04/09/2025: I passed by on my bike, I couldn't stop for lunch, but given its location, I'm giving it my all! Next time, between one climb and another on two wheels, I'll definitely stop!

23/08/2025: We stayed in Porto Pino for two weeks, and Bel Caffè became a regular stop! One of the few places where you're truly greeted with a smile at any time of day. The staff is friendly, organized, and super helpful! The croissants are truly delicious (we tried them all), not to mention the sandwiches and fried foods we tried for dinner! I absolutely recommend stopping by anyone passing through, whether for a delicious breakfast, dinner, or a cocktail!

19/08/2025: Having had excellent seadas the night before, and the girl who served us was very courteous and kind, we returned the next morning for breakfast: an absolutely terrible experience! The girl serving us was completely incompetent. She came out to take our orders without taking into account who had arrived first and who had arrived after us. When we pointed this out, the second order taken at the tables after us, the girl arrogantly and rudely deigned to look at us. Besides being rude to the people who help her earn a living, she also made the wrong order. When we pointed out the mistake, which can happen anyway, she didn't even apologize.

04/09/2025: We've been coming to La Lisca for many years, and despite the busy holiday periods, we've always had a great time. Excellent, high-quality seafood. Welcoming atmosphere, but I recommend booking the terrace because the veranda isn't as good as the sea view. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous.

18/08/2025: We had pizza, pasta, and the kids (I know, let's be ashamed of ourselves) had a fried slice with fries. Everything was very delicious. The pizza (that we tasted during our week-long vacation) was the most delicious, the fried slice was huge and delicious. 8 of us sat down, and luckily we got a table right away. The lady serving us was nice. The tiramisu was very delicious, but the lemon sorbet (since it was mint) was not for us.

02/09/2025: It's no longer the Stoppani family's Peck...Piccolo Peck, moved to the first floor, offers poor quality food and very inattentive and slow service. It was better when it was downstairs and with different staff. Now it's been replaced with a refrigerator cabinet like at a service station...what a shame!

05/09/2025: A fantastic hotel with first-class service. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Florence, and is easily accessible on foot. From the airport, the T2 tram takes 30 minutes to the hotel. All in all, a fantastic stay.

03/09/2025: This hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooftop offers a breathtaking view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. We reserved a room for two, and it had a window facing the inner courtyard. The hotel staff were very professional. The doorman took my bags, but when I told him I could manage on my own, he gave me a look that I didn't appreciate. All I had was a small carry-on backpack, and I didn't need his help, but he seemed to be expecting a tip. The room was relatively small, but I was aware of what I was paying for. The bathroom had a vintage feel and was super clean, and they provided plenty of towels. Breakfast was included with my room, and in the evening, I enjoyed the view of the Cathedral while sipping on some excellent cocktails. Whether you're going on a holiday or a honeymoon, I highly recommend this place. Even the comments and looks from the doorman didn't spoil the experience.

27/07/2025: An absolute insider tip in Parma! Il Pianetino is a small, lovingly decorated restaurant with a lot of charm and a pleasantly authentic atmosphere. You immediately feel at home. The server was super friendly, attentive, and simply downright personable – you can tell the heart and soul of the place. We had an appetizer plate with original Parma ham and Parmigiano Reggiano – incredibly delicious! The tortellini with spinach and ricotta were homemade and cooked to perfection. And even though it wasn't on the menu, they even made us a spaghetti carbonara upon request – and honestly, it was the best carbonara we've ever eaten. No exaggeration. We also had a fresh salad for everyone, and to finish with a tiramisu that was simply perfect – creamy, not too sweet, just right. Conclusion: We can wholeheartedly recommend Il Pianetino. If we're back in Parma, we'll definitely eat there again. A real stroke of luck!

21/08/2025: During our short stay in Vietri, we ate at Somarè and enjoyed it so much that we returned a few nights later. We can confirm that both the pizzeria and the restaurant are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Carlo, who served us with great kindness and precision. We highly recommend it!

05/09/2025: Terrible experience at the Kiosk (August). We were greeted by a stressed pensioner who huffed and puffed, talking behind his back, and shaking his head at every customer request. It's a shame about the restaurant, which is very nice, and the owner, who seemed very professional. But for goodness sake, let stressed pensioners act like pensioners.

27/07/2025: Hotel Scapolatiello—where do I even begin to describe it? Let me start with accessibility and location. The hotel is located in the old town (in the mountains) of Cava de' Tirreni. You can drive all the way to the hotel and park there for a reasonable fee. We were driving a Citroën C4, and the narrow alleyway mentioned online was manageable with this car (a few centimeters of space on either side). The hotel is a 200-year-old building that was built, or appears to be part of, an old defensive wall. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The ambiance of the hotel can be described as authentically luxurious and romantic. The hotel restaurant has a fine menu, and the dishes are all delicious and of good quality. But above all, I want to mention the gentlemen serving us; they made our evening every time. They offered excellent wine recommendations, were friendly, and were never too pushy. If you stay at the hotel, be sure to take a walk around the abbey and the nature reserve behind it.

20/07/2025: A charming location, clean rooms, a varied and plentiful breakfast, and helpful waitstaff worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pool is nestled in the Corpo di Cava mountains. I was particularly impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the pool attendant, Francesco.

17/08/2025: We made a reservation, but two friends joined us at the last minute, and the staff immediately found a way to add more seats even though the place was full. They were always smiling, friendly, and kind! The pizzas were varied, unique, and truly delicious. The dough was soft, tasty, and light. We ate in the courtyard, which was very quaint and welcoming. The entire place is well-kept, clean, and welcoming. It was a truly pleasant evening. Having two small children, we were worried about disturbing them, but everyone offered a kind word and a smile to the kids—a real relief! Thank you! We'll definitely be back 🥰

08/08/2025: The place is very beautiful and welcoming, with tables in a small central square and very close to the lakefront. The service was impeccable and fast. I recommend the gnocco fritto with Parma ham and a parmesan cream. The pizzas were delicious and the ingredients were top-quality. I recommend it and will definitely be back.

20/07/2025: We celebrated our wedding here in 2021, when Covid restrictions were in place and until a week before, we didn't know what rules they would impose. Obviously, we respected them all, and in fact, we got married on May 30th, but then we actually celebrated on September 17th. The owner, Simone, is truly an exquisite person, competent and prepared. She directed every moment of the celebrations admirably, she made sure we didn't miss anything. She was the support we needed both for that day and for the preparations. She was exceptional ❤️🥹 We were lucky that the weather was perfect. Getting dressed a second time to go and celebrate was the most fun part. We were all finally free and happy. Each of us holds that day in our hearts in a special way because it was a liberating celebration, the first time we could smile and hug each other without a care in the world. Thank you so much to all the staff, we are eternally grateful for your professionalism ❤️ Valentina and Francesco and all the guests 💐 ps: I don't hide that we would love to come back to taste your dishes, we look forward to hearing if you ever organize a dinner for the newlyweds again ☺️

30/07/2025: I recommend this little restaurant that is in a local's home; it's just incredible, with its flavors, service, and setting. The dishes are homemade and simply delicious. We had a wonderful evening full of laughter and joy.

21/07/2025: Great place with very nice and caring service. The chef and waiter made us feel like we were guests at a good friend's home. The food was delicious, portions were on point. Good place to go for a cozy dinner. Road to the place is a bit narrow, but fun to drive. If you were wondering: you can't hear any highway sound in the restaurant.
