19/11/2025: I gave this dinner to my girlfriend for her graduation. Booking was a real challenge; the website is still HTML, the functionality and graphics are poor, the bookable days are made available every so often, and you're forced to obsessively check the website hoping for luck. You can tell the food (as it should be, on a tram) is prepared in advance and then finished/reheated on the carriage. The mondeghili served as an appetizer were dry and almost impossible to swallow, the pasta was cooked al dente, but the sauce was extremely salty. The main course (shin with potatoes and mushrooms) and the dessert (chestnut Bavarian cream and persimmon cream) were good. You can tell the ingredients aren't bad, but the execution is lost. The bottle of wine included in the menu and the glasses of sparkling wine were excellent. The attention to detail was lovely, with chocolate and sesame brittle accompanying the coffee. The young woman who took care of the service (Friday, November 14th, Atmosfera2, 8:30 PM) was fantastic. She moved between the tables with precision and attention, without being intrusive, always smiling and offering advice for a great evening. In spite of everything, it's truly worth it; it's an experience, eating on a historic tram with Milan lit up at night passing by.

29/08/2025: Had a bad experience here 2 years ago. Maybe it was the yeast, but I had a bad night visiting the bathroom a few times. To give it credit, I had a takeout recently which was fine after. Maybe it was just that one bad pizza. But I guess we all have to take our chances!

22/11/2025: I've been going to this restaurant since I was little and the food is always very good. I recommend trying their Sancho Pancho macaroni, it's delicious!!

15/11/2025: The food was very good, but the service was a disgrace, and I'm in the restaurant business! The waiters had zero smiles; they practically pounced on the plates as soon as we finished eating. They didn't even offer us water or wine, even though we ordered bottles. Only one waitress smiled and showed respect for her work and her customers. For a restaurant of this caliber, with its supposedly luxurious outfits, etc., well, the service is seriously lacking. My partner is a regular, and even he says the service is dreadful. It's a real shame, considering the setting, the food, and the restaurant's supposed luxury. I don't think we'll be back on our next trips to Milan. If you want service that matches the quality you pay, don't come here.

13/10/2025: We went for a confirmation yesterday and we had a really good time. Excellent food, excellent service. The only flaw was the cake which wasn't very popular but that's my personal opinion.

16/11/2025: The place, packed with tables in every corner, became incredibly noisy; If they'd at least asked us how it went at the end, we would have pointed out that when they heat crème brulee in the microwave, the bowl might be hot and the crème brulee still frozen...which, unfortunately, happened to us... P.S. If you list "caramelized onion" among the ingredients, it's not correct to use pickled onion from the jar; they might not even like it. I cherish the memories of so many pizzas I ate as a student, but I don't think I'll ever go back.

09/11/2025: La Floridiana was truly a pleasure to visit. The dashing direttore di sala, Antonio , was charming, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. He took amazing care of us during our stay, making perfect wine pairing suggestions and ensuring that we had all the information we needed to fully enjoy Capri. Food in the hotel was amazing, and the included breakfast was spectator, as well as the atmosphere. We planned to stay only one night, that turned into two in large part due to Antonio and company. The location is amazing. A short walk through a pedestrian only area where you walk by villas and gardens. The view from the restaurant and our room was unrivaled. Quiet, clean, and private, we always felt like we had the place to ourselves. November is a fantastic time of year to visit, worth every penny. Thank you La Floridiana!!!

15/12/2025: Assuming it all happened on a Monday evening, at 7:00 PM: we entered an empty restaurant, said hello, and politely asked if we could sit down (for two people) without a reservation. This was followed by a pissed-off look from the (I assume) owner, followed by a further 5 minutes of her staring at her phone book as if she were booked in 5 minutes. After much deliberation, she agreed to let us sit at the table near the bathroom (again, with the restaurant completely empty), and after 6 minutes, the sick waitress showed up and asked, "What can I get you?" We were there for a good hour, and the restaurant never filled up. The only thing that stood out was the young waiter, who showed a modicum of hospitality knowledge with a "good evening" and a "can I get you something else? Would you like a dessert?" The evening was enlivened by endless personal conversations between the owners and waiters in the center of the room. Fair prices for the basic pizzas we ate. I would add that the subsequent customers were also seated outside even though there was room, with the exception of a group of four who, even without a reservation (perhaps due to the greater number of seats, I imagine), were kindly escorted into the dining room in no time.

19/11/2025: An evening spent with colleagues, a delicious dinner, friendly and dynamic staff, and live music by a fantastic band were the factors that contributed to making it a fantastic evening!

14/10/2025: We had lunch outside under the covered patio. The menu features traditional dishes executed to perfection. The pastisada de caval is truly excellent. If I really had to comment, the truffle wasn't very tasty, but it depends on the time of year and the weather. The desserts were delicious, and the lemon zest twist on the crème caramel was a special touch. 100%, Chef Cipriani!
