vacationing in Tuscany, you have to think carefully about the right location to keep the distances somewhat under control. This was perfect for us; the complex is very well-maintained and beautifully designed. There are many vacation apartments and a few rooms, like a village in its own right.

28/08/2025: This is a wonderfully relaxed place to dine. The fish dishes are particularly recommended. The fact that the people of Castelfiorentino love and recommend this restaurant speaks for itself. Advance reservations are recommended on weekends.

The cured meats were delicious, the meat was top-quality, the sautéed porcini mushrooms were exquisite, and their gelato is a must! The wine selection and service are excellent! Highly recommended if you're in the area!
